Mattresses are awful: old, deformed, springs are popping out. Painful to sleep. Shower is not separated on the floor, so when you take a shower the water comes into the room. Kitchen is awfully small, we couldn't do anything but boil eggs. Water pressure is good. Room is quite spacious. Have nice roof and places to work. Also laundry is very handy. Good views from the balcony.
But I put 2 start bcs of the mattresses. If you are in pain during sleep nothing else matters really

The reviews I saw here had me so scared but I am here now and it’s beautiful! I have actually already extended my stay another two week. Yes, things are a little dated and not 100% perfect but for the price it’s perfectly fine. The room is nice and big with a lovely balcony and the most amazing view. The pool is on the roof on the 5th floor and is gorgeous with lots of sun loungers around to lie on. There is bathrooms in the pool area. I haven’t taken breakfast or seen if the bar is open yet so can’t comment on that.

Alright, so the rooms are a little dated but ours had a lovely balcony with a view of Teide and lovely flowers. The roof top pool is fabulous with great views. The guys on the front desk and cleaning staff are very friendly. About 20 minute very pleasant walk to the coast down hill though tiring walk back up the hill. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is overall quite good. The rooms are clean, though not impeccably tidy. Daily cleaning is provided, with towels and bed linens changed every two days. One downside is the lack of proper kitchen tools, such as good knives, a spatula for the frying pan, and dishwashing supplies. On the bright side, the balcony offers a stunning view, and the rooftop pool is a great feature, even though it’s not heated. A solid choice for a pleasant stay.

The room was large with a cracking balcony. The views are incredible of mountains and the sea. Loved watching the kites (birds of prey) flying off the cliff. Good size bathroom, but the shower didn't drain properly. Adequate kitchen facilities. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, but the surrounding floor is VERY slippy. Never saw the bar open! The staff here are amazing, so helpful and friendly, can not fault them.
The hotel is situated on a Very steep hill, walked up it once, used taxis after that!
Unfortunately we had quite a lot of cockroaches, most were dead or dying but not pleasant. Can't mention the restaurant, never went.

This place sits on a VERY steep hill. The staff is great. Breakfast cost 16 eur and was horrible. 20 minute walk to the beach shops and restaurants. The location is not for people who can't walk very far. The room was hot, I was on the 4th floor and was disturbed by the pool activity above me daily.

The hotel is quirky with a nice small pool area.
The pool bar is open as and when the owners want to open, but the food and drinks are good and reasonably priced.
The rooms are nice, ours was quite large with a quirky kitchen on a wardrobe. Which not only is a great use of space, but you can hid it away.
The bathroom was ok. Dated and the bath/shower was a little old and not flat so set a little dangerous.
We also had an infestation of ants, which we did speak to the cleaners about and requested some talc, but they had used an insecticide on them. Which just moved them to another area!
The receptionists were very good and polite and answered any questions and also called for taxis.
The area is up a hill, but there are a couple of nice bars locally for cocktails and food.
You can also take a taxi to the main town for around 5/6 euros

Great place to stay. Rooms are what you pay for. It's got everything you need. There is a steep hill to climb to get back to the hotel. A taxi from town is €5 which is OK. Its a bout a mile and a half.

I wouldn't stay too long because the beads hurt your back but it's in a great area with great service very clean good for the money and has all amenities you could ever need

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 4 months and we really enjoy it, the staff is nice and they keep the hotel clean. The pool always have some empty sits, so you can enjoy the sun with a nice view. What I mostly like is that this area is really quiet, so you can sleep well and near you is a great Park with one Cafe and some local restaurants.
