The price we paid for this holiday was perfect, we had a clean, safe hotel, food and drinks included, ideal location to the shops and restaurants and a 2 min walk to the beautiful beach!
This was a relaxing break away for me and my boyfriend and it lived up to that.
Reception area was lovely, welcoming and very clean. Check in was friendly and quick. The only negative was a mis communication regarding information, but was quickly solved.
Our room was cool, clean and had everything we needed. The mini fridge was a nice surprise. The decor was clean and fresh but there were a few areas that could do with a bit of TLC. The air con was excellent. Balcony was perfect, and the slight sea view through the buildings was a bonus!
The pool areas were always clean, tidy and never too overcrowded. We even managed to get a sun lounger later on in the day.
We upgraded to all inclusive, meal times were ideal, the food and drink choices were good, but sometimes a bit repetitive, and a lot of fish dishes. Yes there's a lot of negativity regarding the food, but we thought it was good and there was always something to eat. Between meal times the snack bar kept us going through the day.
The entertainment guy was lovely.
Out the back of the hotel was the beautiful beach/sea view from one of the pools, with easy access to the prom. And out the front of the hotel was the strip of restaurants, bars and shops, but was never too noisy late at night.
This was our first visit to this hotel and to Cala Millor, and we will definitely be returning very soon.

Excellent location of the hotel, clean rooms, the hotel needs renovation, terrible service at the bar, the bartender named Angel left a very bad impression! The hotel managers need to pay attention to the staff to ensure they are more welcoming to their guests.

Avoid avoid avoid.
AVOID here at all cost. The hotel is run down. Not cleaned or looked after. The staff are fine, most are friendly. But clearly a problem with ownership and management. Rooms are poor, nothing works (including the shower). The food is awful and you are forced to eat down in the basement where it stinks and is so incredibly humid as they don’t want to fit proper aircon. If you want to have a bad holiday then stay here.

No way is this a 4* hotel!
We were supposedly up graded from sister hotel and I dread to think what that was like.
We arrived on a wednesday snack bar didn't open till the saturday with slices of brown bread cheese and so called ham,no salad ,no cups for a drink make yourself a sandwich.
Food disgusting ,cold or nothing edible ,lived on salads or ate out.
Usual non alchahol drinks you get with all inclusive,entertainment shocking, kids running around singer.
Apart from that good location,friendly staff rooms small but ok, no tv unless you speak German or Spanish.

Stayed in this hotel in April 2023:
This is Prime Location hotel :) Can't be better.
You just cross the road for nice sandy beach. 100 meters to the right or left and beach is not so nice anymore due to rocks. But this one is just perfect.
The hotel is in the town center: all shops, cafés, bars just around.
I stayed on a half board basis: food was good! There was something different for dinner every day.
Live music was there every evening, in the bar area. Mostly some classical hits for people 40+
Other services: perfect! Helpful staff, locked luggage storage room. I had quite a late flight, and after check out, I was offered to leave my luggage and also change and shower facilities if I wanted it before going to the airport. So nice!
Rooms are dated. But they try to keep rooms clean.
Note that due to the central location, there can be noise and loud music outside till late. I was fine with it

We were bed, breakfast and evening meal for 1 week in October
The hotel is actually 3 hotels put together, and it's having a bit of an identity crisis with 3 names/branding going on.
Our check in was great, fast and informative - front desk staff are all great.
Food is top quality but COLD, nothing apart from pizza and boiled egg were ever hot - I've never heard a microwave ping so much!!
Restaurant staff can be VERY rude! We went to take a seat on our first night, and we're told we can't sit there... Moved and as we went to sit another worker moved us to a small table. I thought that was because we chose a 4 seat table, but no, it was soon occupied by a couple just like us 😂. I had my head bitten off because I picked up a tea cup to use for sauce for ribs - I was informed those were being set up for breakfast Ok dokie, I'll use a large plate instead then??! This actually put me off eating , her attitude was so bad. Plates are a nightmare - you actually have to hunt for plates, they are never in the same place twice, and when you find one, it will likely be chipped/dirty/wet or all of the above.
Coffee from the machine is disgusting! So much so, and as much as I can't stand tea, I drank tea at breakfast. Evening meal drinks including water are very, very overpriced. We ate food then went out or back to our balcony for drinks.
We were there the last week of the season and were very disappointed by how much the food went down hill as the week went on -as well as a very depleted menu - no pizza, no tomato or cucumber at the salad bar, no chef to be seen - we saw guests cooking /heating food on the hot plate themselves 😄
The "spa" area with pool and hot tub does exist, it's just not open, ever , apparently, which was disappointing because the outdoor pool was colder than ice.
The sun beds are filthy minging, with questionable stains all over, and my hubby was lucky not to get a broken metal piece in his eye as he reclined on one.
On the 1 day I left our towels on the floor to get fresh ones, the room was not made up. I smoke and used the ashtray on the balcony and that was not emptied once in the week we were there! We had to ask at reception for toilet paper too, little things that should be taken care of, were not.
On the 'plus' side. We were free to use our room all day on our last day, because that was the last day of the hotel being open - we appreciated this because it meant we could chill and have a shower before travelling at no extra cost.
There's a mystery of a Brazilian restaurant with access from the hotel, but was never open.
My hubby paid a premium price for this hotel, and we were left a bit disappointed with what we got value-wise. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you get it at a bargain price. The surrounding area and accessibility to things to do etc is perfect

Can't fault this hotel a great location, staff were excellent especially on reception.
You walk out the front your on the main street full of shops, you walk out the back you're on the beach.

Terrible place that every night at 21 till 23 is having a party outside with no respect to people in their own hotel nor all hotels and people around. The music is much too loud so if you are not going to participate you will have to stay in the room with closed windows as on terrace is really too loud. And btw the performers are very poor quality…

We luckily stayed only 3 nights. General condition of the hotel is very bad. In the room, everything was broken: shower, air conditioner, TV. The card to open the door never worked properly. Furniture was all dirty and in spots. It was so much dust that you can’t breeze without open balcony. We saw one cockroach. After claims to the reception, they cleaned the chair and some (not all) dust. 2 shampoos per 2 persons per 3 nights. Towels were never changed. WIFI didn’t work. The food was uneatable, we saw the same potato salad looking worse and worse every night. The fresh food which they cooked in front of you was mostly raw. And even under these conditions, it was not enough food, constant lines to get something, constant empty dishes. Not enough tables for all. The only good thing was the location, but I’d better sleep on the beach next time than in this place.

Location of the hotel is brilliant right beside the beach and in the middle of everything, wifi was good, we had beach view, Room was small but practical, staff were Brilliant and friendly, food was delicious something for everyone, would recommend here, our room was cleaned each day and fresh towels each day,
