The venue has a potential to be a 5 star but services need improving. Thought some staff are very friendly and nice. Particularly one lady at breakfast she was really helpful. What I didn’t like was housekeeping came into my room twice in the morning of check out date (around around 9:30 and 10), they just knocked the door quickly and opened it before I answered as I was naked after the shower!

Good location, calm, beautiful common place (restaurant, pool, reception...). Room is good but not very well isolated. I could hear my neighbours speaking. The hotel is a bit old, but the service staff is quite enthusiastic. They told us not to park at the hotel because it would charge a fee, and asked us to park directly next to the hotel. Balcony with a view, was actually a view of a hedge, a tree and ground level next to the car park where you could literally climb over the wall onto my balcony, this did make me feel a little unsafe so i left it locked and didnt use it.

Convenient location and lovely hotel. Rooms were a little tired, possibly having a hard summer. The staff were beyond excellent. Always helpful and attentive, clearly working above and beyond.

The hotel is new, so all the areas are very well preserved and clean. The room was big and comfortable . Loved the full lengh mirror in the bedroom. It could have a microwave and a kettle. The pool was beautiful, but you can only be inside up to 7pm, which is not nice for the summer season (up to 9 would be perfect). The gym is small, but really good. We had a very nice stay at BQ Augusta. All perfect, the only one remark is that the rooms are very, very noisy.

Nice hotel, great views, clean rooms, wonderful staff from frontdesk to restaurant as well as housekeeping. They have a little teleferico that drops you off on streetlevel, where buses to the city go (line 4 & 20). The only downside was that there was work going on so I was woken up in the morning by loud drilling noises.

Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The location it a bit of a walk from the main town square but there is a funicular that will get you to a bus stop close by. Thanks Catalonia Majorica!

you can just walk 10 minutes to city center ir take a taxi, the hotel is calm, wifi is great for work and has a nice gym, very recommended! Accepts unionpay for asian travelers!!

The Hotel is very nice. The rooms are well presented and clean. There is a handy funicular that you can use to access the road which is very handy for buses into the city centre. The staff are amazing. Very helpful, very friendly. They have prices and contacts for local amenities such as car hire, and we're always happy to help with any questions or problems. Very happy to return and recommend.

We had a great stay at Hotel Feliz. For some reason we got an upgrade and stayed in a big, big room. Everything was clean and smelled nice. The hotel is furnished with a good taste. The rooftop was amazing. You have a nice view! A great selection of fruits and vegetables, breads, (plant-based) milk, eggs, cereals and yoghurts were part of the breakfast. Even as a vegan you had good options.

Great first impressions when you get to reception. Check in was fun. The little pool looks great and the bar is really cool looking. Room has everything we needed. The rooftop terrace had lovely views also.

A beautiful hotel. A view from the rooms are stunning. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only downside is a noise from the street, but If u close the windows you won't here anything. Overall I would again stay there if I go to Palma.

Very pleasant stay, but poor value for money. The room was small, though very clean and the service was decent. The location is about a 30-minute walk from the centre. If you have a car, parking is available for 11€/day.

The hotel was great! In particular, it was very clean. Also, walkable from the ferry port (35 mins) and from the old town (35 mins) so great location for an affordable price. I haven't asked for his name, but the staff at the reception was easy to talk to and gave us some nice suggestions.

Comfortable air conditioned rooms. Bed was comfortable and the room had everything that you need for a short stay. Staff were welcoming and it is located along a busy bus route into the centre. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby

A fabulous hotel only 5 minutes from the marina. Very comfortable clean rooms but it's the staff that add that extra something to the hotel, everyone was friendly and helpful. Great stay.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good for the price and had lots of options. Parking was available in a lot down the street.
