We had a great holiday at this hotel. The hotel itself is well laid out and beautifully maintained - big, but not impersonal. The choice at the buffet is great and there was loads of choice; I'm vegetarian and was impressed with the range of food and flavours. The pool snack bar was great too - always lots on offer and thoughtful little touches. The pool areas were lovely, clean and buzzy but without being crowded. The day and night time entertainment were great too - the animation team were brilliant. The overall vibe was a good mix of fun and peaceful.
My only (very small) gripe is that the bathrooms could do with being upgraded, but not a big deal at all.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Rooms, staff, location and food were all great. I particularly liked the water dispensers all over the hotel, where we could fill our bottles, that we found in the room. The all-in offer was strong, with plenty of drinks and food to chose from all day. If you are wondering whether to take the Platinum or not like I was, we decided not to go for it and that was a great decision, because now we don't feel like we really missed out on something. If I had to complain, I didn't love the fact that you can change the pool towels only once a stay and the fact, that the hotel doesn't offer lunchboxes. Despite that, staying there was a great pleasure and would absolutely return there;)

Francesca is the best entertainer! The hotel is clean, the meals are delicious, and the entertainment is fantastic! Everyone will find something for themselves. There are plenty of loungers by the pools (the pools open at 9 and 10 a.m., so there's a spot for everyone). There's no fighting over loungers. Entertainment is available for all ages. The staff is very friendly. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony :) We'll definitely be back next year :)

I stayed there for 7 nights about a week ago. The service was amazing, the rooms were luxurious and the food was perfect.
The outside area was also very good, there was a food place next to the pools which were also very nice. And to top it off it is in an amazing location so you are very close to the ocean. I would definitely recommend 10/10👍

Stayed for 10 nights with my boyfriend and we were stunned as soon as we entered the hotel. The food was so good and did food cooking near the pool. They had a great selection and different dishes each day at lunch and dinner. They also do not mess around with the alcohol with a wide selection of different drinks around the hotel. The service was great at reception and throughout the hotel. The evening entertainment was the best I had seen with the balcony being a relaxed area where musicians play and the show area with different shows and activities. The animation crew were so fun and bubbly and got everyone involved. They definitely put a smile on your face everyday. I would definitely be coming here again at some point !

The food lets the place down. Always cold and I had to warm my meals up in the microwave. The rooms were clean and well kept. I asked for a different glass for my gin and tonic at the Hello Bar but was told no as the drinks were far too strong to tolerate in a tumbler glass. We never went to the entertainment bar as it didn't open until 10pm. Opening earlier would have been better. The staff on Reception were very helpful and friendly and spoke great English. They are a credit to your team.

We’ve just spent 10 days over Christmas and it was amazing. One of our favorite hotels in Tenerife. Restaurant and bar staff are amazing and all the staff seemed happy. The animation team were great also. Lots of effort was made to make Christmas Day special for everyone. Will definitely return.

The hotel is fantastic in many aspects: an amazing location, friendly staff, excellent facilities, great interior design, and very good food.
However, there is one significant drawback that hampers the overall experience: the WiFi quality. In this day and age, it’s unacceptable to face constant network disconnections and extremely high latency, which makes basic video or even audio calls impossible.
This issue needs immediate attention. Once resolved, this hotel undoubtedly deserves a 5+ rating.

This hotel has a lot going for it. Lovely food, attentive staff, great rooms. So many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. The entertainment staff are friendly but don't push you into things. There is plenty to keep you occupied or you can just sit and relax. If you want a busy resort then this isn't for you.
We've eaten really well this week, some all inclusive hotels in this price bracket aren't always great with the choices of food but we haven't been disappointed yet.
Many of the rooms look over the pools and to the sea, even the ones on the road side are fine.
The hotel should be very proud of their indoor and outdoor planting, the gardeners work very hard keeping it all looking amazing. I'd definitely come back again.

Such a lovely hotel and team! Honestly couldn't fault it at all, we really enjoyed staying here.
Everyone was very attentive and super helpful! The bar staff and waiters were friendly.
The entertainment team were great, and really got everyone involved! Ricky, Anton & Luis were brilliant entertainers, they really get everyone involved and made sure there was always something to do.
We’ve had the best week, and would love to come back again! ☀️
