It’s a lovely hotel in a great location, very central. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had I known that the 6th floor was a room without view or standard window, I would have requested a different room. The climate in the room was not so good - it was overly warm and the window just a flip window in the roof. Also the lights in the hallway are not on a timer, and right outside the door, so that the bright light was shining in around the door frame the entire night. Shower was very small and nozzle not adjustable but water pressure was good.

Location: excellent. Room: clean, but small, and dark, because it faces somebody else's windows over a very small courtyard.
I stayed for two nights in the end of April. One night it was very hot, I turned the AC on, but soon realized it wasn't cooling at all. The next morning I reported the problem to the staff. The woman said it wasn't supposed to work yet, because it's working seasonally, and it wasn't the AC season for them yet.
There was another thing I didn't like. I checked in about 2.5 hours early. My room was ready, but they said they would charge me 6 euros if I wanted to go to my room right away rather than waiting for 15:00, their check in time.

location is excellent & close to old town. hotel staff was very helpful. however room temp was a bit too hot even with air con turned on.

Very nice mansard room, bright, airy and clean. Very good location. The only little problem was that I am a tall person and the mirror in the bathroom was a bit low for me.

This hotel was perfect in every way. Upon arrival the staff were an absolute joy and so very helpful. The hotel location is just about perfect. Our room was spotless and very bright and cheerful with gorgeous decor. The breakfast room was superb as was the breakfast offering. On our first morning we were l8 and the staff were so very helpful and didn't rush us at all. I could honestly not say enough positive things about this hotel :)

Fantastic Location. Room very clean. Good breakfast, but be aware that if you aren´t in the first group having breakfast some products will be missing and will not be replaced by the staff.

Instead, we got treated to a room on the first floor. The door to the room had big gaps, meaning we heard everything happening on the first floor and in reception. Our room (102) was straight across from the breakfast area, so we got to listen to forty people eating. I was told no other rooms were available.
The windows were obscured with an awning, so we had to duck to look outside.
I wish I had found another hotel to stay in because this was simply terrible.

The room is quite standard, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a small balcony facing the Old Town Hall Square, which is very convenient for strolling along the river in the old town in the morning.

The breakfast buffet was rich but there were no eggs. Still, we took advantage of a satisfying buffet. The room was very clean. Wifi ***at was good. The location of the hotel is perfect.
