Very friendly staff!
Room was good for 3 people and a dog.
I didn't walk around but my parents did and they liked the area
Parking area right next to the hotel. Thank God. (I have trauma from the last hotel I was in Spain)

The staff were very friendly and kind. I wanted to use a spoon but forgot to get one, so I asked them and they went to the cafeteria to get one right away.

Except that the hotel is a bit far from the city, 2 kilometers away (you can get there by bus for 1.85 euros), the rest of the facilities are very satisfactory. The room is large, heating is provided, and the breakfast at 19 euros at your own expense is also good. The shower room may be a bit small. Turn around. A little difficult! If you are going to the French border town of Hendaye, there is a bus (2.85 euros) near the hotel to the Spanish border town of Irun, and then you can take the commuter tram to Hendaye and take the French high-speed train to Bordeaux or Paris.

Really good hotel. Close to a bus stop which takes you into town but easy to walk within 20/30 mins. Clean rooms which are modern and have all the facilities. Not the newest of hotels but feels well kept. High powered showers which is always a win!

The hotel is a little tired and needs some refurbishment. There is no bar or restaurant and the hotel is in a beautiful residential area but quite a distance from the nearest bar or restaurant.
The staff (two receptionist) that I met were extremely helpful and courteous. Plenty soft parking spaces.

Rooms - a bit dated, but very well cleaned every day. Had a huge TV in the room. Receptionists polite and with decent knowledge of English. I've seen how helpful, polite and patient they were with some quite rude guests. Breakfast - ok, same every morning, with a very polite and always smiling waitress. Location is a bit far from the city, but that also means it is much more quiet during the night. Bus station (I recommend bus anyway) is nearby and hotel has a big parking lot.

Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. My room was spotless but showed signs of wear and tear and the furniture was a bit aged. The bed was comfortable but a bit too soft for me. The bathroom was compact to put it mildly, but the water flow and temperature were excellent. Breakfast was really good, served in a large basement room with an eclectic mix of furniture and 'things' worth visiting. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
Just a bit far from playa de la Concha if you walk, but only 7-8 minutes by car. However, tapas bars and restaurants only 15-20 mins away on foot.

Very happy with this hotel. Clean, comfortable & affordable rooms. Great breakfast and a short walk to all that San Sebastian has to offer. Highly recommended.

Found last minute while driving from uk to gibraltar only down side no tea/coffee facilities in room else would be 5* good parking
