Best hotel we have stayed in for a while. Great reception, excellent breakfast, comfortable clean rooms. Well maintained throughout the hotel. Restaurant, Bar, Pool lots of areas to sit and relax.
The hotel is located in a quaint village and offers good value, being very close to the beach – just a few steps away. The room was basic but clean. Breakfast was okay, with good quality food, though it would have been nice if it were more diverse. The pool area is rather small for the size of the hotel and was crowded most of the time.
Nice place to have a calm vacation. Mostly elderly folks and pensioners but it’s close to the beach and rooms are comfortable
A clean well run modern hotel. The pool is pleasant and the area around it.
Great location! Modern rooms, good breakfast!
Great hotel near the beach
Lovely friendly knowledgeable staff, great restaurant recommendations, easy 10-15 min walk from bus station, only couple minutes from the beach. Comfortable room, lovely terrace and best of all a bath in Spain that fits a 6ft+ chap. My stay was very quiet, didn’t hear a sound. I think the fact is away from the main plaza may be off putting for some but I think mean quieter...

I went only at the bar. Wonderful view from there.
I am from Ireland could not recommend this hotel highly enough from the very helpful receptionist to Louis who seems to be everywhere great beer and food in a beautiful location.Looking forward to returning very soon.

Looks like the highest rooftop in town. Very good gin and tonics and 360 degree sunset views of the sea and the town. Really good place to take in the whole town and understand how it is laid out. The server could have had a little more grace and charm.
Good hotel in an excellent location, being only a few minutes walk from the town centre in one direction and the beach in the other. We didn't use the hotel services so can't fully comment.
Such friendly staff! Incredible views - both inland and sea views across to Donana National park.
Outstanding hotel - we were upgraded to a spectacular room on the 10th floor. However what makes the hotel stand out is the helpfulness and friendliness from the reception staff. Particularly the lady working during the day. Our room was very comfortable with a large bathroom and terrace. It is also an ideal location between the old town and beach. It is next to a Paseo ***** with stalls which goes...

Great hotel. Really friendly staff.
A Pleasant Stay
The staff at reception were excellent. Very helpful and professional. Ana gave good advice as to visits to Bodegas and helped with car parking. Thank you Ana & Miriam!!
Thanks also to the ladies who kept our room so clean. WiFi was good.
Helpful staff.
A walk down to the estuary and restaurants was very pleasant.
This was a bit of a mixed experience. First impressions were not positive as the front of the hotel was untidy and rubbish was stacked outside. Our room was a decent size and clean but at the front of the hotel by the busy main road, which was very noisy well into the night. The pool area is very small and some of the sun loungers were broken and unusable. There is a bar but it didn't seem to be open...
Excellent Hotel
Excellent hotel...clean, well located, quiet.
Beautiful building and a lovely, friendly hotel. You will be 10 minute walk from the centre. Be aware that although they offer free parking there are only 15 spots. You may be asked to find a spot on the street as we were. Also if your room faces the street there will be constant traffic noise. The town is wonderful with many great places to eat.

Amazingly beautiful the staff are amazing more than expected,we had a lot of fun with our family staycation,
beautiful place and city ,every spain vacation returning back for sure
Lovely great value hotel. Staff is nice, cafeteria is ok. In the middle of San Lucar so it’s easy to walk around tourist attractions. It’s a 3-star hotel but you actually feel like more. Will definitely visit again!
We stayed in this hotel just for one night but we were overwhelmed by its prime location and the typical Andalusian patio! Excellent service was provided with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
We would definitely go back and stay.
Absolutely great! Top location! Very nice and helpful staff! Rooms are large, clean and quiet! Bedroom has good space. Garage available upon extra payment. Came here for a business trip and felt very comfortable. Muy bien, perfecto! Muchas gracias!
Lovely old Spanish manor house. Rooms based around the central courtyard. Comfortable, no frills room with comfy bed, good sized towels and lots of hot water. Great little bar downstairs with many locals popping in for drinks. Very easy flat walk into the centre of Sanlucar with a vast array of tapas bars, restaurants, cocktail bars to choose from. Beautiful beach not too far away. All easy walking...
Nice stay at great location. Hotel is situated near the main square which has a lot of nice cafes and restaurants and it is about a 20 minute walk from the beach. Very basic and dated rooms but the overall feel of the hotel is great. Excellent service and very central
Central location friendly staff nice rooms parking available but a bit of an experience to find
Everything about this place was true, really lovely rooms, clean good breakfast lovely staff and gorgeous roof top. Highly recommend especially with that position in middle of town.
Perfectly located, across Cabildo Square.
This was our second time at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and super clean. The hotel offers a nice breakfast buffet at reasonable prices in a bright modern setting, overlooking the patio. There is a large terrace on the top floor to enjoy a drink. Friendly staff always available to help. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Quite sure there won't be a better location than this place! And they have a very reasonable parking available. Their own and just around the corner.
Loved the room and we had such a good time here service was amazing!
Location: Could not be more central as it is on the main square, yet very quiet. Parking was secure and a minute's walk away costing €9 a day (booked in advance).

