A basic hotel, well located right in the middle of shopping streets. Room is clean and sufficiently provided, the cleaning crew were very detailed. Breakfast were OK. Reception was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a kettle and they sent one right away. We stayed here five nights, we are very happy.

The staff is nice and helpful. The food is not great, but good and enough portions. There's a nice selection for breakfast in the morning.

On arrival at the hotel, the receptionist told me that breakfast is included in the price I had paid in advance. However, at checkout I was asked to pay an additional 36 EUR for the three breakfasts. This seems like a way to deceive customers.

Stay away from this place unless you want to get robbed! We left some money in a handbag and it was stolen by the staff. The hotel didn't assume any responsibility and just said that it was our fault we didn't use a safe box which you have to pay for as an additional service. On top of that, the cleaner left all of my hygiene things wet in the bathroom. Very poor service and horrible attitude.

This is the second time my husband, myself and two children have stayed here whilst visiting family in Santa Cruz.
Prices are excellent and the hotel is always very clean! It is a nice and quiet hotel to stay at with restaurants and shops at its doorstep. Breakfast was lovely and quiet, with some self service options and a hot breakfast brought out from the kitchen.
We love Principe Paz and we will keep coming here whilst visiting family in Tenerife!

Good central location. Room was quiet and comfortable. WiFi was useless for those that care. Breakfast was buffet style and pretty good.
