Average hotel in a nice place, good service, average breakfast and dinner (not too much variety), nice but small swimming pools, but there is a wonderful small beach very close. Dunno bout the spa, as it was closed. All in all, an average experience, but I was expecting something a bit better.

Okay hotel, with different swimming pools and a terrace restaurant. But pretty basic services all in all, the swimming pools or restaurant don't have restrooms, for example, so you have to keep going to your room. Doesn't have water dispensers anywhere, so you have to keep buying water. Repetitive buffet, but food is OK.

Had a fantastic time here.. very welcoming and the cove beach just a minute away is really cute. Lovely place to relax. Good selection of food for breakfast and dinner.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this adult only hotel, it's quiet with a friendly staff. First room was small for double occupancy and they gladly moved us to the larger room. In fact only a few were the smaller size. All rooms have nice sized balconies with a table and 2 chairs. Most rooms have a view of the sea, although not all. Our stay here was great. The staff were unbelievably accommodating, calling taxis, making recommendations for dinner and other sights to see in the area. The hotel is a bit old, but the service staff is quite enthusiastic. They told us not to park at the hotel because it would charge a fee, and asked us to park directly next to the hotel. The room is a bit old, but it is still very comfortable to lie by the pool during the day. The pool seems to be closed at 6 pm. I don't understand why. There are very few Asian faces.

Stunning hotel with excellent staff. We were greeted with drinks on arrival, our little one was greeted and made welcome too. Everyone said hello. Breakfast - huge selection for all needs/wants. Rooms- beautiful and staff cleaned as and when. They were excellent and friendly. The pool was clean and there were plenty of sun beds . The venue has a potential to be a 5 star but services need improving. Thought some staff are very friendly and nice. Particularly one lady at breakfast she was really helpful. What I didn’t like was housekeeping came into my room twice in the morning of check out date (around around 9:30 and 10), they just knocked the door quickly and opened it before I answered as I was naked after the shower!

We travel as a family of four. Staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. Foods are nice too. We faced a technical issue with no water for shower in day 3, but they fixed it quickly.

The location of the hotel is great! Even if the two bays are also open to the public, you have an exclusive location. Unfortunately, there are not enough loungers by the pool/garden, which is why almost all of them are already reserved from 7 a.m.

The hotel and its's facilities are well maintained. I love that one can find peace with the feeling of being connected to nature knowing that there's a lot of tourists and huge hotels in Mallorca. This hotel is a real find. My second visit and so pleased I returned. The staff were so kind and funny and attentive. The food is always plentiful and tasty with lots of choice. Good location, calm, beautiful common place (restaurant, pool, reception...). Room is good but not very well isolated. I could hear my neighbours speaking. Beautiful hotel in an equally beautiful location. The pool is so relaxing, spa is fantastic and the massage treatments are amazing. The hotel restaurant is lovely and food is delicious. This St Regis has a very beautiful property, with amazing views from the pool. The rooms were very spacious and private. The service was absolutely amazing. Kids area was great that had its on splash pad. Breakfast was very delicious and definitely recommended. It was overall amazing and definitely will come back.

Less than half an hour away from Palma you can find this perfect place with a great poolside for relaxation and a natural beach. The service at the hotel was good. However, the refund of the deposit is very late. When I spoke to the hotel, they told me to contact the credit card company. All other hotel payments made with the same card have been processed. Hotel check-in date is April 16th. Today is April 26th. 13 days have passed.

We appreciated the cleanliness and the location of the hotel, which is 5 minutes walking from the nearest beach and the city of Palma is easily reachable by bus. The hotel is in a great location. We rented a car and there's free parking, making it very convenient. The breakfast was relatively simple, but filling. Pool water bloody freezing. We went to main hotel pool by the sea , life guard won’t let us stay at the pool although we stay at sister hotel , we bought drinks from the pool bar. Lifeguard was rude to us. We asked to speak to manager , he didn’t dare to call the hotel manager
