This is a fairly nice hotel . The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok ( although they are dated and could do with some TLC) .
However the thing that really disappoints about this hotel is the food. Breakfast is ok But evenings , no , it's awful. The food is tepid/cold at best and not very nice. We ended up going out for dinner as we got fed up with it. Going half board is pointless if you have to go out just to get something hot and edible.

Horrible Experience! Avoid This Place!I was happy that my holiday ended and I was going home...
I had an awful stay at this hotel. The place is in desperate need of renovation. Pictures on the website are from before opening about 12 years ago and judging from the state of amenities so is everything else.Rooms are outdated, with dirty walls, broken fixtures, and damaged flooring. Mattresses are so old and hard you can feel and hear every spring.The cleanliness was also a major issue – the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned,bedding was stained.To make matters worse, me and my partner ended up getting food poisoning during our stay, which ruined the entire trip. The food was cold, and I couldn’t trust anything they served. I will never stay here again and highly recommend looking elsewhere. Definitely not worth the price.

For the first 3 days over Christmas we enjoyed ourselves,hotel very dated in most areas but very clean,credit to the cleaning staff also the reception staff were first class.We then came down with food poisoning,5 days later and now at home fortunately we are still suffering.Food wasn't hot and the waiters were placing glasses on the tables with their fingers inside them then moving on to collect dirty plates not hygienic.

So the hotel has its faults, which the management is partially seeing to, but, in my experience, it is far from being a 4* hotel. The entertainment starts far too late. The meal service options are somewhat limited, and most restaurant staff lack any positive spirit. In most cases, I've half finished my main without any drink provision, and they never follow up with another drink if you've finished one.
The room was adequate, the laminate was dated, and gaps in the joinery were evident in 50% of it. Housekeeping did an excellent job of making up the room, restocking the bathroom, and providing fresh towels. The one thing lacking was a desk and chair, but the balcony table and chairs did the job.. just. Also, 1 of the 3 lifts was out of service, for a hotel with floors into the teens, and also affected my satisfaction. The general layout of the hotel was quite peculiar. It is a solid 3/5* in my opinion in its current state, once the quality of these areas had improved it would be able to achieve a 4* rating.

Lovely, calm hotel. As in other reviews, yes, money could be spent on the rooms, stair carpets, and general decor but it's generally very clean. The staff work really hard and are extremely helpful when approached. There is building work being carried out and I think it will for some time; this means some areas were out-of-bounds. There was entertainment, a pool/games room and a library area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for all the above and for the location. However, the local beach is still closed due to unclean bathing water.

It's better to find something else The hotel brought only negative aspects to our holiday. The staff is very polite and nice, but everything else is not. Almost all the food has no taste and the breakfasts are generally the same. The hotel has very old furniture and the bathroom equipment is half working after so many years of use.
Before all this, no one warned us that the beaches were closed due to water pollution in the ocean, and the nearest (small and inconvenient) beach was about 30 minutes away

Location is tucked away from the main run of hotels. Quite adults only, 5 mins from beach. Amazing views of the north Side of the island, and cooler than the south.

Hotel is located in a great location about a third of the way up a hill. Feels like you walk up the hill un both directions though...Staff are great very helpful and multi lingual. Apart from one of the lifeguards who I dont think talks full stop. We had the top tier all inc package and it worked well. We did visit out of season so some renovation work was being done on the hotel but there was no disturbance or noise. Nightly 'entertainment' offered. Usual type of thing from singers to a guy who thinks he is a magician etc. Food was very good for buffet style. Different each day for the mains, still had the usual stuff if you are fussy like me or do not want to try new things. Yes it is adult only so its mainly 45 plus (I am 46) but there are still a few 18-25 staying but were no issue to us, did not drink too much, make much noise etc. All in all would def stay here again.

Great and lovely time at the hotel. Staff were exceptional kind and helpful most especially Veronica. She was superb with her yoga class and she always had a smile on every time. I will recommend the hotel to my friends and family and will ask them to attend the yoga class as well. Definitely coming back to the hotel again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Be Live Hotels Only for Adults, and it was a wonderful experience.
