I love this hotel. I'd been many times in the past with my late husband. I'm now a solo traveller and feel perfectly fine here. Everyone is so polite, from checking in at reception to all the dining room staff and especially the lady cleaning the room. We were so anxious after reading all the reviews however we did not get ill the 6 days we was here as we was constantly using hand sanitizer and being wary of certain foods. Been coming to this hotel for 20 years. Love the place. Great entertainment crew. All Staff in the hotel are friendly!! Rooms are cleaned regularly. We had an incredible stay at H10 Costa Mogan. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Minimal and easygoing, easy to get to the beach via walkway and elevator across the road from hotel.

Fabulous hotel. Immaculately clean and very quiet. Only a few local shops and bars but pool gorgeous with direct access to the beach via bridge and lift. Puerto rico town a €5 taxi ride away. Only had kettle and microwave in room, could do with a toaster.

We spent a few nice nights here. The hotel is on the top of a hill, so car is a necessity. Staff was extremely nice, they helped us in everything and they gave us a nice welcoming introduction when we arrived. Our apartment was big and had all the facilities needed. Really nice place to visit, with clean big rooms. You also get a heated pool where you can swim during December. The personal is nice and helpful and the cleaning was superb. It also has a large parking place, and you should not consider regarding finding a parking place or not. The beds was really hard but that was solved after contacting the reception.

It is remote but still everything is within reach. You come here to rest and can really relax. No annoying animation here. The complex is very well maintained and there are enough loungers available. Really a place to relax and have fun. You should still have a rental vehicle to explore the area and the island. The beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

Honest review Just left here as a group of 10 here for 7 nights. Check in- no issues allocated rooms and in them within half hour of arriving. Just back from a week at this hotel with my partner, 3 kids, 5, 8 and 12 as well as my parents. We were also here 3 years ago and will be back again next year. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Great position just opposite the beach. Very spacious, air-conditioning throughout, 3 bedroom duplex villa. Pretty much everything you could need is there. Short distance to beach shop and only a 15-20 minute walk up to the larger supermarkets and mall.

Had a amazing stay. Really nice apartments near the beach. Only the parking slots are a little bit small and can ne annoying some times. But it seems like they are buildin ne bigger parking slots there.

Good hospitality great room and view good place to stay

Brilliant hotel. The view was fantastic. The hotel is situated on a hill which didn't bother us. The staff are brilliant. A big shout out to Silvia, Alberto and Reuben. Food was always nice, Breakfast and dinner. Our room was clean, we had a large balcony with a jacuzzi. We couldn't of asked for more for a perfect honeymoon.

My second stay at the Casablanca as a solo traveler. This time for only 5 nights once again for a Big Game fishing trip. At my request they allocated a room on the 6th floor which featured a Whirlpool bath on the balcony (had a problem with it on my first day, but it was fixed within an hour) and good views. I stayed here for a week, with 2 children (12 years old) the hotel was very clean, with the room being cleaned and bed linen being changed daily. A little worn down and nothing in the room is straight, cold pool and the toilet flush every now and then, you wake up from your shower, as the luke warm water appears inbetween the ice cold and very warm water shocks. Apart from that, the service is excellent, it's quiet, I love the view, the cleaning is good and and the breakfast is perfect! Thank you for a nice stay!

Perfect for the resort because its more or less level with the bars and malls etc . No big hills etc
