Fantastic hotel. Next to the sea and with access to a small beach that only people from the hotel goes to. The rooms are new and the balconies have great views (both sides). The hotel workers are always in a great mood and helping you with anything that you might need. Special thanks to Aki, Ivan, Lucas, Anastacia and Carmen.

Good location, friendly staff, direct access to the ocean and a beautiful view. Not the fanciest hotel I’ve been to but definitely a good pick for the price. Also not too touristy which was definitely a plus.

Fantastic hotel, one of the best for services and staff. The breakfast was like being on a cruise ship. The staff especially Ariana at reception and Joshua could not have been more helpful and it was end of season but the went out of their way to make our stay the best, they even put on the rugby semi final. Quite OK but nothing outstanding. Very much a regular hotel, with a small pool, access to a small beach. Good was alright, but would not recommend the club sandwich. Renting a car through their partner was not a good experience.

I had a really wonderful, peaceful, non-problematic 3-night stay. Our originally booked hotel was closed and we were booked over to Lindner. It quickly turned out: that was the best thing that could happen to us. We were unable to get a room upgrade with Ambassador status and also unable to get late check out. We had a fabulous stay at the Bonanza Palace. The customer service is exceptional. Food and room (with a beautiful sea view) were brilliant. This family owned hotel resort has to be one of the most elegant and unique places that we've encountered . The bus is easy to catch into town. The car rental across the street is good value. The tunnels and elevators in the hotel need to be learned. The breakfast is perfect. Two pools and the private beach are glorious.

This is a lovely and deceptively large family run hotel which fits the bill for a family holiday of every shale, size and generation. Everything was great! The owner and the staff are super friendly and helpful, making you feel very welcomed. The hotel has a great pool and it is also 5 min from a sandy beach. Okay hotel, with different swimming pools and a terrace restaurant. But pretty basic services all in all, the swimming pools or restaurant don't have restrooms, for example, so you have to keep going to your room. Doesn't have water dispensers anywhere, so you have to keep buying water. Repetitive buffet, but food is OK.

Good location, calm, beautiful common place (restaurant, pool, reception...). Room is good but not very well isolated. I could hear my neighbours speaking. Service and location are equal to perfection, but the windows are discouraging the whole experience when the night comes, you can clearly hear anyone's conversation. The main issue comes from the lack of PVC isolation and sound proof technology. The hotel needs some improvements in this area. I will give it a proper 3.5/5.

Went for 3 days as a city break. The room itself was clean and we had a great view of the sea but we had a couple of problems. The door of the balcony did not close, we put our shower towels on the balcony to dry them and when we got back the roomservice took them and did not but any back. I liked the experience in this hotel but definitely a lift up is needed. If they renovate a little and give it some care I’d define give 5 stars. Service was very good and friendly, we arrived very early to the hotel and they helped with the bags and even gave us the room before check in time. Room with nice views and comfortable for resting. This hotel has really great views of the local beach and a great atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and accommodating- especially Esperanza, who did so much to ensure we had an amazing visit and made the trip great for us.

Right on the beach and also next to the beach bar though this is a seasonal hotel and only one of the three are open all year, however a good collection of rooms and views that can be had over the beach area.

Beautiful hotel in an equally beautiful location. The pool is so relaxing, spa is fantastic and the massage treatments are amazing. The hotel restaurant is lovely and food is delicious. The location of hotel is perfect directly on the beach and a short walk to harbour where there are many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Everything about the hotel above avarage… but ehen it comes to the stafff… words are not enough. We felt like vacatoining in a big and marvelous house with our closest family.

Great suite rooms in a clean and well run environment. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most guests seem content to listen to the incessant beat of music around the fairly crowded pool deck. There's plenty of better places to eat and drink close by if you're a bit more adventurous.

Very nice hostel with good location. The owner is inteligent man with has 2 labrador dogs. Very peaceful place around - small village wth nice restaurants and bars. And not so far from Palma. Just 30 min to the center by bus. Bus stop is 3 min walk from the hostel. Have a nice holiday!

The staff was kind and respectful. The facilities were great. Don't forget to include breakfast to your reservation because it was delicious, the fruits were fresh and sweet. The pool is huge and clean with great design. This hotel saved our trip because we were exhausted during the trip but always were enthusiastic to stay at the hotel. Nice staff! The room was well decorated and clean. It had a pleasant balcony. The pool was great! Big size with many sun beds. The breakfast was great. Variety of sweet and salty food. One positive thing was that they allowed us to stay in the pool even though we had already checked out.

The staff is friendly, and the room looks nice; the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, where it's good for sunbathing, but the bad news is that the hotel is sourounded by other buildings. It's not far from the Cala Major Beach, around 8 minutes walking. The breakfast is good but it's same every day! Beside it seems that the hotel does not have enough staff to clean the room, so they are in a rush

For an amazing vue, book rooms 601or 602! The weather was perfect, we stayed here just one night, it was cheap, but just for the view it's worth it! The bathroom was broken, and we spilled water all over the floor, though.

Wow great staff they organised everything I needed. Rooms are newly renovated. Pool towels system works great and pool spotlessly clean. Great Hotel, rooms are excellent, would give this 5 stars, the only criticism I have is that they charge excessively for breakfast where if you went to a cafe 2 minutes walk away it was half the price charged at the hotel. Other than this small criticism, everything else was fantastic, highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay here. The pool area is very nice and there is constant waiter service for drinks etc. Parking is free and plentiful.
