Landmar Costa los Gigantes

We love this hotel! It’s the second time we’ve been back as it’s so great. With 2 pools separated from each other you can have a choice of ‘lively’ or ‘quiet’ depending on what you prefer. Never had a problem getting a sunbed here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great and staff very efficient. A special mention to Elena for being so helpful and friendly when we were booking our Grill/Italian restaurant reservations.

We visited in the summer and had a blast! The rooms were lovely and the location was great. Only a few minutes walk away from the stunning black sand beach. The main reason for leaving this review was for the amazing entertainment in the evening. The whole team were superb, in particular, Raquel who my 8 and 5 year old loved and were thoroughly entertained by. Food options were excellent. Thank you all at Landmar x

An unforgettable experience!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The activities offered are varied and entertaining, perfect for families and couples alike. Every day, there was something new and exciting to do.

The food was another highlight of my stay. The dishes were delicious, with a wide variety to choose from—everything from international options to local specialties, all of exceptional quality.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the attention to detail in every corner. It’s clear that they put a lot of care into everything.

I would like to make a special mention of Yurama, the front desk manager, who made our arrival and stay even more pleasant. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help at all times truly made a difference. Thanks to her, we felt at home from the very first moment.

In short, this is a hotel where the service is impeccable, the facilities are excellent, and the experience is unforgettable. I will definitely be coming back soon!

We love it here!! Our second stay here and again excellent stay. Our kids enjoy the rope circiut, minigolf and all pools. Very good services in the hotel. Big thanks to Orlando team, when during dinner they wished happy birthday to our kids celebrating their 10th birthday..

We’ve been to this hotel 3 times now and honestly it’s amazing all of the staff are friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.
Every aspect of the stay was fantastic. I have felt that each time it’s become even better. This year in particular the food, entertainment and spa seemed to get better.
We loved the queen tribute band, the neon colour party and funfair.
My children enjoyed all the sports like mini golf and football making friends from other countries.
A variety of food and drink and we all loved the spa.
The new signs put up were clear explaining where things were.

Because we are returning customers we have had perks including attending the two restaurants Italian and the grill. We sat outside and saw the sunsetting was beautiful.

This year they’ve also created brilliant photo opportunities with some things put up around the hotel. A giant deckchair , large Door and chair with lights behind (see pictures attached)

Just one thing that we would say is the splash park needs revamping as it’s become a little tired. Repainting and the flooring was warn. But still accessible and my children enjoyed it.

The games were fun like playing pool, air hockey and some highly addictive new pearl game that all the children wanted to play to get tickets. Again the prizes were rubbish and I think they would much prefer winning a sweet or something better than a tacky cheap plastic toy. But this is in a lot of hotels and not a reason not to stay! You could avoid them if you wanted to.

I’m sure we will return again. What I also noticed was so many people who live in Tenerife also stayed there so it says something when people on the island come and stay.

Equally a mix of English, Spanish, French and German with staff speaking different languages. Playing a variety of music from different countries.

Overall, a great hotel. Only things that brought it down were at the time we stayed, the main pool was overrun with floaties though later on, the lifeguards did ban them from the other pool so at least you could take a dip to cool off or swim. The location turned out to be a bit hilly to be popping off for walks with a child but the on site shop had limited items. You had some necessities like water, milk and some snacks and though its all inclusive, its sometimes nice to have some honey rum in your room whilst you sit and watch a sunset. Some of the fittings were tired but the rooms were very clean and the staff are brilliantly helpful. The games area was limited but pool tables are always a go to. I'd avoid the ticket/prize machines as the only thing you are likely to get is a keyring...better spent elsewhere

Really, really great hotel!!
We can say nothing but positive comments about this hotel - what a lovely place.
The staff were all so helpful and friendly. They worked tirelessly all day to keep the hotel clean and tidy and make the guests feel comfortable and welcome.
The facilities were fantastic! Two huge pools, one quieter, one more lively, and plenty of splash pools too for younger kids. The additional activities (high ropes, mini golf, ping pong, sports pitches, soft play) gave our kids plenty of other things to do - they were never bored.
And then, most importantly (for us!) the food - we were worried we might get bored eating the same thing but there was so much choice every lunchtime and evening that we always had variation. There was plenty of healthy options and lots that suited our kids. There were also plenty of snacks available in between mealtimes. The two al a carte restaurants were good too, but because the usual buffet was so good we didn’t feel desperate to change restaurant anyway!
Room also beautifully clean each day, fresh towels if needed, decent coffee machine and sea view.
This hotel and the all inclusive element totally surpassed our expectations and we would genuinely consider coming back next year. Thanks Landmar Hotels! The Eastup’s

Best hotel in tenerife by far food was amazing staff were the greatest so helpful. Rooms were well ventilated with cold ac. Drinks superb the all inclusive package here is so good. Swimming pools lovely and easy to get to local beach etc. I'm definitely going back again

We have just come back from an all inclusive holiday and the hotel is amazing. Plenty of things to do for adults and children. The pools are huge and the kids loved playing in the pools and the entertainment was great for the kids. Plenty of other activities to do like arcade games, mini golf, softplay and mini disco's. The food choice was great and the location was amazing. Wonderful views. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back. A very happy family with loads of memories. Thank you to all of your team.

Fabulous 5 night break.

We stayed in an ocean view suite which had amazing views, definitely worth the upgrade.

The room was spotlessly clean, basically furnished but everything you needed.

The grounds are very well maintained with beautiful plants and shrubs. Lovely clean pool areas with adequate sun beds for all, pools are also heated.

The food is geared up for everyone, lots of choices and of a high standard, seafood and a choice of different meats every night so never became repetitive. Most cocktails were included in the AI package so were beer, wine and spirits.

All the staff are super friendly and efficient in their duties.

We stayed as a couple, it’s definitely designed for families, the activities on offer are incredible for the kids, we will definitely be bringing the grandkids back !!

You won’t regret booking this hotel - Go for it !
