My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the duration of our wedding in Seville. It was able to accommodate all of our family and friends as well. The quality of all services was absolutely superb. Every step of the process from check in to checkout was seamless and they were able to answer any question or concern we had surrounding our big day, special thanks to Beatriz at reception!!!! Absolutely lovely! With the chaos and stress accompanying a wedding, this hotel provided a beautiful, charming, and calm environment including assistance of ordering taxis if need be. The main bar area with ample tables and couches for guests to enjoy drinks and chats was fully stocked, professional, and a beautiful ambience full of flowers/greenery. The cleaning of rooms was also excellent and very polite. We had the lovely surprise of coming back to our room on our wedding night with a dessert and cava awaiting us as well as a note from hotel team. For this we are so grateful and appreciative, an absolute cherry on top of a surprise to the day! We thank you!!!! 100% would stay here again if visiting this area of Spain! Also, 10/10 views of Plaza de España (short walk) and gorgeous pool.

Best hotel from our Spain trip so far! It has been recently renovated and the facilities are updated and comfortable. The Level services are amazing.

What a super hotel. It had such a wow factor when we walked in. The lobby is beautiful. The bar is wonderful too. But the best thing - the breakfast! I have never been so offered so much choice before. One day there was even a chocolate fountain!! I am already planning my return trip! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Stayed here for 4 nights during our recent trip to Sevilla in early October. The hotel is lovely, basic bedroom and atmosphere a bit too corporate for us as there was a large business conference going on when we arrived. The pool is really nice with a stunning backdrop. Was quiet for the first 3 days until the conference finished then we felt we had been invaded with all the delegates enjoying their free time off. This changed the whole dynamic of relaxing by the pool and felt a bit more like an Ibiza get together as they seemed to take over the whole area with no regard for the guests who were already there.
We only ate in the hotel one night and had breakfast twice. Absolutely no complaints with wide selection on offer.
Special mention to Sofia and Ruben who worked professionally in the main bar. Very efficient and polite and nothing was too much trouble to them. Great representatives of the company. Thank you

We stayed here for 4 nights on vacation and thoroughly enjoyed it! Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The pool was our favorite part (ok, it’s really a tie with the breakfast buffet - delicious! Ines was a kind host each morning). Pro tip though: the pool gets VERY busy and seems to stay that way all day. If you want a nice lounge chair you need to get there early. The bar options were great at the pool!

The location is perfect to visit the Plaza Espana (less than 10 min walking distance). As it was too hot in Spain right now, we took a taxi everywhere we go. The rooms are ok and sufficient for 2 girls. It would be even better if there was a water kettle in the room, but Jesus from the bar was really really nice and helped me to get boiling water (for my medication). Jesus is so sweet 🙏🏻

We are staying two nights here at the hotel. The place is gorgeous. Ruben was our main waiter but we were helped out by Ale, Sofia, and Elena. It’s refreshing to see how they worked as a team and how well they helped us out!

The rooms are well kitted out, stylish and comfortable.
The staff are all brilliant, super friendly and ready to help you with anything!
The location of the hotel is great, walking distance from Plaza de España.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is very clean, good value for money. Large choice for breakfast. The room was spacious, and quiet. The pool is a huge plus, and it's very close to the Plaza de España (you see it from the pool!), so it's convenient to discover the city.