Best place to have breakfast in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Fresh garden to scape from noise, the sound of the birds and a marvelous environment. Excellent place to prepare the visit to the city in quiet and relaxed atmosphere You can also visit some parts of the palace after the coffe. Super well located, very close to the center, very comfortable, clean and great decoration.
The beds are very comfortable and the host is very nice.
He informed us about everything perfectly.
We highly recommend this apartment in front of the beach of Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
Apartment on the beachfront in Sanlucar de Barrameda, it is very well located, we were surprised by its decoration, the cleanliness of a 10, it is unused, we have almost opened it, everything new and so comfortable, it does not lack a detail, we have enjoyed a lot . Super comfortable beds. Very close to the scepter.
Unbeatable location, perfectly decorated and equipped with all kinds of equipment. The host is charming and offered to help us at all times. We will certainly repeat, because it is the perfect apartment to enjoy Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

Great boutique hotel, nice quiet little interior patio with swimming pool.
Very nice hotel. We booked a junior suite. Large, comfortable, clean and well appointed with a fantastic bathroom - awesome shower and beautiful stand alone tub. Warm

What a fantastic hotel in Sanlúcar! The staff was welcoming, and my room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The space is thoughtfully designed and incredibly convenient. I hope to return in the summertime to enjoy the pool—it’s truly a lovely spot. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
We had an excellent stay in their apartments. Very conveniently located at a walking distance to all landmarks and restaurants in Sanlucar. Miguel will recommend you the best spots in town for tapas, wine, etc..

The rooms and hotel in general were always impeccably clean. The nightlife was good. It's a good hotel for those traveling with children. Rooms are a bit dated and could do with a refurb. Otherwise food was genrally good and waterpark was amazing for the kids.
We're from Portugal and we went to see the moto gp in jerez and we chose this place because it was the best option for us (price, location and quality) it went well, and we liked it a lot! Good to leave the motorcycles protected.
It was very noisy. Because of the hotels design, the noise from the lounge/resteraunt area travels up into the hallways and rooms. For those of us that like to go to bed before 10pm, it is very hard to get to sleep.
Excellent resort to take the children. The obvious attraction being the aqua park the hotel provides which is big enough and fun. Also the proximity to the beach from the hotel was a bonus. An enjoyable experience all round. Food was great too and of a high standard.

We have just returned from a week at this hotel. We are a family of four with two young children and this hotel did not disappoint! Great staff (especially Manolo the night watch) and clean big rooms. A bit loud and noisy until 2300 but nothing some earplugs won’t block out. Close to beach and old town.

This simple no-frills hotel in downtown Rota is excellent. The complimentary WiFi is very stable with decent speed. There is a walled outdoor swimming pool. Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Reception staff were great. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, every detail has been added to make it as comfortable as possible. The shower was AMAZING!!
Genuinely cannot fault this hotel in any way. Would have loved to stay longer but it was booked up. Wouldn’t hesitate to come here again if in Rota and would...
The hotel is beautiful and clean. Love the shower especially. The reason for my 3 star review - the hotel Wifi is AWFUL! It has been really terrible for 3 days in a row. A premium hotel charging premium prices should not have a Wifi system from the 90s! And this has been the case every hour of my stay, not just a few minutes here or there. Frustrated because besides this issue, the hotel is very nice
Nice locations. Parking was ok once we found out where it was at. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness was ok.
The hotel was absolutely spotless and the service was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool deck and the beach. The bathroom was huge with a nice tub and big shower. Easy walk along the beach to shopping and cafes. Parking in underground garage was very convenient. We didn't even need our car the hotel was so close to everything.
We enjoyed Hotek Duque de Nájera very much! The hotel is very well situated, very close to the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful! 5 stars!
Amazing Hotel to enjoy a relaxing stay in Rota.

