Very nice location righ by the ocean. I visited the restaurant. I had delicious padrones.

The restaurant is in a fabulous setting and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Food leans more towards traditional Majorcan at reasonable prices compared to restaurants in the nearby Puerto Portals. We had Padron peppers, grilled Octopus, salt crusted baked Sea Bass followed by the lemon cream. Washed down with a Majorcan Rose recommended by our waiter, Stairway to Heaven. All were fabulous.

Hotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility.

The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.

The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.

One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water.

This was our first visit to this hotel. Loved the location, with its expansive view of the sea (we could hear the soothing sound of the waves from our room and the outdoor areas). The room was relatively newly renovated with a nice terrace. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food, especially the fish dishes, which were delicious. Friendly service, but not just as flexible as at the very best luxury hotels. A big plus was that it only took 15 minutes to reach the hotel from Palma airport. Beautiful place, good food, friendly people! Definitely considering visiting Bendinat again.

Its a beautiful hotel, almost everything is just perfect, bit there is one BIG problem: The good things first: Everything is amazing, the views, the food (restaurant has many outsode guests each evening, speaks for itself!), the breakfast, the staff (super friendly and attentive!), the rooms (book one w/ seaview!), the beds. Absolutely nothing to complain about! 10/10 for everything! But: The daily struggle to get a sunbed is REALLY a problem. It is a fight, by 8.45 am every day all sunbeds by the sea and almost all by the pool are reserved, but nobody is there until much (11?12?) later. Flagged it to the hotel, but nothing happened. Action needs to be taken, as this „blocking“ of sunbeds is just unworthy for a hotel of that category.

I can’t fault this hotel, I had to leave a review based on my last family stay. During a very busy peak of season for the staff at Hotel Bendinat, I asked them to accommodate more family members visiting on top of my original bookings, lots of last minute dining requests, and late night support with a sick child. Not once did they fail to accommodate us, nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was done to an excellent standard and right first time…. I couldn’t fault a thing from the front desk (Ramon), to the Restaurant (lead by Marco) to the cleanliness of the rooms and service (which is exceptionally delivered). The stand out for me at this Hotel is the Assistant GM, Carlos. He takes time to walk around to see guests, nothing is too much trouble and he works very hard to get things right for everyone. He is kind, courteous, Very professional and humble. This guy is the best Hotel manager I’ve come across, if not only for his willingness to take criticism and come back with clear resolutions and ensure consistency of standards. Great stay this year and like I say it was faultless for my whole family. Well done Team Hotel Bendinat

Love this Hotel Beautiful scenic views Especially at the restaurant Could not fault the food Fresh and tasty Staff friendly Rooms very clean Been in a few . Think some Amenities like soap hand cream And flannels would be a nice touch Mini bar stocked daily I do think bottle of water Should be given free on a daily basis Especially being a 4 /5 star hotel Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful Bar service around pool just started opening in May ,food ok . Hoping they have more parasols on grass area for shade when we return . Pool small but clean . It would be fantastic if they had Some flamenco dancing Or occasional singer unless they have this in June July and I have not experienced it yet ? These little Touches would push this hotel up to 5 stars . Very relaxing and peaceful stay. Good location with terrace restaurant overlooking the sea. The food was excellent with generous portions and with a very good choice and of 5 star standard. The staff in all departments were very good and seemed to enjoy their work. Area round the pool was well kept and a great place to have a drink or lunch. We would certainly visit again, great hotel

This is a wonderful location with great services and facilities. The staff make your stay exceptional and particularly in the Restaurant where Marco and Tony made our evening meals most pleasant.
The cleaners and hotel staff keep the rooms and ground immaculate and are always happy to stop and speak to guests to check they are comfortable. We have stayed here before and are also due to return with our entire family later in June and July.
