Nice pool with lots of beds although more umbrellas would be good. Would have liked some light background music but appreciate that’s not for everyone. Two entertainers going around the pool who seemed very friendly and not pushy or over powering. We went half board and they were flexible whether you had lunch or evening meal which we brilliant for us. Food was okay, the usual for a buffet all inclusive venue with most of the cold selection the same with the hot choices changed each day/evening. Found some of the staff extremely polite and friendly, some not so but none of them rude. Nice smaller beach a five minute walk away and only 5-10 minute walk to the lively Salou. Hired a car for one day and couldn’t find a parking space anywhere but there in August so busy. Paid to park in the hotel which wasn’t cheap but peace of mind as we saw two damaged parked cars on tight roads with lots of holiday coaches struggling to get around. I would stay there again if I found myself in that neck of the woods.
Only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the food options. The meat revolves around pork cooked differently instead of other meat alternatuves that would better suit most guests from all backgrounds.
Overall I had a great experience and will definitely try come back! Would recommend :-)
Staff were friendly, the chef who made the omelettes every morning was lovely and did a great job.
Only two things I would say as a negative is that one of our rooms was for 4 people, 2 adults, one 14 year old and one 12 year old. The rooms are definitely not big enough for older children with 2 adults. Secondly I left a change of clothes ready to change into on our return as we had a late flight that I forgot to put in my day bag. When I realised and went back to get it the clothes were gone. Disappointing end to our stay.
Everything is also cleaned every single day and the smell on the corridors is just fantastic.
Also, I advise the all inclusive package, it helps so much if you just want to enjoy some proper vacations, and the staff will always help you out. Especially Juanito on the grill, what a lovely guy!

Rooms had hardly storage space Maid service good
Staff at reception friendly as for bar staff definitely not there was only one young boy would smile when serving the rest barely looked at you and threw snacks at you was told no ice cream but then saw some one with it then went and ask another I got it from him she just count be bothered to serve anyone saw her taking drink from pump then drunk it under counter i wonder why she was ducking down staff had no customers skill for sure they pretended to not know what you was asking for
Restaurant a joke food was barely Luke warm everyone complained will certainly never return here