Had a spacious Premier Double Room, Lovely Spanish Courtyard feel to the Hotel. Excellent Breakfast...really enjoyed our 5night stay
Nice place to stay, beautiful rooms. It is located in a good area, a little far from the beach walking, but close to a nice are for dinning. The staff is nice and overall very recommended.
Beautiful grounds. Apartment is a bit dated. Very clean!
The property was beautiful, always clean, and well kept. The daytime reception staff couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. However, the male individual who covered the night shift acted as though my group was a nuisance to him and it was a bother having us there.
We make 2 to 3 trips a year to this area to visit friends. This is always our first choice to accommodations.
We've stayed in both the hotel side and the apartments - both are excellent.
Luxury without frills, a great hotel to stay with family and friends. Delicious breakfast and super kind staff.
Great for an informal yet very comfortable stay.
The gardens are beautiful and filled with unique plants, three outdoor and one indoor pool.
I have stayed several times and became my preferred hotel in town

Quirky but nice play to stay. I am not a fan of online check ins
Very good for the value. The staff is awsome and went above and beyond to acomodate me and my 14 y/o Chihuahua. Very clean all around. Very pleasantly decorated. Beautiful Mision style surroundings. If you are driving, it is very accesible. I am glad I stopped here.
Great value for money. The rooms are big as well as the bathrooms. The bed could be a bit bigger, but it was comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
Water system very noisy, sound proofing needs a lot of work. Restaurant lacks imagination.
10 minute drive to railway station for trip to Cadiz
Very nicely designed place. The staff were also very attentive and accommodating. There was a lovely orange cat there that made the place a lot better.
The hotel is lovely, clean, the owners are very polite. There is a parking on the front and a very nice restaurant with limited menu (mostly pizza and spagetti). It takes about 25-30 minutes walk from the hotel to the centre of el Puerto de Santa María. Also the location is great for those who come for Motogp of Jerez.

Good hotel and great service. Loved the breakfast. Perfect option if you want to stay in puerto de santa maria. Not far from Cadiz by car.
Just like any other Spanish 3 Star Hotel
Been to different 2-3 stars hotel,s now in Spain,,,and mostly the same,,with stone hard Beds,,any Only Spanish tv channels.
But cheap of course.
Service is Exellent,,but Hotels are showing there age.
Reasonably handy to visit Cadiz
Clean, modern hotel, nice size room. Staff helpful and friendly. Well priced food with plenty of choice. Onsite parking. Walkable distance to several beaches and forest walks. Very poor Wi-Fi, forever disconnecting!
We did not think it was right that the bar will close at 10:00 p.m. It does not give you the option of spending a while enjoying the night terrace.
Good hotel to take some rest with some nice old-fashioned and functional features in the room, such as a mini fridge with small bottles of water, proper glass cups and a bench to put your bags. Spa with Finnish sauna, unfortunately not available to book together with the room and a fee for whole Spa "circuit" was a bit too high.
Hotel old fashion, but all clean and comfortable. We liked SPA. It is small but cozy.

Really nice hotel, with its own garden (next to the pool and restaurant) which by its size it could actually pass as a park. We had a Junior Suite that included a large bathroom with two showers, a bedroom, and a small living room; these last two with their own TV screens. The bed was large and comfortable, and there was enough space for our stuff in the closet. The pool was nice and clean, and located...

Always lovely rooms, great staff, good location and nice food
Hidden gem nestled within the Puerto de Santamaría, distinctive boutique hôtel with nice gardens and great service.
We had a fantastic menu with 7 dishes. Lovely food and very friendly staff. I recommend it 100%
Great meal the staff so attentive would most certainly go there again

We enjoyed an easy stay and enjoyed the beautiful hotel interior
Amazing ambience and location, great dining and nightlife close by. The rooms are older but comfortable, beds were super comfortable. Breakfast selection was great.
Stayed one night and overall thought it was okay. I was expecting a little nicer and better facilities. The room was big enough, had a refrigerator and cool ac on a hot day. It needs to be renovated. The common areas are full of history but it seems like the current owners are just barely keeping pace with upkeep. This place is massive and so many nooks and crannies. I bet it is a nightmare...
Staff were really helpful and the hotel is really interesting and historical. The pool is a good size given it's central location in the town.
The facilty was really nice. Like the architecture and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Convenient location to restaurants, coffee shops, boardwalk, etc.
It’s not that I didn’t like, but there wasn’t a desk in the room and basically no available outlets to plug in phone, accessories, or computer without unplugging the lights or TV. The rooms had plenty of additional space to provide a desk or...

