The location offers easy access to the beaches while providing serenity while on premises. The kids' offerings are fantastic, and we felt completely comfortable letting our kids run free in the kids' pool/club area. The property is large enough that they didn't bother other guests, but it was contained, so we never felt ill at ease—one of the best vacations we have had since becoming a family.
That said, I could see enjoying the rest of the amenities even if we weren't parents. Good vibes throughout the property, right next to a golf course and, again, easy access to beaches and attractions in the area.
Rooms are nice, with renovated bathrooms and simple, clean furniture throughout. The architecture is unexpectedly delightful, and the spaces are well-designed.
The gym is excellent and breakfast very good. My partner played golf and I used the pool and went to the beach (illetas) using the complimentary taxi shuttle service which is a fantastic option as it’s a bit too far to walk. We would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for space and close enough to Palma or neighbouring spots for dinner.
What I didn’t like was housekeeping came into my room twice in the morning of check out date (around around 9:30 and 10), they just knocked the door quickly and opened it before I answered as I was naked after the shower!
We faced a technical issue with no water for shower in day 3, but they fixed it quickly.
