Very good hotel, nice and clean, breakfast was good with a variety of choices of drinks and food. Highly recommended.

Very good location, just minutes walking distance from metro around the corner. Close to the city but far enough from the hustle and bustle - very quiet and peaceful stay. The room was large and amazing - front desk offered a free upgrade to a suite and we were very comfortable during our short stay. Rooms were clean and service was wonderful. I would recommend and would stay again!

It's a five star hotel. Rooms are fantastic. The bed is neat and almost perfect. The food is lovely. It's located near the main street in Madrid but only a 5 minutes walk is required to go to Salamanca shops. Definitely a place to stay in Madrid.

Very clean and spacious room. The woman who checked us in was very sweet and accommodating. We had just arrived in a red-eye flight exhausted. Although our room was not ready when we arrived, she made sure to call us as soon as one opened up.

We are currently staying at the Hyatt Madrid, and our experience so far has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service has been outstanding. The staff welcomed us warmly as we stepped out of the taxi and made our check-in process quick and easy.

We love this place. Location is perfect for us because it’s within walking distance to great restaurant, the best is located at the hotel, and it’s in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My husband had a broken foot and they did everything to accommodate him.
This is definitely our go to hotel in Madrid.

Wonderful experience..very clean and very accommodating. Easy to get an Uber/taxi or take the Metro from the station around the corner from the hotel. Little grocery store also a short walk away. Perfect in every way.

We were treated very well as globalists. We arrived early in the morning after an over night flight and didn’t expect to get a room immediately. The bellman helped us with bags and we felt well taken care of. The hotel looks fairly new and we liked the regency club (although a few more items would be appreciated). There is nothing much to complain - we will surely stay again.
