I love this hotel. I'd been many times in the past with my late husband. I'm now a solo traveller and feel perfectly fine here. Everyone is so polite, from checking in at reception to all the dining room staff and especially the lady cleaning the room. The food was mid, which is impressive for such a huge hotel. Rooms were small, but had seaviews. Location is very challenging on top of a massive cliff with sheer walls. The pools were the shallowest ever, and very busy. Overall, nothing luxury at all. Basic and workable.

This would be a 5 star hotel if the rooms were maintained. Can't fault the staff. Always helpful, service is something else! They are there to help you. We were so anxious after reading all the reviews however we did not get ill the 6 days we was here as we was constantly using hand sanitizer and being wary of certain foods. Fabulous hotel and location. Rooms are very spacious, and the views spectacular. All staff we're very helpful, and friendly. Strongly recommend if you are planning to holiday in Peurto Rico and want a bit of luxury.

Is a nice hotel,but the beach is 1km away and the boulevard is a joke. Room are very good but no privacy on the toilet and shower in the room. View is magnifiek

Very good location, when I booked I didn’t see the information that from the hotel you can take an elevator down directly to the path that runs along the ocean and to Puerto Rico beach is about 300 meters in total, and in the other direction to Amadores beach is only a little over 700 meters! Google Maps in pedestrian mode does not show this path, they force you to take a detour 😨

The stay was very nice and comfy. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel next to the sea. Everything was cleaned and tidy! Thanks to the cleaning staff on the third floor. We had an incredible stay at H10 Costa Mogan. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We booked the hot tub suite and we had the best room with double view of the pool and the sea. We would highly recommend this room. Minimal and easygoing, easy to get to the beach via walkway and elevator across the road from hotel.

Fabulous hotel. Immaculately clean and very quiet. Only a few local shops and bars but pool gorgeous with direct access to the beach via bridge and lift. Puerto rico town a €5 taxi ride away. Only had kettle and microwave in room, could do with a toaster.

The rooms and showers are very good. The food is very good and varied. The cooks, waiters and reception are very nice and attentive. And I really liked the covid safety check. Hammocks were disinfected every time someone left and the pool's maximum capacity of 23 people was constantly monitored. We will be back!!

We spent a few nice nights here. The hotel is on the top of a hill, so car is a necessity. Staff was extremely nice, they helped us in everything and they gave us a nice welcoming introduction when we arrived. Our apartment was big and had all the facilities needed. Really nice place to visit, with clean big rooms. You also get a heated pool where you can swim during December. The personal is nice and helpful and the cleaning was superb. It also has a large parking place, and you should not consider regarding finding a parking place or not. The beds was really hard but that was solved after contacting the reception.

They are apartments. Very new and well furnished. great pool. Unbeatable place, quiet and far from everything but close by car. Mostly Nordic residents, very very polite, peace and quiet

It is remote but still everything is within reach. You come here to rest and can really relax. No annoying animation here. The complex is very well maintained and there are enough loungers available. Really a place to relax and have fun. You should still have a rental vehicle to explore the area and the island. The beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
