I love this hotel. I'd been many times in the past with my late husband. I'm now a solo traveller and feel perfectly fine here. Everyone is so polite, from checking in at reception to all the dining room staff and especially the lady cleaning the room. The food was mid, which is impressive for such a huge hotel. Rooms were small, but had seaviews. Location is very challenging on top of a massive cliff with sheer walls. The pools were the shallowest ever, and very busy. Overall, nothing luxury at all. Basic and workable.

This would be a 5 star hotel if the rooms were maintained. Can't fault the staff. Always helpful, service is something else! They are there to help you. Use your manners and you pretty much get what you want. Clean, full of activities and a great view. A very relaxing holiday. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were so anxious after reading all the reviews however we did not get ill the 6 days we was here as we was constantly using hand sanitizer and being wary of certain foods. Staff were so friendly and helpful. So clean. My partner has problems with her back so they were so helpful on moving us to an apartment closer to reception. Can't wait to go back.

Been coming to this hotel for 20 years. Love the place. Great entertainment crew. All Staff in the hotel are friendly!! Rooms are cleaned regularly. Pools are well looked after and never had a problem getting a sunbed. Food is always great. Never had a problem with the food. We normally stay 3 weeks each stay and still don't want to go home!!

We spent a few nice nights here. The hotel is on the top of a hill, so car is a necessity. Staff was extremely nice, they helped us in everything and they gave us a nice welcoming introduction when we arrived. Our apartment was big and had all the facilities needed. Really nice place to visit, with clean big rooms. You also get a heated pool where you can swim during December. The personal is nice and helpful and the cleaning was superb. It also has a large parking place, and you should not consider regarding finding a parking place or not. The beds was really hard but that was solved after contacting the reception.

We stayed in a twin roomed apartment. Rooms really very nice with a great kitchen, living area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Is very quiet so you can sleep well here. Is a fair 15 to 20 min walk to some decent shops and about 25 min walk down to the beach restaurants. Pool though is quite small and they are very strict about what you can do in the pool. Very nice hotel for both adults and children. We stayed in the villa with private pool, which was super. This was our third stay in a row and we highly enjoyed it. Nice staff everywhere at the hotel and good service. Highly recommended for other guests and will return again.

Great family holiday! Only there for a week - which just wasn't enough! Staff were very friendly, nice and approachable. The Hotel is okay but really needs some insect curtains. We couldn't sleep one night because there were so many flies. We had to buy our own dishwashing liquid and dishwashing cloth which the cleaning lady took with her the next day. Brilliant Hotel, amazing location and perfect for families and the beach. Special shout out to Ramiro, who is brilliant and made our Holiday! I would have rated this hotel 5 ⭐ as the service is excellent but the menu at the pool bar in particular is pretty bad and the apartment type rooms are not very well equipped. Minimal and easygoing, easy to get to the beach via walkway and elevator across the road from hotel.

Fabulous hotel. Immaculately clean and very quiet. Only a few local shops and bars but pool gorgeous with direct access to the beach via bridge and lift. Puerto rico town a €5 taxi ride away. Only had kettle and microwave in room, could do with a toaster.

The stay was very nice and comfy. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel next to the sea. Everything was cleaned and tidy! Thanks to the cleaning staff on the third floor. We had an incredible stay at H10 Costa Mogan. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We booked the hot tub suite and we had the best room with double view of the pool and the sea. We would highly recommend this room. Been here for 16 days and gradually fell in love with the hotel. It is located in a quiet and sunny bay at a small beach (Playa del Cura). Lovely hotel. We had a junior suite with so much room. Restaurant had great selection of food. Bar area small but never had to queue for drinks. Nice pool and kids play area with pool. Gym not massive but good selection of equipment. On a steep hill but has amazing views over the bay. Would definitely go back.

It is remote but still everything is within reach. You come here to rest and can really relax. No annoying animation here. The complex is very well maintained and there are enough loungers available. Really a place to relax and have fun. You should still have a rental vehicle to explore the area and the island. The beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

Our Stay in Tauro 39 was amazing. Vanessa is the best host you can imagine. Everything is super clean and we especially loved her caring during our 6 weeks stay in her flat. No Aircon, couldn't remove a lizard from my sink, no noise controll from other piss head tourists so little sleep, TV only plays music.. no remote and buttons broken, I'm literally looking at dirt in the corner and dam the pillow is horrible.

Hotel nice and clean, i would recomend self catering as the food isnt brilliant! Also is very high up so i hope you like lots of steps and hills!

It’s a five star sleep and budget apt, love the views the staff and the apartment is just fab with everything you need. When you get tired of the five star hotels and all inclusive then this is the place. Do your own thing at your own pace. Cheap car hire 8 Euro per day via inter rental and 20 per night here makes this top.

Friendly atmosphere and staff. Pool area very tidy and pool bar excellent. Rooms are adequate for self catering. A bit of a walk up hill to the commercial centre to get food when hotel restaurants is shut but taxis are available cheaply.
