Really lovely hotel. Great food and service. They didn't seem to skimp on the all inclusive, and the food in particular was of good range and quality.

It’s an adults only hotel, but as a warning there is a water park near by where it can get quite noisy. Great hotel with amazing staff (some of the friendliest we’ve ever experienced). Brilliant “All Inclusive” and a real 👍 for the beer - didn’t stray too far but when we did there was loads of choice for cocktails and branded shorts!!!! Thank you for an amazing holiday at Tui blue suite princess, our first in three years and it was worth the wait. This was our sixth time at this hotel and it was the best. Just back from a week at the Cordial, truly excellent. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and the whole hotel seems very well looked after. This was our first time holidaying in January and we will certainly be returning next year.

Lovely hotel. The main reception area is really quirky with waterfalls and palm trees and a clock that chimes on the hour. The staff are all great, nothing is too much trouble. Room was very nice but a couple of things could do with updating but otherwise very good. Would definitely come again

I went with my family to this hotel and we were fretted with welcome drinks and great service. The ordinary restaurants were great but the buffet wasn’t very good and very over priced. We have visited mogan many times and usually opt to stay in the old town. This hotel is situated approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the centre. It's a big hotel that caters for all ages. Good rooms and quiet at night. There is a small shopping mall with bars and restaurants quiet close and very good food and drinks. We would stay here again.

Second time at this beautiful hotel - we LOVE it! The setting in the botanical gardens is amazing. You feel like you've landed in paradise! Been here twice it's a lovely place. Swimming pools are both lovely. Plenty of sun beds except for weekends when the Spanish fly in for weekend breaks. Food good and most of the staff are friendly and helpful

Here now for a week and the hotel is very big one of the lifts is not working which isn't very good. Nice big rooms with wonderful huge terraces. Hotel could do with better information regarding activities and services. Food and service at their own restaurant is poor but great food is only a short walk away at the many restaurants near the harbour. Heated pool is very nice but the splash world is pretty dull.
