what I loved; the food, including both the coffee and the tea. The meals were also of high quality and a good value.

the service was exceptional. I did like someone calling to check whether the room was ok, it wasn’t, see below, but I didn’t feel like changing rooms.

what I didn’t like: the closets, had no shelves! This was on a, I was told, upgraded room. The room was also very small. For the same price, I prefer to stay at an AirBNB with a lot more space.

The USB outlets were only the old type, so any Iphone bought in the last 3 years could not be plugged.

We had a truly wonderful meal at Hyatt, made unforgettable by the outstanding service. The food was excellent—beautifully presented, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care—but what really elevated the experience was the staff.

Our servers, Jorge and Moha, were absolutely fantastic: warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the evening. They went above and beyond to help celebrate my wife’s birthday with a special surprise that completely made her day. It was handled with such class and sincerity that it turned a great meal into a memorable moment for our family.

Service like this is rare and deserves recognition. Thank you to Jorge, Moha, and the entire team for creating such a special experience. We will absolutely be back.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay this month for 5 nights. We flew overnight and arrived mid morning. The front desk staff was very accommodating and told us they would check if our room could be made ready early. We waited in the lobby for about 10-15 mins max and then we were able to get into our room to freshen up before we went out for lunch. We absolutely loved our room, especially the bathroom which was stunning. Lots of counter space for my products and good lighting to get ready each day. The water pressure and temp in the shower was always great. At first I felt the mattress might be too firm for me and that I may have to ask for a topper, but after the first night I fell in love because I slept so well and woke up without any back discomfort which unfortunately I have now that I'm home. We didn't eat any meals at the hotel, although I'm sure they would have been great. We did spend some time at the bar during a couple football games that they played on a large screen. The bartenders were very nice and the drinks were great. The location of the hotel was lovely as it was in a quiet area and right next to a metro station. Last but not least, the scent they use in the lobby and on each floor smelled so wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed that every time we came back to the hotel at night. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip.

Exceptional service and the location of the hotel near the metro made this a very nice stay for 3 days. The staff members are friendly, especially Talles and Olalla were attentive to my needs and assisted with everything. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was also high quality.
The Tapas tour was excellent! I attended the Hyatt Regency, Intercontinental and the Four Seasons. By far, the Hyatt Regency was the best :)

This hotel is great. Different to other Regency Hotel locations that I have visited, because of the size. But it's great and a place to visit.
After a whole day out in Madrid or in cities near by, I had a great time at the bar, great service from Jorge and Mohamed. Very personalized customer service skills and made me feel like home, like I have been here many times.

I would definitely come back to this location.
Rooms are excellent and the staff at the front desk and guest services desk are outstanding.

Very good location, just minutes walking distance from metro around the corner. Close to the city but far enough from the hustle and bustle - very quiet and peaceful stay. The room was large and amazing - front desk offered a free upgrade to a suite and we were very comfortable during our short stay. Rooms were clean and service was wonderful. I would recommend and would stay again!

It's a five star hotel. Rooms are fantastic. The bed is neat and almost perfect. The food is lovely. It's located near the main street in Madrid but only a 5 minutes walk is required to go to Salamanca shops. Definitely a place to stay in Madrid.

Very clean and spacious room. The woman who checked us in was very sweet and accommodating. We had just arrived in a red-eye flight exhausted. Although our room was not ready when we arrived, she made sure to call us as soon as one opened up.
