Very clean hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Correct and plentiful breakfast. Small pool on the roof is very beautiful. I especially recommend the professionalism of the masseuse.

A ten minute walk from the station, great for weary travellers! 20+ minutes to the center of town, so well situated. Rooms open onto a charming internal courtyard, which is sooo much better than seeing and hearing the traffic go past. The rooms are quite splendid, clean and tastefully designed, a little oasis of calm and serenity in the heart of a bustling vibrant city. We were actually looking forward to going back to our room after a long day of touristing.

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and good location between the Santa Justa train station and city center. The design with the courtyard was nice, but seemed impractical when it was raining. But the room was big and well equiped.

This is a world-class hotel, exceptionally well-maintained and kept in excellent condition. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing outstanding service. The housekeeping is among the best I’ve experienced in Spain. Public transportation is conveniently available nearby. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel and highly recommended.

Great hotel. Location is excellent. Near the city centre and a short walk from the train station. Convenient from the airport by bus getting off at Santa Justa. Then a short walk to the hotel.

A short bus ride away from the autobus bus station, San Sebastián.

Hotel is nicely renovated in ALL rooms. Very fresh with nice furnishings. Great views of the cathedral from the roof top.

Martha in reception was excellent. Friendly, warm and super efficient. Very accommodating and went out of her way to help. Kudos to her.

Highly satisfied with this choice of this hotel. Firstly it was better priced than most Air bnbs which is amazing given the extra amenities and facilities that a 4* hotel affords. The hotel is situated just outside of the old town which makes for a nice walk into the centre of Seville's activity and attractions. We were particularly impressed with the service provided at the restaurant by Luis and Araceli. They were both extremely attentive, friendly and professional. In fact, this was by far the best customer service we experienced in Seville over the entirety of our 5 night stay! It's people like this, that make you want to come back! The spa was also a nice little perk. It was small, but quaint and it actually felt more exclusive. At one point my wife and I were the only 2 people who occupied the spa facilities which was lovely. The massage was also super relaxing and the spa receptionist was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The hotel suite was really nice. It was quite cosy, a good size, very clean, and top it off the bathroom was very spacious. The TV with access to Netflix, Amazon and Disney was another nice perk. Highly recommend.
