Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid

We are currently staying at the Hyatt Madrid, and our experience so far has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service has been outstanding. The staff welcomed us warmly as we stepped out of the taxi and made our check-in process quick and easy.

Everyone we've interacted with speaks excellent English, which has made our stay even more comfortable. The team here is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and has been invaluable in helping us plan our days. They've provided detailed maps, recommended great tours, and suggested fantastic places to eat nearby.

Our room is immaculate, with modern, stylish decor and a very comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom is particularly impressive, featuring top-notch amenities and a sleek design.

The only minor challenge we've encountered is the parking situation, which can be a bit tricky. However, the hotel's location is superb, with easy access to public transportation right outside, so getting around has been a breeze.

Overall, our stay at this Hyatt in Madrid has been wonderful so far, and we’re looking forward to enjoying the rest of our time here. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location makes this hotel a great choice for anyone visiting Madrid.

We love this place. Location is perfect for us because it’s within walking distance to great restaurant, the best is located at the hotel, and it’s in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My husband had a broken foot and they did everything to accommodate him.
This is definitely our go to hotel in Madrid.

Wonderful experience..very clean and very accommodating. Easy to get an Uber/taxi or take the Metro from the station around the corner from the hotel. Little grocery store also a short walk away. Perfect in every way.

We were treated very well as globalists. We arrived early in the morning after an over night flight and didn’t expect to get a room immediately. The bellman helped us with bags and we felt well taken care of. The hotel looks fairly new and we liked the regency club (although a few more items would be appreciated). There is nothing much to complain - we will surely stay again.

Staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was nice, comfortable, and quiet. I was not a fan of the view though, the room was looking into an inner alleyway. Location is good, short walk to the train station.

What a nice hotel and what good service. The hotel's facilities are excellent according to their status and price, but the hospitality and kindness of their staff is very remarkable: when you enter they greet you by your first and last name or when you go to breakfast they also know it, in addition, three nights seems to me remarkable. Very pleasant stay and good geographical location. I recommend it. By the way, I couldn't try it because I didn't have time, but they say that the new restaurant they opened called las leñas is very good

Fantastic hotel. Great location. The staff is incredibly helpful. Eduardo was especially helpful in organizing Covid testing at the hotel before leaving for the US.
