Fantastic hotel. Next to the sea and with access to a small beach that only people from the hotel goes to. The rooms are new and the balconies have great views (both sides). The hotel workers are always in a great mood and helping you with anything that you might need. Special thanks to Aki, Ivan, Lucas, Anastacia and Carmen.

Good location, friendly staff, direct access to the ocean and a beautiful view. Not the fanciest hotel I’ve been to but definitely a good pick for the price. Also not too touristy which was definitely a plus.

Fantastic hotel, one of the best for services and staff. The breakfast was like being on a cruise ship. The staff especially Ariana at reception and Joshua could not have been more helpful and it was end of season but the went out of their way to make our stay the best, they even put on the rugby semi final. Thanks to you all.

Quite OK but nothing outstanding. Very much a regular hotel, with a small pool, access to a small beach. Good was alright, but would not recommend the club sandwich. Renting a car through their partner was not a good experience.

The best....! The best that you can afford to imagine. Photos 100% original. You just imagine the picture and put myself in there!

The food in the restaurant leaves much to be desired. The hotel itself is not bad. But in the restaurant almost no fruits, breads and fish. And all very monotonous. At the end of the week there was a feeling that they ran out of food. But in all other suits.

We had a fabulous stay at the Bonanza Palace. The customer service is exceptional. Food and room (with a beautiful sea view) were brilliant. Hats off to the entire staff and team - they know how to look after their guests. Specials thanks to Eva, Rafa & Leo at reception and Antonio at the bar - nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely be coming back next year!!

Great hotel with helpful staff. We booked a presidential suite as a treat and asked for a high floor. The hotel obliged with floor 7, the top floor. It was an amazing view which we couldn't fault. Whilst these rooms were not refurbished (as the whole hotel was) they did retain a more older them, with wood panelling, they were still of a high standard. The outside area looks more like the South of France...

Great experience. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful (Pablo and Leon at breakfast especially). Fantastic see views from our room and from breakfast restaurant. Pool area with direct beach access. If in Mallorca, i will return.

This hotel provides excellent service from the management to all members of staff.I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel stands out as an example of high quality service. We stayed here for a few days during our honeymoon in Spain and were very satisfied with our experience. The location is beautiful with direct access to the Mediterranean Sea as well as a huge pool. I had a really wonderful, peaceful, non-problematic 3-night stay. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a really kind and handsome hotel receptionist (Leo) who was very helpful toward any needs or questions throughout my stay. Beautiful hotel! With steps down into the sea, it's hard not to be amazed. The staff are all very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel has many facilities with 2 separate dinner options. The views are beautiful with access to a private beach too !!!

More 3.5 stars than 4. Unfortunately we stayed here for one night after staying at the St Regis (which is 10 mins away). We were unable to get a room upgrade with Ambassador status and also unable to get late check out. We came with some family and friends to eat to celebrate my wedding. It was amazing. The food was delicious. The waiters were very kind. The view is astonishing. The quality and beauty of the place is amazing. I highly to recommend the place. I also recommend the brunch which is particularly nice.

The hotel is large and looks elegant in arrival. Reception area is good. Bar is not very welcoming. The furniture is more motorway cafe than 4 star hotel. The food in the bar was very good. I stayed at The Bon Sol in August and was extremely impressed. We felt so welcome and taken care of! The location is perfect, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and luxurious. The food was delicious- this is a hotel where everyone makes you feel like you are at home!

Extremely beautiful place built into the stone. Please note that the check-in is done in the upper-most building and then the rooms can be in either of the 3 buildings straight down to the beach. Parking is on multiple levels depending on where you approach the buildings and they are fine with you parking wherever you choose to. Excellent friendly & helpful front desk staff. Rooms cleaned everyday by lovely ladies. The food was very good with plenty of choice. We thought it was really bad that drinking water was not offered at the tables with your meal, expensive bottle water was the only option.

Everything was great! The owner and the staff are super friendly and helpful, making you feel very welcomed. The hotel has a great pool and it is also 5 min from a sandy beach. The room was comfortable, quiet and cozy. There is a vast variety of food for breakfast. The bus stop for the centre of Palma is close to the hotel and the bus comes often. Small hotel with great pool and beach cove. Excellent breakfast and good rooms. Only negative is location, the 4 bus runs regularly but takes around 45 minutes to arrive into Palma.

Decent rooms. Hotel has a quiet atmosphere, with a little rocky beach. A mini mart and a public parking lot with beach access next door. Pool. And restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Morning Nespresso coffee service. Lemon infused water station in the lobby available all hours. At check in was greeted with a glass of cava. Not a bad choice for a middle price range stay.
