Very stylish hotel, clean, peaceful, a stone throw away from the beach, had a massive choice on their breakfast buffet. Had a sea facing room, which was a long long walk from the reception and dining areas.
Very nice hotel located near the bus stop (where you can take the bus and make shopping in Almeria). In my opinion the hotel truly deserves for the fifth star because of delicious cusine.
Great hotel , stayed for 4 nights, considering the current covid climate we had a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely book to stay again.
It was okay, the water pressure wasn't the best and the corridors were dark, the lights only switched on when you're directly under them. Their breakfast was not great, the pancakes were chewy, their fruits unappetizing. The views from the hotel were nice though
This is a beautiful hotel with a magnificent service, great view and top location. Peace, relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
Nice hotel with some minor problems. Wifi useless. Late cleaning of room. Nice food though, albeit not of the very highest class. Good wines, nice staff. Mainly Spanish guests. Surroundings less attractive. Beach not good.

I've just returned from a glorious week with the family for half term. It was perfect, from start to finish. We received a lovely warm welcome from Manager Jose and his attentive staff, the weather was glorious, and hotel immaculate. We arrived at lunchtime, and immediately had the most delicious lunch in the pool bar, plenty of options for all of us, including my incredibly fussy daughter - the best...
Great rooms, excellent staff, special mention for Isabel at reception and Saray at the Pool Bar. Very good food. Excellent location Highly recommended. Look forward to our next visit
We loved the hotel, stuff was great, breakfast is super! Location is very close to the beach, the entire stay was very relaxing.
I had a great holiday, really enjoyable for young and old, very nice editorial staff with great enthusiasm. Often there is a good show in the evening! Amazing!
I really liked this hotel. 10 minutes from the airport, great staff, great food for even the most picky eaters. All large labeled drinks and nice snacks.

I came as a guest of Cosentino for a European designer event and decided to stay a few extra days. The large hotel seems fairly new and is located right on the beach which is nice. My room - suite was enormous maybe almost overly so to the point that the very large living room Seems a bit empty as if the designers had not known what to do with all the space. However the rest was tasteful and modern...
To be transparent, we just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel with a group of 28 family members. This is one of two reviews I will leave, because while this one is glowing due to the help of two front desk individuals, the other review will show another side because of two service managers. 1. Rooms were great except for the translucent 'box' shower sitting in the open mere feet from one of...
Nice hotel. Friendly staff and good amenities and pool! Enjoyed the gym. They had live music in the evenings (stayed Monday- Wednesday) , on site bar and restaurant with good food and loved the comfort of the rooms filled with natural light and a great patio. The breakfast buffet is worth it and amazing! Great for kids and adults. Tons of options🧇🥓☕️🍳🍌🥞
Value for money is good, room was nice with great view. Area is relaxing and not a lot to do. Pool area was great although there is nothing special for kids to do. Also kids pool was closed for some reason. Biggest dissapointment was the FOOD, there is very poor quality. Hopefully they will raise the selection and quality of lunch/dinner. Breakfast was ok. Pizza was the worst we have ever seen and...
We upgraded to a room that opened to the pool area with a fenced in back lounging area and were very happy with it. The kids could come and go easily and we could sit out back in our own space while keeping an eye on them. Beautiful resort with a great breakfast buffet. The pool was quite cold in April (to be expected) but the kids went for it anyway, the waterslide was too irresistible. Enjoyed our...
Staff is friendly, but accommodation is a bit dated (October 2017). Good breakfast but the bar and drink-stands are noisy, crowded and understaffed. I guess that's what you get when you book a cheap hotel.

excellent for a family! the pool and the entertainment team are great! the restaurant was good and the staff was kind. located 5 min from a great beach.
A comfortable hotel very popular with Spanish families. Food very acceptable and varied entertainment at night. Pool and pool bar very good. Beach ( not very attractive ) and some shops within walking distance. Jet2 transfer coach dropped us off outside hotel perimeter so we had a long walk dragging cases to get to reception. Not good for those with mobility issues.
Only been here two days so far. Location great. Nice pool area. Small gym but sufficient. Bar area is comfortable but small. Staff pleasant and helpful. Generally food and drink good but neither the chicken nor potato croquettes at lunch today were cooked properly.
4 stars review for a 4 stars hotel. The staff was very very kind. The meals were good. The walls room a bit thin and I could clearly here our neighbour. The adult swimming pool is not depth at all (170 cms the deepest(. Maybe I missed some more depth ...but in general the hotel is fine. I would reapeat if I had the chance.
This hotel is managed by the most loveliest staff ever who work so hard! It’s clearly a Spanish focused hotel but cater towards English speaking very very well. It’s brilliant for families with a lot of entertainment throughout the day and evening (10-12am). Rooms are spotless. Food is delicious. Drinks are great. The perfect holiday in a gorgeous area of Almeria! Thank you so much for my boyfriend...
Myself and my family went here for a weeks half board holiday, we read all the reviews before we went and were thinking that maybe we had made a mistake because a lot of the reviews were negative about both the staff and food, we had nothing to be concerned about. We arrived late in the evening on the first day, about 2150 Spanish time, we got checked in quickly and told that the restaurant was open...

Old fashioned hotel, but impressed with the bedroom for the price, it was large, very clean, comfortable bed, bath & shower, large mirror. I got a great sleep here. Outside there was a beer & tapas tent, the guy cooking the fish had such dirty hands, & nails, i didn't have any food, which then put me off eating from the restaurant also. It Is very close to the airport, i actually walked as i was alone...

