Catalonia Santa Justa Hotel

Had a great stay here in late October. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and serviced daily and the location is ideal. Plenty of bus stops nearby to get to the main attractions like the Seville Cathedral and Royal Alcazar. Only 20 or so minutes from the airport too. Good spa treatments and breakfast buffet was comprehensive. All in all, a fantastic hotel.

This hotel was very nice. The staff treated us very well and we felt welcomed. We had dinner two nights in the hotel. Estefania was an excellent host. She is full of vitality and made our visits very pleasant. Our room was nice and comfortable. It felt bright and fresh. The shower was excellent. I would use this hotel again.

Just arrived, more to come. Great location, right it the center of everything you might imagine and close enough to the water ;) Now on to my initial impressions. The staff behind the front desk will make you feel like you are at the Four Seasons....Day One is a 5 Star day.

After 3 more days I am back with a few more comments. The hotel staff is amazing. I inadvertantly lost a personal item...my bad/my fault...anyway with a fair amount of effort they found it..thanks. I should have made more comments but I have been a TOURIST..and the Front Desk has been an amazing help. The location of the hotel, the rooms and most of all the staff make this a 5 star winner. STAY HERE :) I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

This is a fab hotel. I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and a good size. The shower has either rainfall or standard, just pull the handle to switch. I took the breakfast option and the choice was good; cereals, pastries, yoghurts, cold meats, and hot dishes; scrambled eggs spanish tortilla, sausages, bacon. Coffee and orange juice machines (real oranges pressed inside the machine).
I would like to mention the following staff as they made my stay very welcoming, enjoyable, and relaxing; Miguel, Lourdes, Araceli, Charo, Antonio and Pedro (I think that was his name). It was much appreciated that they took time to have a wee chat even with my limited Spanish, and making sure all was well. As a solo traveller and deaf (I wear hearing-aids and lipread) this was much appreciated.
I must mention the night the air conditioning failed in my room during the night. I went down to reception and the young man, I didn't get his name, he was on the ball. He came to the room straightaway and checked the system, the temp in the room was 27oC, he found it had broken down. So he promptly arranged for me to move to another room, so I got the access card and moved all my stuff to the new room, this was at 2 - 3am. This is what I call superb customer service.

Fabulous hotel! Lovely spacious rooms, with great shower and beds! Staff here are lovely. We got to enjoy the roof top bar and the pool which was a lovely relief from the sun! Lovely clean hotel! Would stay again. We also used the spa with Maria. What a wonderful masseuse! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Very clean hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Correct and plentiful breakfast. Small pool on the roof is very beautiful. I especially recommend the professionalism of the masseuse.

A ten minute walk from the station, great for weary travellers! 20+ minutes to the center of town, so well situated. Rooms open onto a charming internal courtyard, which is sooo much better than seeing and hearing the traffic go past. The rooms are quite splendid, clean and tastefully designed, a little oasis of calm and serenity in the heart of a bustling vibrant city. We were actually looking forward to going back to our room after a long day of touristing.
