Would recommend for families. Family of 6,
couple with a 6 and 2 year old and 2 grandparents really enjoyed it. We had half board, breakfast and dinner. There was always a great selection for breakfast, our kids always loved the freshly cooked pancakes the best! Dinner was nice, always extremely varied, you might be disappointed or love what you get depending on the evening. The animation team for the night who made the kids disco for the kids and the shows were amazing, they always worked so hard to give an incredible show for the kids, with versions of films and music that the kids loved. The rooms were very nice, with a fridge and AC.

This hotel is definitely not 4.2 rating!
The rooms are aged, the pool needs a good scrub along with the disgusting sun loungers.
It took 3 attempts for maintenance to fix the bed as it was collapsing. The walls in the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything going on next door.
Most of the staff are good but one cook especially needs to work on his manners.
A little like faulty towers. Expecting a refund as this is not as advertised

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms cleaned daily. Freshly cooked food in both mornings and evenings. Pool area cleaned every morning and extra sunbeds stacked to stop “sunbed wars”. It is about 20 min walk to town on foot although we found it nice to get the steps in, €7 in a taxi for the days we didn’t want to walk. It’s close enough to town although far enough away from the noise and busyness to get a good nights sleep. Highly recommend esp for families!

We stayed in room 406. The room was poorly equipped. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. Literally, everything is at extra cost, like iron, safe, and so on. The beach and Salou letters are 20 minutes walking from the hotel. The pool was packed, the flavour of drinks at the pool is very artificial. Food was good enough and good choice for both, breakfast and dinner. The pub was good and the drinks were good. The staff was very nice and polite, especially at the reception.

Staff are amazing and would go beyond trying to help you, such lovely and friendly people. Pool is nice and cool perfect for the hot temperatures of Salou, plus plenty of sun beds and activities to keep you going, however; the food in the buffet is okay, nothing to brag about but I was expecting a bit of better substances. One morning my breakfast was freezing and there generally would not be a good selection for plain eaters. Rooms are nice expect for the duvet feeling paper like but that’s my own personal opinion. Food at bar on the pool is deadly, pizza is gorge. Overall good hotel but don’t think I would coke back but would recommend go atleast once

It's been almost fifteen years since we last visited this hotel. I thought the hotel couldn't get much better, but it has.
The staff are great and will do anything to make your stay perfect. The Romanian barman is so friendly and attentive that it's hard not to like him, and the pizzas were lovely.
The biggest surprise was the sea food Paella. Most hotels Paella isn't brilliant, this one was so beautiful, I had another helping.
So far, this hotel has exceeded my expectations by a country mile. We will definitely be back again. Yes, it is busy, but I can clearly understand why.

Rooms need updating and need to have a walk in shower for disabled people need British channels on TV reception staff was excellent in the pub at hotel staff was excellent food was good and restaurants staff was excellent there was a party while we was there guests where walking round pools with glasses and people where making noises coming back to there room late at night and talking on there balcony late at night had a birthday while I was there and no birthday cake it's the only hotel I stayed at with no cake for birthday cleaning staff was excellent in bathroom there was a shower screen over bath fixed to the bath climb between toilet and 25%off bath to get in not very safe very noisy in restaurant between meal times

Lovely hotel, entertainment is amazing for kids, disco and games every night. Staff are so kind and friendly. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend, we had the best time and will be back next year 👌 😊

Great hotel in a very good position. If you want to visit port aventura you are about a 16 minute walk from the main gate but you are also about 15 minutes from the seafront. It's far enough from the town centre that the hotel is not noisy but close enough to be walkable. Food and drink were excellent, pool area was very nice and everywhere was very clean and tidy. The only small negative was the classic Spanish hotel problem of having a single long corridor on each floor with no dividing doors and tiled floors. This means that there can be a lot of noise from the corridor in the evening. We would definitely stay again and really enjoyed our week with you. Thank you.

Lovely hotel. The staff are amazing. The beds are comfy and the food is great. Small areas for improvement are the indoor gym pool, which is a hazard because it's full of young children playing, urine and nappies. There is a big pool outside for kids, winter not a problem for them. Adults need this spa for relaxation/sport. Also, only paper cups in the rooms instead of glasses, useless after a day and bad for environment. Otherwise a great place.
