What a delight this hotel was! Very clean, great staff and very helpful. In a fabulous position, the beach is a few steps away, the pools are fabulous, the food is great and facilities throughout the hotel are good. Hotel is incredibly clean and nite. Food is really good and lot of variety. Pools are big and gorgeous. The animation is fantastic, lots of activities for adults and kids and staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The only down side was the long queues when doing the check in. I would definitely recommend for a nice break.

Hi everyone...At the moment the hotel is closed, I'm a security guard that does the occasional watch there to help out with days off. The hotel is literally on the beach. It's big with lots of swimming pools. Town centre is a brisk walk away.

Just came back from a week stay with my young family. Hotel is amazing, rooms are modern and clean-maids done a great job every single day. Pool areas and grounds are amazing. Food is good. Upon arrival, the hotel looks nice, in a good location on the beach front. It is at the far end, so you either need to catch a bus, walk, or use a taxi to get anywhere. This is a very nice hotel we enjoyed the food and the location is perfect. The room was good and everything was immaculately maintained. We have noticed over recent years that the area, La Carihuela, which used to be fairly quiet has become more and more popular with Dutch people and most guests were indeed middle aged Dutch people. Great hotel in a super location. About 15 minutes from the airport. At the back of the hotel you're right on the beach and the beach walkway goes for on forever. Benalmadena is about a 10 minute walk where you will find a fantastic marina with countless bars and places to eat and watch the world go by.

I had requested Gluten Free when booking. There was no gluten free cerial for the first 3 days of our stay.

The toilet didn't work at first, and the showerhead was also pretty bad. The food was okay, but not much variation, and low quality on a lot of it. And as a 5-star hotel they should have their own sunbeds by the beach instead of the guests having to pay for it. The walls are not sound proof. You will hear people coming home from the bar at 3 am and you will hear housekeeping as they clean in the rooms above. But at this low price point, I find the extra noise acceptable. It was really nice for a single travel during the winter.

This was a clean, basic, and nice hotel to stay at. We encountered a leak in our room the first night, but the staff were timely, kind, and fixed the problem quickly. We enjoyed the free buffet breakfast. This was a great feature for our family. The elevators are small and slow, but this did not ruin our experience. It is beautiful and well positioned. It is beach front and you can reach the city centre by walking 5 mins besides the beach. The only downside I found is that the pool gets crowded and it is difficult to find a spot. Breakfast is very good, lunch not so much. Suite is large and nice. Felt that we got our money's worth, don't know if it was the time of the year, but there were alot of large golfing groups, which wasn't a massive problem as they are away from the hotel through the day due to playing golf so left plenty of room around the pool area but did get rowdy on the evenings. Was a nice hotel. Most staff were lovely some extremely rude. Food was awful and undercooked. It's in the centre of a Spanish village not much going on in this area. We were here in the summer and it wasn't great even through the summer months.

That smoking is allowed at the balconys. Because of our neighbours constantly smoking at their balcony we could not use our balcony. Clean rooms, we didn't pay for sea view so ended up on the side of hotel that gets no sun on balcony at all but does have a sea view as do most rooms, if you want sun you need to ask for pool view. I usually stay here as a cheaper option than Malaga when I have a flight and have never been disappointed. The staff is really lovely, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Gem of a hotel. Fantastic location. 5 mins from restaurants and shops. Staff can't do enough for you. Jose in restaurant always greets you with a smile. Brunch excellent selection as is dinner. Won't hesitate to go back

Perfectly situated adults only hotel. Staff were pleasant and informative. Room had a view of the sea and a small balcony. Pool area nice with a snack bar open daily. We will return

I came from USA alone and waited for my husband and was so at home the week before he got there I didn’t want to leave. I look for these hotels EVERYWHERE I TRAVEL now.
