Hotel Bahía Flamingo - Only Adults Recommended

Disappointing... Firstly,send them an email, which I found on them site,be fore we arrive but they did not receive it. It's strange because it was the only email address of them I was able to find over the internet. So in fact no contact and obviously did not received what I asked and I was asked to pay extra 5e per night when I asked to make king bed instead of twin. Really? Secondly, the pool is closed at 6pm every evening then the hottest time in Tenerif is 5pm to 7pm. If you spend your day out side the hotel you won't be able to relax at the pool any more. Actually, very boring hotel. There is no entertaining at all and if there is an actual show in evening it takes like 30mins max. When we were listen music through the phone till 10pm in the balcony we been told that if we gonna have one more evening like that they will call police to us and kick us out of the hotel. So if that hotel is specialized to families with young kids and seniors they should add and high light that to their description. We paid 5e per day for wifi which we were able to use only for few hours because,like receptionist said '' there is very poor connection'', but they still charged us 5e. Very poor food selection. Every day is the same dishes. Most staff does not speak in english, it is very difficult to explain what you want. We bought all inc and for pay things we had 60% off which we have not been told at the reception and the bar stuff did not knew about it while shift changed and on the end of our holiday the more experienced bar staff told us about discount, I have no idea how mush money we loose by paying full price. And did not even get my bed changed for free :D We will not go back there for sure. Stuff rude,boring hotel,pool closed to early,every little thing cost many extras.

Firstly, the car entrance is closed so you can't stop to unload luggage (what hotel does this?). There are no elevators, had to drag our luggage up to the 4th floor (no bellboys either). The rooms are extremely outdated, no mini fridge, no a/c or heating, thin walls. We took the breakfast and dinner buffet option. The buffet is an absolute joke, disgusting and no selection. The choice is about 5 hot dishes, 2 being meat and 3 being carbs. Exactly like the 1 dollar buffets in Vegas. They even charge you for a glass of tap water. We ended up skipping the rest of our dinners and going out to restaurants. Wifi is only available in the dungeon-like underground lobby. Not impressed by any part of our stay, thankfully we only slept and had breakfast at the 'resort'.

Now I know why it was one of the cheapest hotels. We had half board but drinks are not included. Need to pay extra even for water. Same food every day and poor selection. In rooms no fridge no a/c and no free wifi.
