Currently here for 10 nights. Apartments a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Great view of the sea from our balcony. Staff are amazing as is the food. Pools are really nice and poolside snacks and drinks are plentiful. The location is perfect. Not very far from popular tourist spots. We hired a car for 2 days and found some nice beaches to visit close by. Overall we are glad we booked our holiday here, and will definitely visit again.

2nd day here and so far brilliant. The apartment has a complimentary bottle of water. There is a kettle, microwave and kitchen. Bathroom has a hairdryer, with complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush plus it has shampoo/conditioner and hand soap. The bedroom has a ceiling fan while the lounge has air conditioning. You are given a pool towel that you can swap out whenever you want. Food has been really good quality and a good variety. The start to the holiday as gone well so far.

I’m currently staying at Allegro Isora in Tenerife, and I couldn’t be happier! The location is fantastic !The rooms are spotless, and everything is working perfectly. The service is caring and friendly.
The buffet offers a wide selection of delicious food, with options to suit every taste. The fitness center is well-equipped, with high-quality free weights and machines, which is perfect for keeping up with my workouts during the stay.

Good hotel considering the price. It’s true that you get what you pay for. Really enjoyed the food and the entertainment team. Rooms are definitely outdated and need improvement. Had all inclusive+, which is totally not worth it in my opinion. But it was a nice touch to receive a birthday gift, but lots of other things that was promised with all inclusive+ was nowhere to be found. Like bathrobes, slippers, pool towels in the room. However rooms were cleaned daily and the staff was mostly nice. Location is very good, close to local shops and a beach.

Honest opinion - hotel for families & kids. NOTHING to do for adults, for couples. Food is repetitive and sometimes of bad quality (Snack Bar food is just hotdogs, burgers, cold fries, some vegetables and made-with-nobody-knows-what croquettes). As a plus, each night there was seafood and pizza which was good. Pans where they prepared the food (or grills) were dirty - breakfast ommelets or dinner's chicken breasts were covered in dark dirt coming from the pans. Buffet is quite smal, NOISY as HELL. Rooms look like airbnb, the beds are uncomfortable and squeaky. The staff in the bars and room mainteneance is great (shoutout to Ilenia and the rest of bartenders!). LOTS of small kids, the only "adults area" are sunbeds on the concrete field next to the suites. Even the "relax" swimming pool was full of families with kids and there are two bigger pools with water attractions. At night poor entertainment, our first night was an experience to remember - at 10pm on the "stage" some girl was screaming to the microphone at the karaoke, kids were hitting each other with snooker sticks at the bar... We wrote an e-mail to guest experience manager, no reply until today.
We booked "All Inclusive Plus", pleasantly surprised with Cava and drinks welcoming us in the room. AI+ in reality included water, towels, bathrobes. AI+ zone at the buffet is located in the loudest part of the buffet and can accomodate 12 people in total (three tables). The staff sometimes serviced us and took orders, sometimes they were too busy. The "plus" part was fresh orange juice, the rest of the promised goods such as coffee or ommelets could easily be grabbed by yourself from the buffet, so nothing special. Just a scam to make AI+ pay more for non-existent standards. Branded drinks came in handy when trying to spend a nice time in the hotel.
Wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wishes to relax in the hotel. Good spot for trips on the island though and the price - you get what you paid for, actually. Beautiful Los Gigantes and views on the ocean. There's Barcelo Santiago nearby and the quality of stay there is superior. Worth paying more to feel calmer and enjoy your holiday.

We traveled to Tenerife at the end of February 2025 and stayed at a hotel a 30-minute drive from the airport. Free parking outside the hotel if you can find a spot. The location was quiet, yet close to pubs and restaurants. The staff, were welcoming and attentive even surprising us with a birthday celebration for my partner!
The hotel featured three pools, including a kids’ area, though the water was cold. I saw staff checking water quality and temp throughout the days. We noticed some unpleasant smell in the restaurant but overall the grounds were clean. Our spacious room had a sea view (block B) but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
We opted for all-inclusive from Half bored, at check-in for €25 per adult and €12.50 for our little one each night. long waits for omelettes and mediocre food but we never went hungry. More coffee machines are needed, lines could get long, and we always managed to find a seat - again keep in mind the time we visited.
The kids' club had lots of games and activities but lacked supervision. We enjoyed the kids’ disco, but the adult evening entertainment we went to once (Soul night) just wasn't giving!
Despite some downsides, we had a good time and feel the value fit the price. we'd stay again.

We had a great time here with our 2 year old. The hotel staff were fantastic and attentive when needed. We stayed all inclusive and found the food choice and quality as good as any other all inclusive we have been too. The pools were a little cold but we found the top pool the warmest one of the three. The children’s disco was great but started a little bit late for our 2 year so she had to miss a couple because of being too tired and grumpy :). The room had plenty of space and were kept clean and tidy.

Only stayed the one night as our hotel had an emergency. Food excellent in the restaurants except the vending machine for sandwiches. Bathroom in our room did not have a handle on the inside? The electric flex wire for the Aircon unit had a very dodgy connection with block and insulation tape! Breach of even EU Regs. Otherwise we would stay here in the future. Very nice.

Wonderful hotel! Lovely & helpful staff! Some great entertainment. Clean rooms and lovely food - only criticism would be there's little vegetarian options on most nights - and some items are mis-labeled as vegetarian when it did have meat (often the soup). However, would recommend this hotel for its amazing facilities, staff and lovely location near a natural beach.

Nice enough hotel, though it seems to have seen better days. Rooms were nice. Definitely worth paying the relatively small extra amount for a sea view as it was stunning; especially for early evening sunshine and the sunset. Our main issue was the inability of the kitchen staff to keep the food warm, never mind hot. We tended to eat between 8pm and 9pm and literally not one meal choice was still hot. The hotel is located a long way from the airport. €90+ in a taxi, so I recommend getting the bus or a multi drop off shuttle. Had a good holiday. Good value for a week's all inclusive. Just need to improve the heat lamps to actually keep food hot.
