My wife gave a review during our first week, we received bad service in the restaurants that week. We are now coming to the end of our second week, since our complaint the service has really improved, noticeably more staff in the restaurants, service is good, staff are friendly - what a difference from last week to this week!!! Lovely hotel, nice big rooms, a little tired here and there but nothing bad, breakfast and lunch very nice evening meals hit n miss but not bad, lots of entertainment again not great but kept us amused. Great hotel. Rooms are very nice but needs better maintenance when I emptied the bathroom sink it pulled the water trap and allowed sewerage smells to enter the bathroom. We have a 14 night stay here we are completely satisfied with the service from our room maids. Our room is cleaned every day and fresh towels at hand. We were in the refreshed LIVVO apartments and self catering. El Alcalde de Peuerto Mogán/The Mayor needs to get a proper panadería/bakery in the Port. We found nowhere to buy good bread/pastries to match the Venetian delight. Such a shame. In mainland Spain superb artisan bakers are to be found everywhere these days! It is remote but still everything is within reach. You come here to rest and can really relax. No annoying animation here. The complex is very well maintained and there are enough loungers available. Very Lovely Staff and a very lovely place prices are excellent for a somewhat cheap getaway only problem is the very steep hill up if you go down to the beach to eat (if you also drink you would probably require a taxi up the hill which costs around €8-€20 depending on how busy it is.

Great position just opposite the beach. Very spacious, air-conditioning throughout, 3 bedroom duplex villa. Pretty much everything you could need is there. Short distance to beach shop and only a 15-20 minute walk up to the larger supermarkets and mall.
