Considering the price, it really is great value for money. In the heart of Taragona with parking on your doorstep. Clean rooms with air conditioning and pleasant staff. Highly recommend for a short stay.

No soap or liquid soap or shampoo.. Fortunately web had brought our own. Liked the presence of hairdryer. Location perfect apart from noisy street life. To be expected though

Had a very enjoyable stay in this area to vist
And hoilday but we were pick pocket on returning to hotel the upper management did not care or show and help to us the only one was a waiter .
The room was not bad but we had a leaking aircon so had water over floor we reported it but was just mop it up so unimpressed
Would not stay at this hotel again .
Only thing was the waiter and waitress were very nice and helpful

Spotless, quiet room. Amazing location, though access by car was tricky due to road closures. Breakfast was excellent! Samara and Paula were absolute sweethearts, working tirelessly despite a busy, rainy morning rush. Would definitely stay again.

The waiter at the terrace café downstairs was the best I‘ve ever seen in Spain! He was very polite, kind and gave me a dessert and a drink for free. I would come back anytime and I hope his employer knows what they have in him!

A very pleasant, well run hotel. I enjoyed my room with a view over the square and a real bathtub. Spotlessly clean. Very good value. The same is true of the restaurant with tables in the square. Recommended.

We stayed for three very enjoyable nights at the Placa De La Font where we found the staff to be friendly and our room to be spotlessly clean with fresh towels every day. The hotel is situated in a perfect location in the main square in the old town of Tarragona. The square contains many bars and restaurants and can get quite busy (but never rowdy!) in the evenings which in turn creates a great atmosphere around the place. All age groups were out enjoying themselves in a civilised manner which we found to be quite refreshing. There are also many tapas bars and restaurants dotted up around the Cathedral and Forum area which we both preferred. The surrounding area contains many Roman buildings and artefacts which are a short walk from the hotel. All in all, Tarragona is a beautiful place to visit, which was made all the more perfect by our stay at the Placa De La Font.
PS. I highly recommend trying to book a walking tour prior to visiting and sampling the local Vermut (vermouth)

The location is great but the hotel is not up to any standards. The bed is tiny, no safe, no fridge, heater not working, no room service plus they have weird packets of hand soap in the bathroom that are never enough. On top of all that, the staff are unhelpful.