Very good service. Thank you senior Luis and Senior Guillermo for taking care of me. Very nice food. I'll be back ❤️
Lovely traditional Spanish style hotel at a reasonable price. Staff very good. Room clean, well appointed and good air con as very hot when we were there. Pool on the roof more of a plunge pool not for swimming but cool. Could have done with more shade up there. Breakfast choice very good. Evening meal very good to start with. Quality food and very reasonably priced drinks. However, as the week went...
Just returned from a weeks holiday. The hotel is a former Sherry Bodega and as an old building has it quirks which you may not like if you are into modern hotels, but to me added to its charm. The rooms are set around a central courtyard and rooms look down onto it. The rooms are large with a comfortable bed and sofa to relax on. Toiletries are provided. Plenty of opening windows as well as aircon...
Just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel. It is a former Sherry Bodega and therefore historic set around a central courtyard with rooms overlooking it.

We stayed here for a week via a Jet2holidays package and paid for breakfast as additional charge when booking. The breakfasts were good with plenty of choice and well worth the extra. Particularly good were the chocolate muffins and individual kellogs cerial boxes. The hotel itself is a beautiful converted winery and is decorated sympathetically to reflect it's history and architecture which gives...

Great stay. 24 hr reception. Very clean. Well located. Really nice man gave us free peppermint tea. Would stay again - excellente!
It is the second time we come here, very clean, comfortable room, quiet and in the city center.
Everything was perfect, very comfortable, centrally located. We had a minor problem in the bathroom, and they fixed it within minutes. The room was perfect, and the staff were friendly and professional. Definitely recommendable 👍, and would definitely stay again.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. TV didn’t have a selection of channels. Hotel is located in a central area, easy to get around on foot and access stores and restaurants on nearby streets.
The property was well located being only a 5 minute walk from free outdoor parking by the river or underground pay parking. We arrived about 2 hours early and were checked straight in as the room was available. Staff very helpful and amenable, they put my ice pack in their freezer. Room quite basic but clean and comfortable and great value. We found the hotel to be quiet but it was not full. Ferry...
Great simple and comfortable roooms and great value for money.
The rooms were small, clean and simple but very comfortable and conveniently located. There was no parking on site but plenty nearby at reasonable rates even though parking during the semana Santa was a little bit difficult. Staff was friendly but they didn't speak English. Great value for money, especially during Holy Week in Spain.

Right in the heart of El Puerto with tavernas/restaurants and shops all around. A short walk to Aldi and about 1 mile from the beach.
Breakfast if not included is 8.5€/person with eggs on request. Room has its own split unit AC with the remote.
Excellent hotel with helpful staff, nice rooms and a good breakfast. A parking garage close by and a nearby plaza with many fine and reasonably priced restaurants.
Very friendly small hotel, cosy atmosphere, excellent value for money, several parkings nearby, very good coffee at breakfast. We've stayed here before
I love this hotel. It is a smaller, traditional Spanish hotel, but wth everything you need to be comfortable. Wonderful friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good wifi. It is in a very convenient, central and walkable part of the city, easy access to great restaurants and bars. This was my second weeklong stay there. I will be back.
Great location & staff, except for internal noise!
Right in the centre of town. Great for access to bars and restaurants. Excellent friendly staff.
The only downside was the hotel lobby and central stairway were like a giant amplifying sound tunnel with even relatively quiet sounds causing a disturbance
We had a very nice, spacious twin bed room as were travelling as friends. Very clean. Got safe battery fixed and good as included safe. Had shower gel (although needed refilling!) shampoo, handwash and handcream. Had bath and shower arrangement, which I prefer. Also a minibar! Good shutters too to block out light and also aircon. TV modern and good size and free WiFi. Lighting in room nice too. Sink...

Interesting hotel. Impressive interior
Visited in April 2019 in a school trip. So, just a warning, before we get critical, I haven’t visited this area in July, and I suggest it is better.
This place approached to me as an entire hazard. I figured this hotel was struggling financially, hence the unstable staircases (no lie, every single one shakes like jelly) and holy images staring me down at my every step. The paintings gave a vibe to...
Having a great day second time to this hotel

I find a Lot of revues here unreasonable.
This is a Budget Hotel, it's Clean the Gardens are imaculate and well kept.
It's on the edge of the town next to woods and quiet, the beach is huge and close and provides safe bathing.
There are Bars and restaurants within 10 Mins walk but the town is 30 mins Walk away.
The food was good nothing Special it tastes good and the Service is good.moat of the staff...
The idea of being in small individual houses looks interesting and I particularly like it. The whole design of the place is beautiful and different from the average. The staff is professional. The accomodation could be more comfortable and sound isolated. The breakfast had some variety of things but nothing special overall.
Located in a quite neighbourhood, this hotel is just 20 minutes away from the Old city of Cádiz. It is very close to the beach front of Puerto de Santa Maria as well.
The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are just basic and functional. The staff are polite and helping.
