We stayed here for a few days during our honeymoon in Spain and were very satisfied with our experience. The location is beautiful with direct access to the Mediterranean Sea as well as a huge pool. The breakfast everyday was a very large buffet with plenty of food. Its an easy 15-20 minute cab ride to Palma. The on site spa was a very nice amenity to have as well. Great rooms, great service and amenities. The toilets were a little weird with two doors opening inside making it cramped, and the shower is VERY slippery.

Top quality service. Nothing too much for their excellent staff. Great room facing the sea. Breakfast superb.

Fantastic hotel. Next to the sea and with access to a small beach that only people from the hotel goes to. The rooms are new and the balconies have great views (both sides). The hotel workers are always in a great mood and helping you with anything that you might need. Special thanks to Aki, Ivan, Lucas, Anastacia and Carmen.

Good location, friendly staff, direct access to the ocean and a beautiful view. Not the fanciest hotel I’ve been to but definitely a good pick for the price. Also not too touristy which was definitely a plus.

Fantastic hotel, one of the best for services and staff. The breakfast was like being on a cruise ship. The staff especially Ariana at reception and Joshua could not have been more helpful and it was end of season but the went out of their way to make our stay the best, they even put on the rugby semi final. Thanks to you all.

Quite OK but nothing outstanding. Very much a regular hotel, with a small pool, access to a small beach. Good was alright, but would not recommend the club sandwich. Renting a car through their partner was not a good experience.

More 3.5 stars than 4. Unfortunately we stayed here for one night after staying at the St Regis (which is 10 mins away). We were unable to get a room upgrade with Ambassador status and also unable to get late check out. The service for breakfast was slow and the staff just weren't as helpful as they were at the St Regis. The views from the terrace are great but the rooms in Natura 1 (new building)...

Stunning hotel and the photos really don’t do it justice! The views are incredible and the building is really special. The staff were great and were quick to sort anything we needed. Small things they could improve on are: On arrival making it more clear what the hotel can offer private beds/areas, beach bags prepared, paddle boards. We had to find this stuff out ourselves. Great place even though it’s an old hotel but the sea facing rooms, fantastic breakfast, very close proximity to fabulous Illetas Beach and super accommodating and friendly staff, make this a top pick in terms of value for money. Beautiful hotel! With steps down into the sea, it's hard not to be amazed. The staff are all very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel has many facilities with 2 separate dinner options. The views are beautiful with access to a private beach too !!!

Our stay at Roc Illetas Hotel was truly exceptional, especially considering the great deal we snagged. Despite the slight inconvenience of needing to take two buses from the airport, the proximity of the bus stop to the hotel made it manageable. We recently stayed at the Roc Illetes for 3 days on our honeymoon, and we can’t say enough have great the experience was! We were welcomed upon arrival with a complementary upgrade, to the most incredible room we have ever stayed in, with a terrace overlooking the ocean. We stayed in the “old” building. The rooms in there are quite dated, but still complete (safe, fridge, airco, balcony, etc) and kept very clean. That whole building’s decor is very stuffy, vintage ‘60s. Others in our group stayed in the newer parts, especially the rooms in the Solarium building are great, with a separate bedroom, complete pantry (incl. microwave), living room and big balcony. Breathtaking views, outstandingly delicious breakfast, fantastic service and great indoor pool and gym. Very friendly and kids-friendly staff. The interior is a bit outdated, but all the awesome aspects outweigh that completely. Can highly recommend the hotel. We enjoyed it so much.

We had a fabulous stay at the Bonanza Palace. The customer service is exceptional. Food and room (with a beautiful sea view) were brilliant. Hats off to the entire staff and team - they know how to look after their guests. Specials thanks to Eva, Rafa & Leo at reception and Antonio at the bar - nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely be coming back next year!!

Great hotel with helpful staff. We booked a presidential suite as a treat and asked for a high floor. The hotel obliged with floor 7, the top floor. It was an amazing view which we couldn't fault. Whilst these rooms were not refurbished (as the whole hotel was) they did retain a more older them, with wood panelling, they were still of a high standard. The outside area looks more like the South of France...

Great experience. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful (Pablo and Leon at breakfast especially). Fantastic see views from our room and from breakfast restaurant. Pool area with direct beach access. If in Mallorca, i will return.

