Rooms spacious Staff understand very little English. Entertainment staff DO NOT include all guests (only for Spanish, French and German guests) Kids club NOT INCLUSIVE for ALL kids (seems to be for only Spanish, French and Germans) Big group of guests arrived with lots of kids aged 8-12/13 and took over the hotel. Have no consideration for other guests and seem to do what they want with NO telling off. Food very bland with very little taste. You need to take your room key card holder with you for breakfast, lunch and dinner or you wont get in. All Inclusive is only available from 11am to 11pm. Made to feel very uncomfortable as everyone stares at you when walking around either to the pool, bar or restaurant. Its like sardines in a tin at the pool side with beds squashed together. Its stated in the pool rules that you arent allowed to save beds, but people had their towels down from 7:30 onwards. Would say this hotel IS NOT FOR BRITISH GUESTS AS NOT VERY BRITISH FRIENDLY. WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY BRITISH GUESTS AT ALL

We just came back from Alua , we had to wait 3 hours for the friend of the coach drivers friend so we didn't arrive till 5am should have been 2.45 .The hotel appears clean but on our second night our room was full of ants and in our bed .We spent the night hitting them ! To find we had been bitten ..I went to reception and was told housekeeping would go in that day ...NO they did not on our table drink marks remained there after they had been .To then discover my son's room had ants too . We paid 300 pounds to upgrade oh my ..the sausage was raw at breakfast then the chicken at dinner I took my plate to the hotel manager .He appeared angry and went to the kitchen but at dinner the same happened with the burgers ! But love holidays have said they can't do anything as the hotel have a certificate to say everything is ok ! Clearly not ! The AI doesn't start till 11am and the pool 10 am .The food is very repetitive always paella and pasta no variety .Tried to upload photos but kept saying error

cannot fault the hotel, was nice had a lovely reception and was clean. however there is not a lot to do in and out of the hotel. food was awful, no variety and was the same every night. staff were quite rude if i had an issue or wanted to ask a question, some just walked away

We booked a suite with balcony and it was extremely spacious. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the bedsheets were crisp. We went all inclusive and there was a large range of food available, something for everyone.

Just got back from a week here. Overall I think the hotel is defo 3 stars not 4. The daily entertainment is very good and the night time entertainment is okay, could be better. The weather was around 23 degrees but very cloudy so if you don’t like the sun that much then defo choose this part of Tenerife. There’s not much going on outside of the hotel. You can walk to the main part plaza del charco 15 mins walk which has more going on. The food here really is not great at all. The breakfast is much better than lunch and dinner if I’m being honest. We ate out a few times as we couldn’t stomach the food again. We went all inclusive but things like Pringles, certain ice cream and certain alcohol you had to pay for which I thought was strange. The hotel is very very clean and well presented that’s defo one positive. I don’t think we will be back to this hotel or area. But our over all stay was okay

I am here now and this is my honest review. I travel 4/5 times a year so I’ve experienced a lot of good and bad at various hotels. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The food is very good compared to a lot that I have sampled previously. The pool is adequate size, definitely not huge as one review I read stated. The sunbeds are packed in tightly so expect to rub shoulders with the stranger next to you. It shares the space with the outside bar area, not small but again not big. Now the downsides. I am a smoker and there is one very small area in the whole hotel, including outside, that you can smoke in. I understand that 85% of people don’t smoke anymore but that still leaves 15 people out of every 100 that do. It’s disappointing but if that’s the hotel policy then fine, however let us know before we get here, they don’t even want you smoking on the balconies and as for emptying the ashtray, well that only happens once a day, in the morning, so at nighttime the ashtray is overflowing, not impressed. If you choose all inclusive be prepared for a few shocks, it doesn’t start until 11am and finishes at 11pm. If you want to go for a coffee early in the morning and then go back later for your breakfast, you can’t. They only allow you to visit the restaurant once per meal time ! You won’t get offered drinks in the restaurant and you won’t get told where to get them from. I was here 3 days before o realised, I assumed the staff were just ignoring me as I was solo. Parking at the hotel costs 12 euros a day, so if you hire a car be warned. If this hotel was a bit more flexible in its strict rules, then I might think about returning but as it is, I won’t. If you’re after a smoke free, regimented holiday, it’s a great choice. If you want holiday flexibility, book elsewhere!

Travelling as a solo female, I was anxious about my stay but as soon as I arrived I knew this would not be an issue. The team in every department were super helpful, attentive and friendly. Lovely modern hotel with spacious rooms and balcony. Pool is great size and entertainment in the day was fab! Highly recommend and would return

Once we had booked this holiday I noticed quite a few negative reviews regarding the treatment of British people at this hotel and I very nearly changed hotels as a consequence but I am very glad that I didn't! Our experience was brilliant. The entertainment team were very inclusive and the bar staff and waiting team were very friendly. There was an amazing choice of food, as a vegetarian often my choices are limited but not here. Every day had alternative cuisines plus the regular pizza/burgers etc which my son very much enjoyed... Along with a plentiful selection of desserts each day. Our room was clean and tidy and had everything we could need for our stay. It is a good location, a stones throw away from the zoo, a few minutes walk to the beach (which unfortunately is closed at the moment) and if you're willing to walk a little further to the botanical gardens that is worth a visit too. We would 100% return if we were to travel to that area again.

Very clean and modern hotel, friendly bar and reception staff, good selection at the buffet and good range of drinks. Didn't really sample the amenities of the hotel but we did explore the local area which has a good selection of shops and casual restaurants/bars. It's also close to the bus station and very close to Lorro Parque. It does feel a bit secluded and out of the way however so if you're looking for something a bit more lively then this may not be the hotel for you. Unfortunately our stay was also tarnished due to the majority of guests at this hotel being French, this means English guests are often excluded from activities or events within the hotel which creates an unpleasant experience. My friend and I didn't feel able or welcome to join in with anything and this would, I imagine, put off other English people from visiting this hotel. Of course the staff can't help or control the majority of guests being certain nationalities, however they can ensure that all entertainment staff are given the appropriate training to treat all guests fairly. Based on my experience I wouldn't return to this hotel again.

Room was spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. We didn't go AI but breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The hotel is very big with loads of facilities to suit all ages. It is well situated only about 15 mins walk from town centre
