We paid for a junior suite, thinking that would feel like an ‘upgrade’ however, it was a two bed room, not a suite. Very good service in general. Very clean apartment with a beautiful view at the mountains with a nice sunset every day. Amazing bath. Nice, friendly and chilled out guests. Lots of umbrellas and sun loungers. The sea with clean sandy beach, not overpopulated even on weekends just in 5 min by feet. Gonna be there the next time for sure!

Great stay, exceeded my expectations, pool area lovely, rooms comfortable and clean, location great. The only thing that stopped this being excellent was the food which was not bad at all but not a great selection.

The Property was comfortable and perfectly placed for dining and cafes, very pleasant stay and the staff were impeccable.

This was by far the best hotel I’ve booked in quite some time. The grounds were beautiful, the food was exquisite, and the spa was clean with endless amenities. Top notch service all around. Absolutely loving our time here. After a couple of days, you really start to get to know the staff, and everyone has been superb. The butler service is fantastic, the food is fantastic, and the wait staff is fantastic. I’m not sure what that previous review is even from, but no way it’s about this place. I can attest to that.

This St Regis has a very beautiful property, with amazing views from the pool. The rooms were very spacious and private. The service was absolutely amazing. Kids area was great that had its on splash pad. Breakfast was very delicious and definitely recommended. It was overall amazing and definitely will come back.

Average hotel in a nice place, good service, average breakfast and dinner (not too much variety), nice but small swimming pools, but there is a wonderful small beach very close. Dunno bout the spa, as it was closed. All in all, an average experience, but I was expecting something a bit better.

A great relaxing hotel with very peaceful large outdoor areas .

Okay hotel, with different swimming pools and a terrace restaurant. But pretty basic services all in all, the swimming pools or restaurant don't have restrooms, for example, so you have to keep going to your room. Doesn't have water dispensers anywhere, so you have to keep buying water. Repetitive buffet, but food is OK.

Had a fantastic time here.. very welcoming and the cove beach just a minute away is really cute. Lovely place to relax. Good selection of food for breakfast and dinner.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this adult only hotel, it's quiet with a friendly staff. First room was small for double occupancy and they gladly moved us to the larger room. In fact only a few were the smaller size. All rooms have nice sized balconies with a table and 2 chairs. Most rooms have a view of the sea, although not all. Excellent buffet breakfast in the morning with a vast selection...

Luxurious hotel. Staff friendly and professional. The food is delicious and well prepared. Our room was spotlessly clean and well proportioned. Pools lovely. No complaints.

Cannot praise enough this hotel. It totally exceeded my expectations. Everything - the quality, service are equivalent to a 5* although this is a 4* hotel. Great location and facilities. Good safe area and close to Palma. Really new property. I was told they have recently opened in 1999. The restaurants are a must try option, they can easily compete with all the recommended restaurants in Mallorca...

What a quaint little oasis on Mallorca. The location offers easy access to the beaches while providing serenity while on premises. We stayed in a room with a pool view~ incredibly spacious and great bathroom. The gym is excellent and breakfast very good. My partner played golf and I used the pool and went to the beach (illetas) using the complimentary taxi shuttle service which is a fantastic option as it’s a bit too far to walk. Overall sense is that this hotel has lost sight of what it is: heavily African decor with weird wildlife references (imo) but also focusing as a golf resort (golf references etched into the glazing). Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff in particular Anna on reception…. she is super friendly and goes out of her way for every hotel guest… a true gem. Beautiful hotel in an equally beautiful location. The pool is so relaxing, spa is fantastic and the massage treatments are amazing. The hotel restaurant is lovely and food is delicious. The location of hotel is perfect directly on the beach and a short walk to harbour where there are many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday in the sun. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff were amazing, attentive and friendly. Room was incredible. We stayed in the Marcel Wonder. Good size and cleaned twice a day. You must have insurance against theft if you are considering staying here, just in case someone enters your room, when you are in the dining room and help themselves to your belongings. Could this happen?

This hotel is a real find. My second visit and so pleased I returned. The staff were so kind and funny and attentive. The food is always plentiful and tasty with lots of choice. The place is clean and comfy and the pool is lovely with a great view to the sea. This hotel is set in a pretty residential area....tucked out of the way....for rest and relaxation. Good location, calm, beautiful common place (restaurant, pool, reception...). Room is good but not very well isolated. I could hear my neighbours speaking. And service very variable depending on the person. Some of them would barely responding to your question/request when others were very helpful and welcoming.

I love this location and the staff are so warm and friendly however something has changed and the standard has slipped. Our room 801 was perfect and was of ample size and quality. The cleaners are very thorough and do a great job. The hotel is not cheap so I expect high standards. The pool bar is expensive and almost all of our time here has had one staff member, completely overwhelmed, and everything...

This hotel has a caché and elegance. It has a gorgeous prime setting overlooking the sea - but it has seen better times insofar as the whole offering has been cut back. This is particularly disappointing as the hotel is far more expensive than other hotels aspiring to a similar standard. The restaurant - has a limited menu compared to earlier years and if you’re eating in for more than a few nights...

If you want a high class dinner in stunning surroundings then it’s the Terrace at the Hotel Bendinat. Superb food - Gazpacho, Sea Bass cooked in Salt, and Crème Brûlée which melts in the mouth. The service is exquisite and the view of the Mediterranean stunning. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is in a fabulous setting and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Food leans more towards traditional Majorcan at reasonable prices compared to restaurants in the nearby Puerto Portals. We had Padron peppers, grilled Octopus, salt crusted baked Sea Bass followed by the lemon cream. Washed down with a Majorcan Rose recommended by our waiter, Stairway to Heaven. All were fabulous

Our stay here was great. The staff were unbelievably accommodating, calling taxis, making recommendations for dinner and other sights to see in the area. The breakfast was great and the resturant was also excellent. A major bonus was that they allowed you to stay and use the amenities after check out, and provided you with a courtesy room to use to freshen up before going to the airport! Would definitely...

The hotel is a bit old, but the service staff is quite enthusiastic. They told us not to park at the hotel because it would charge a fee, and asked us to park directly next to the hotel. The room is a bit old, but it is still very comfortable to lie by the pool during the day. The pool seems to be closed at 6 pm. I don't understand why. There are very few Asian faces.

One of our favourite hotels to visit. A charming, peaceful hotel with beautiful grounds, two pools and access to two private beaches. Lovely sea view room, vast breakfast and a restaurant worthy of Michelin stars. Not to forget the lovely alfresco terrace there too. This hotel is located next to a small beach and is in a very quiet area. Probably a holiday here would be better with a hire car, but there are good local bus services. The location of the hotel is great! Even if the two bays are also open to the public, you have an exclusive location. Unfortunately, there are not enough loungers by the pool/garden, which is why almost all of them are already reserved from 7 a.m.

The hotel and its's facilities are well maintained. I love that one can find peace with the feeling of being connected to nature knowing that there's a lot of tourists and huge hotels in Mallorca. That's what I like about this the building is not high rise. I love the 2 private beaches as well. They are beautiful. However, it would be nice if they also offer activities to the guests such as Yoga classes...

Great hotel, would definitely come back here! Amazing service, good room, very fine breakfast, nice pool, and perfect location. The suite was perfect with a great size and frequent housekeeping. Only minor thing was the music by the pool that was on all day and evening, and we could hear it in the suite. Also the gym is really small but has a few good equipments.