This hotel provides excellent service from the management to all members of staff.I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel stands out as an example of high quality service. The food is great with a wide variety to choose from.This is only my second day here but I will most certainly be coming back. BRAVO

Our originally booked hotel was closed and we were booked over to Lindner. It quickly turned out: that was the best thing that could happen to us. At Lindner we got a Classic Class double room connected to a First Class double room for our family holidays. Both rooms were more than okay, they were furnished with style and good taste. You can really feel like home there, even with two active young boys...

The hotel is large and looks elegant in arrival. Reception area is good. Bar is not very welcoming. The furniture is more motorway cafe than 4 star hotel. The food in the bar was very good. The evening restaurant food was very medioca. Should have eaten in the bar where the club sandwich and chips was wonderful. The room was large clean and so was the bathroom. I stayed at The Bon Sol in August and was extremely impressed. We felt so welcome and taken care of! The location is perfect, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and luxurious. The food was delicious- this is a hotel where everyone makes you feel like you are at home!

Extremely beautiful place built into the stone. Please note that the check-in is done in the upper-most building and then the rooms can be in either of the 3 buildings straight down to the beach. Parking is on multiple levels depending on where you approach the buildings and they are fine with you parking wherever you choose to. Only note is that there seems to be a predominately elderly clientele...

We moved to this hotel after being let down by another one. The moment we walked into this hotel we felt at home and were treated and made to feel like important guests. Perfect stay!

Excellent friendly & helpful front desk staff. Rooms cleaned everyday by lovely ladies. The food was very good with plenty of choice. We thought it was really bad that drinking water was not offered at the tables with your meal, expensive bottle water was the only option.

Great place, great staff, great food, great service. Nice, accommodating, helpful, available. Place was spotless, quiet and lovely. Near buses' routes, bike paths and lovely beaches all at walking distance. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a short break for us, well located just outside palma - bus €4 and every few minutes taxi €15. Hotel shabby chic, great pool and loungers playing Balearic beats. Staff great and an army of cleaners never appear to stop. Worth trying Bruno’s in the marina for food as well as Bugambulia on the beach but book in advance for dinner. 15 minutes from the airport - Illestes is a nice if quiet...

good value for money hotel for what we paid. good location just outside Palma and near to some small beaches. Breakfast basic but good quality. Beds a bit on the soft side and when we stayed the aircon was broken for several days, In july! Decor is very dated with old 'sexy' pics of girls dotted about the pool area. Bit naff. Pool area is nice with cool music in the daytime. towels provided. not enough...

Lovely cool place. Would stay again. Staff are all friendly and great. Starting to get a little dated in places, but still nice feel and charm. Location slightly out of the way to get taxis, but a short walk and you are in the required zone.

Small hotel with great pool and beach cove. Excellent breakfast and good rooms. Only negative is location, the 4 bus runs regularly but takes around 45 minutes to arrive into Palma.

Decent rooms. Hotel has a quiet atmosphere, with a little rocky beach. A mini mart and a public parking lot with beach access next door. Pool. And restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Morning Nespresso coffee service. Lemon infused water station in the lobby available all hours. At check in was greeted with a glass of cava. Not a bad choice for a middle price range stay.

This hotel is situated as close to the sea as you can get with beautiful scenery if you select a sea view room. Our was on the fifth floor with a balcony overlooking the sea and surrounding coastline, relaxing and enjoyable. The room, which was very well maintained was quite large and well equipped however, there was no separate bathroom and the sink was centrally positioned providing no privacy....

Leaky shower, bad service, bad follow up despite informing reception about the issue directly. Doors close hard so you easily wake up at night when others check in late or come back from the town. Otherwise nice and clean. Great pool, great location. Private little beach access and the best hotel breakfast ive had in ages! Avoid the lunch, but if you must then get the pizza whichwas really good!...

We have just returned from a week stay at this hotel. It is a lovely hotel, situated right on the seafront with its own small pebble beach, (beach shoes recommended). Location is 20mins or so from Palma on the local bus, which costs €2 each way. It has a chilled vibe and is ideal for a peaceful holiday. The rooms are nice, with large comfy beds and a big balcony.
