Hotel Capri in Port de Pollenca

Asked waiter where we can sit and just responded with a shrug. Sat down at one of the many empty tables. After a while of being ignored, we left. I think it was that we had children with us as couples that arrived after us were served before we left. Essentially, wouldn’t bother if with kids

I really wanted to like this hotel because it looked nice but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The rooms are not as advertised, the beds were super uncomfortable and had one small pillow on each and a sheet as the cover. It kind felt like a prison bed. When we requested pillows it took 1.5h and 3 reminders before we got them. By that time it was 12.30 am.
When we asked for beach towels the first day we were told there was only one left (a white bathroom towel) and when I asked if they don't have beach towels for all guests (the two of us can't share one towel) , the lady at the reception said "Look, do you want it or not?". The staff is overall rude, except for a young girl at reception and a gentleman at reception. You're almost scared to ask the staff anything because they seem to get defensive and annoyed.
Our room faced the yard and if you are looking to go to sleep at any time before midnight you can forget about it if you don't have serious earplugs. There is shouting, slamming of kitchen utensils, babies screaming at the top of their lungs etc. until past midnight. The noise is not coming from the beach walk or other guests either. I had the worst sleep in years. And paid for it.

I stayed at the hotel next door (Hotel Sis Pins) last summer and had a much better experience there. Both food-wise, comfort-wise, quality and service-wise.

The positive thing is the location. Beautiful outdoor seating by the sea!
