Very basic HOSTAL, small rooms, no facilities other than a small TV. Only 1 single socket in room.

Really nice people working here. The people at the check-in desk are friendly. Our room was clean and exactly as expected. The AC worked well after waiting a few minutes for it to start up. The location is perfect and within walking distance to all the cool landmarks and city center. Loved staying here!

Location location location!! Its perfectly situated so you can get wherever you want in the city center! The Metro stop Opera is literaly 3min away and from here you can easily walk to all the main attractions as the castle and main shopping street Gran Via. You do get what you pay for. The walls are super thin so you hear absolutly everything. But that is basically it. The shower had warm water, the bed was super comfy and they have airconditioning! Only thing that would have made it perfect would be if they had a mini fridge. Something cold to drink is never wrong. The hotel is at the 5th floor. Super easy to see the sign above and to find the call button downstairs. I was travelling alone and felt pretty safe staying here. Cant wait to come back here if i get the chance. The people working here was extremly nice and helpfull. Nothing negative to say there eather!! So if noice dosent bother you that much, go for it!! Rooms are tiny but hey, your not staying in your room all day so!! All in all, HAD A GREAT STAY! Muchas gracias!!

Hostel is in center of Madrid.
We paid 40€ for one night, which is very cheap. If you want cheap and solid Hostel in Madrid I recommend this one.
Place is on 5th floor, but there is an elevstor. Reception is opened all night.

Ordered for a double bed and they gave me twin beds
Dirty toilet (used toilet paper, Old toilet brush)
Insufficient toiletries (1 tiny handsoap, 1 shower gel)
Most of receptionists dont speak english
Poor maintenance (hasnt rennovated for too long)
Expensive for their services
Broken toilet ventilation (bad experience)
Unlocked baggage safe area
Excellent location

Clean towels and bed sheets
Friendly customer service (although when i complained their only argument was the general score)
Dirty toilet (used toilet paper, Old toilet brush)

Great location close to Puerta del Sol and Opera, the room was clean, 24 hs receptionist and the price affordable.

Very good location. Kind and helpful stuff. Rooms are small but good enough for a traveller. Only problem is the poor soundproofing of the rooms.

Right in Madrid city centre. The rooms have windows on the main city streets. Shopping and bars just around the corner

We spent here for 3 nights. It was a pleasant stay. Shower room is small but enough. Water is hot enough and the location is really convenient (just couple of minutes walk from opera station) 24 hrs front desk and they clean the room everyday! Highly recommend.
