this hotel has excellent location walking distance to city center / rooms are nice and clean / pity that wifi is not reaching fourth floor ... not acceptable for a 4 star hotel

Very friendly staff on the reception, we felt very welcome. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the bus station and the aquaduct . Rooms were very clean and comfortable! Would definitely come back.

The location is perfect as a starting point for exploring Segovia. The room was very good in overall.

Newly refurbished hotel located in a walking range(10 min) from the aqueduct and the old city. Rooms are very modern and nicely decorated. Very clean. Breakfast have very limited choices for 11 euros. There is no restaurant open in the hotel, understandable seeing the number of clients. Very good value for the money

Very uncomfortable bedroom, they left the heating on with no way of turning it off, it was already 16 degrees outside when we stayed, so it was impossible to sleep, and you could also hear the neighbours on all sides. The shower was very old and uncomfortable. When we were leaving the next morning we mentioned the issues and it was really just shrugged off. We won't be going back.

Excellent location for access to the main sites. Just 5 minutes walk to the Aquaduct. Good reception and clean rooms. Garage facility secure and easy accessibility if a little pricey at 11 euros per day for hotel guests. Only downside was Wi-Fi which although free was a bit unreliable. We had a 5hr down time. Otherwise a nice hotel and would use again.

Small rooms, but very comfortable. The adjoining bar/restaurant was wonderful. We had great drinks and tapas there. Easy walk to aquaduct and sights.

The good: central hotel near the aquedut. Clean rooms and big confortable bed. Attentive staff. Parquing space one the hotel
The bad: quite old looking hotel on the outside. The decoration and affinities in the room are old as well. Our room had a sewer smell, has overlooking a gas station and was quite loud. The walls are paper thin.
It would be a very good 3 stars Hotel but I find it let's you down a bit considering it is a 4 stars.
