The bed and pillows were so comfortable! I loved that the hotel provided wash cloths as well as towels. The hotel also provided shampoo and conditioner. My experience in Spain was that shampoo was usually provided, but sometimes conditioner was not. I did not like the highway traffic noise, but I got used to it. I had no problem sleeping once I considered it white noise.

We were dropped off at the bus drop off and had to roll our luggage through the entire resort to get to the front door. MTS was our transportation. It is remote but still everything is within reach. You come here to rest and can really relax. No annoying animation here. The complex is very well maintained and there are enough loungers available. Really nice place to visit, with clean big rooms. You also get a heated pool where you can swim during December. The personal is nice and helpful and the cleaning was superb. Amazing hotel, amazing staff and good food will be back

We had a lovely stay here. Only downside was that we booked all inclusive but on arrival realised there was an ultra all inclusive which was £18 pp per day extra. I enjoy my cocktails on holiday so was disappointed that the only ones I could get all inclusive were so sugary and more like juice than anything. The ice cream / coffee shop by reception is also not part of the all inclusive so worth noting...

Last day today after a weeks stay with a party of 9. Absolutely lovely hotel, beautiful views, very clean rooms, amazing food and drinks and lovely staff. Davis from the animation team was our favourite, so pleasant and funny and very entertaining. We’ve had the best weeks holiday and I will most definitely be returning g in the future. 👏👏👏👏👏

Just came back from Week stay. Fantastic hotel with amazing location. The views are incredible either side of the hotel. Food is great. We are quite picky and was surprised how good and variety or it. Only downside was the design of it get you lost for first day or two. Very hard to find your room. Also two out of three elevators were broken 😡 which I think should fixed asap same day where 90% of rooms...

Absolutely lovely hotel. Super clean, visually stunning, lots of amenities and great food. Lots of sun loungers so no need to worry about space. Always saw workers clearing empty plates and cups. Heated pool, shop on the hotel premises and beautiful view. It is difficult to get very high, the funicular is slow and often breaks down. Complete lack of soundproofing.

Gorgeous room, spectacular views. Personally struggled with vertigo on the stairs. Strong smell from the drains. Exceptionally good value for money.

Riosol was better than expected, rooms needed a face lift but pool area was great pool was nice and warm

Ideal location We’ve stayed here a number of times over the past 20 years hotel is looking a little tired although very clean and location is ideal for us . Needs an upgrade which I believe now servatur have purchased it will happen .

Truly one of those little gems that you can be lucky to find. Most beautiful view, most welcoming Juan and Elvira and not least completely newly renovated, so it is like 2022 level and not 70's Spanish. If we go back to Gran Canaria, we will definitely stay here again👍🏻👏🏻😎🥂☀️

This place is wonderful. It has undoubtedly exceeded our expectations. The treatment of Juan and Elvira is magnificent. They are super friendly and close and make you feel at home. Beautiful hotel. Always spotless and easy to get a sun bed even in school holidays. The best tip was to take the two lifts down in the montebello (your room card gives u access through the gates) to save all the steps. Amazing holiday thanks!

Nice clean tidy hotel beds a little hard but ok if you don't sleep long in the mornings. We managed to get this hotel very cheap £300 each including flights. Pool little small if you like a long swim. Would I go back yes.

All the staff were awesome and friendly, the rooms top notch (would recommend the luxury rooms on floor 3 and above as all have pool and sea views plus lots of extras included). WHOLE HOTEL cleaned numerous times a day. Will be our new 'go to' place in Puerto Rico as we visit there 3 plus times a year.

Great position just opposite the beach. Very spacious, air-conditioning throughout, 3 bedroom duplex villa. Pretty much everything you could need is there. Short distance to beach shop and only a 15-20 minute walk up to the larger supermarkets and mall.

Had a amazing stay. Really nice apartments near the beach. Only the parking slots are a little bit small and can ne annoying some times. But it seems like they are buildin ne bigger parking slots there.

Nice place to stay It’s a nice place. And quiet, easy to get to the beach And to the shopping center. The sun terrace is an extra bonus as you are protected from the wind.

Brilliant hotel. The view was fantastic. The hotel is situated on a hill which didn't bother us. The staff are brilliant. A big shout out to Silvia, Alberto and Reuben. Food was always nice, Breakfast and dinner. Our room was clean, we had a large balcony with a jacuzzi. We couldn't of asked for more for a perfect honeymoon.

My second stay at the Casablanca as a solo traveler. This time for only 5 nights once again for a Big Game fishing trip. At my request they allocated a room on the 6th floor which featured a Whirlpool bath on the balcony (had a problem with it on my first day, but it was fixed within an hour) and good views.