Smells very good throughout the hotel (vanilla) very nice lobby and the receptionist spoke english well enough.. the rooms was good with an okay view.. and last but not least 60 euro for 4 star hotel.. nice 👌
Nice....good hygiene but restaurant there is no more food.they known spanish.if u speak English it's very hard to alive😂...Reception is good they knows english.good responsible manners.
Ideally situated for the shopping centre but not so much for the city centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by.
Gorgeous hotel with free parking all around. Bit out of the way but only 20-30 minute walk to the main areas if you don’t mind. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is of a very high standard.
The reception area is very clean and has a distinct look the hotel is going for. This is where it ends. The rooms feel like a different hotel. Bathroom and bedroom are clean and spacious. Room: comfortable bed, had tv, fridge, sofa, desk chair, wardrobe, mirror. Bathroom includes a bidet, a bath with shower attachment, hairdryer. We had a warm welcome and served a drink even though the bar was closed. Would recommend.
The lady at the counter was very nice and welcoming. She tried her best to check us in in english even though she's not profound in the language. She did great! Prices are affordable for what is delivered. We've been there with our dog and he even got his own bed and bowl in our room! Room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We can recommend the hotel 👍
The hotel looks stunning, clean and the staff is friendly. Their rooms for 3 people are quite cramped though and lack a small balcony. Located at a 30 minute walk from the centre of Almería, there is plenty of good places to eat around this hotel. Breakfast was well presented, clean, diverse and overall very tasty.
We found that this Hotel is very good. Both the Room and Bathroom were clean . Nice Towels. Small shower gel. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was also good and had all what needed to breakfast. Nice hotel. Dog friendly! The staff is super nice. We needed to leave one day earlier and they were super nice in arranging a refund. The hotel is not fancy but the rooms are comfortable. It is a bit far from the center, but a nice walk (30 min). We had a good time!
The hotel is good, rooms are a little outdated and the bed was almost a U pipe, but overall is a great stay outside the city center.

Rooms are nice but not too modern. Bathroom with a large tub and shower, however, bc the water pressure was but that great ☹️(even though the shower heads were small plate sized with massage functions and stuff). Visited Almeria for 3 days. The location perfect to see the sights and walk to the beach. The room was a good size and perfectly clean. The bed was large and comfortable. Air conditioning in the room was perfect very little sound and always a nice temperature. The staff were all very friendly and breakfast was excellent. We couldn't fault this hotel.
Nice hotel between the beach and the city. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Great helpful staff who can speak English. My only complaints would be that the beds are a bit hard and there are no balconies. The only outside common area is also a public access path from the train/bus stations.
It was an OK stay. Nicely located, near the bus station, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. It was clean, the staff was helpful and nice. Wi-Fi is okay and the room was spacious. But the floor of the room was squeaky, and the walls are super thin, so you won't get a decent night of sleep. Also, the TV is super slow and the bed covers are strange... They don't provide a lot of amenities aside...
Nice hotel in the city centre, breakfast average, kind of slim walls between rooms - everything can be heard. And if you are unlucky, like me, your window viewshed goes to next rooms windows, in the distance of three meters ?
Excellent hotel in the city centre and close to the station. Friendly attentive staff. Good amenities in the rooms. Good range of bar snacks and restaurant meals.

Staff were very friendly, flexible and most hospitable. Thanks to all the great staff!👍 For these people I would give a 5 ⭐. Breakfast was basic but nice. However the room was a nightmare, overpriced, hardly any natural light, too small, bad lighting and no ventilation especially in the bathroom. It was a room from world war 2. The hotel is beautifully renovated. If you come by car, you will need to go in the elevator with it -- that was my first experience of that kind. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel, as there is plenty of choice around.
This hotel is in the center of the city. It's well hidden in an alley but it's in a great part of the city with clean rooms with WiFi and our room had a large terrace. There is parking underground for the hotel but it is limited ..11€ per 24 hour period. Hotel is modern and upscale and the rooms are nice and large, the ladies working at the front desk are friendly and knowledgeable about the area....
The hotel is nice and clean, but needs some refresh, great location (most old City and tapas, restaurants in 5-10 min walk), but if you want to get there by car... it will be a challenge to find the way and park :)
Very clean, contemporary hotel very close to port. Very reasonable prices and very good sized rooms. Would have given it 5 stars if there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Good place and good service. And Cheap price. Also Location is not bad.. The central market is so close. But the beach is quite far from here.
Helpful staff, clean rooms, modern styled and free WiFi through out hotel. Lovely pool area and functional little gym....equipment a little disappointing for serious fitness buffs. Nice little hotel in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms have fridges, safes, hairdryers. It was more than I expected from a 2 star hotel, we enjoyed the stay.
Tiny bathroom and certain details (in room) in need of repair/updating, but clean, comfortable, central, friendly staff: good value for money. And no supplement for pets!
The rooms were okay but the bathroom was not it. The shower looked so poor and I didn't enjoy showering, neither did my family. But for the hotelprice it was fine. The guy at the reception was very kind and helped us with everything. So after all, I give it 3 stars.
Good value for money and located in the town centre. Rooms are small and not so good quality. Clean and functional, possibly what you would expect for the price. Bathroom left a lot to be desired and the shower head was falling apart. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check in and out ok.

Good value hotel in centre of city. Close to castle and cathedral. Reception and breakfast room on sister hotel next door. Excellent buffet breakfast is very comprehensive. Rooms are ok but bathrooms are a bit basic. Despite being in city centre car parking is available for a fee.
