The experience was second to none. The room with terrace overlooking Guadalquivir is incredible, very comfortable and we lacked nothing. If I could give you more stars, I would give them to you.

Without hesitation... this will be the hotel I return to when I return to Seville. It is very close to all of Seville's most important sights on foot and offers you incredible tranquility. After a few steps you will find yourself on Calle Betis. Highly recommended in every way.

We got a superior double room on the last floor with a balcony. Overall the stay was very comfortable, the room are rather nice and we also got a nice view on the river and the skyscraper near there. The bathroom was quite smelly and the building itself is a bit old as well. Anyway the cleanliness was top and the facilities too. The worst point was the price since we paid 207€ per day, which is way too much for the room.

Hotel offers a comfortable stay with attentive staff and clean rooms. The location is convenient for exploring Sevilla. Overall, a solid choice for accommodation.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Hotel is a bit dated but good sized rooms.
But (hoping the owners read this) Teach your staff to smile and change their attitude.
The cleaners were lovely but overall the staff we found rude and grumpy and seemed everything was too hard.
I personally got a lecture for not pre booking the gym!
Wife told off for having her fork too close to the edge of the table, yes I am serious!
Got told off for laying on a mat I took from a chair in the pool area. Issue they only have 3 x sun beds.
People are going on holiday, not back to school.
But (hoping the owners read this) Teach your staff to smile and change their attitude.

Very cozy and nice hotel at a great location. The rooftop has amazing view over the river, and there is a bar with tasty drinks. Breakfast was also nice & the staff in the whole hotel are very friendly. Would love to come back!

Prior to my trip to Sevilla I made reservation for a queen size bed. Upon my arrival, I asked the receptionist again for a queen size bed. The receptionist was not considerate and stubborn about not helping me with my request for a queen size bed. Instead he asked me to accommodate with two single bed put together which moved and slipped apart whole night several times. But the location is nice.

Room were soused and noisy from outside road.
Service how met us at first time we won't to see him anymore.
Pool is small. Jacuzzi need to book for ahead. One time when we come on terrase to enjoy it, they asked us to go away as it was some special guests there!

I was only on the rooftop for a drink. I can highly recommend this. The view is fantastic. The prices are fair and you don't have to pay an extra few to sit on the terrace. And the service was good, too.

It was a nice hotel. Good layout. Only problem is that we had ants in our first floor room 135. We had to move to another in the middle of the night. That room was in worse condition than the one we left.
