The food was AMAZING, so hats off to the chef and staff, and the girls on serving staff were always helpful and professional! Point to improve (in my opinion): a set of dumbbells in the gym and more training to the young man in the cafeteria in manners and respect, especially when dealing with women

The rooms had an air con, mini fridge and 2 TVs, It is located right next to the beach where a lot if stray cats roam in the morning and night, 5 Stars

The bartenders; Gabrielle, Maria, Marco, Vanessa and Carolina were awesome people and the receptionist girls: Anabel. Virginia, and Maria and Lucia. There is one person I forget to mention, she was tall, brunette

The location is good but no grocery shops are close by, there are a nice few bars and restaurants along the walkway and up in La Mata. The buses run directly outside the hotel to Torrevieja town or La Mata

The pillows are one meter long but quite narrow—a size I’ve rarely encountered before. It’s a positive that the hotel provides parking. While we didn’t use the other facilities, the cleanliness was acceptable

Great location near the town centre, staff were very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast with omelette cooked to order. Ask for a room overlooking the pool it's a lot quieter than the street side

The toilet has a glass door, and the shower only has a short screen, causing water to spill outside. The shower tray is made of flexible plastic (something I’ve never experienced before), which moves when you step on it

Clean hotel and convenient for Torrevieja sea front. Basic room, comfy beds, some outside noise on a Fri/Sat night and no kettle, tea or coffee in rooms but there is a coffee machine in reception

Hair dryer weak n got hot easily but at least more sockets than Portugal ! N air con also better n more powerful but dripped outside balcony table n chair tho as a little small

50 each, spirits and cans of beer. We didn't use the dining room I think it only does breakfasts. The pool opens at 10am,please be careful on the steps they are wooden,quite steep and dry and split hold the rail

Wifi was better than our recent Portugal stay! (So if course we will compare) N with 2 to change from! Shower power was also better but not always hot water, still warm water

The hotel rooms,basic with fridge,the bathroom looked new ,we had a side view ,so no balcony or terrace just a window,Room cleaned daily and towels changed. Small drinks bar near reception for tea is coffee 1

If we ever find ourselves in Torrevieja again, we'd have no hesitation in booking into this hotel again. Clean, more than adequate breakfast, friendly (all female) staff, secure car parking a 2 minute walk away

There are two lifts ,we never had to wait for them we stayed in room 322,some rooms at the front had balconies the Hotel looks a little bit tired,but if you want a good location, clean rooms,nice staff,it's worth a stay

Staff was really nice and helpfull, underground parking was convenient & there was always room to park. Direct access to the elevator. Ac was nice, room nice size, slept really good

Nice size rooms, clean and comfortable with small fridge. Would be nice to have a kettle & tea/coffee facilities. However, you can get something downstairs in the bar/restaurant area. Breakfast & dinner was delicious

An excellent hotel away from the beach front but only 10 minutes by bus from hotel front. Excellent room with large bathroom and walk in shower, large and comfortable bed. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful

People says rooms are dated and they are but I don’t like everything looking like ikea , this hotel has character and bags of charm. So nice we booked 2 extra nights , don’t let the negative reviews put you off

The rooms are of a decent size with comfortable beds and have all the necessary facilities although in a building of this age the walls are a tad thin (bring ear plugs)

Traditional Spanish style which I love , stunning view , lovely relaxing pool and cool bar for night time drinks , will be back again

For one of the cheapest hotels in the area I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised. The views from the balcony and pool area are stunning , the pool is lovely , the bar is traditional Spanish and excellent

Very nice hotel. Good position 10 mn from the beach. Nice room with a balcony, accessible in wheelchair. The room had a bathroom adapt for disabled people. Comfortable bed ,I suggest changing the pillow

The staff is exceptional!!! Even though I was alone, they help you with everything you need... it's amazing, and the breakfast buffet is impressive!!!

Couldn't have been more helpful, I have mobility restrictions so was pleasantly surprised at ease of access to my room with a wet room, plenty of storage space, comfortable bed, extra pillows, and a balcony, where I've sat at night

If you order breakfast, you will get one bun, slice of cheese and ham, cup of juice, coffee, small butter and jam, a few pieces of sweet pastries. I’ll leave this on your own judgement whether it’s enough for you or not

Very nice hotel right in the center of Torrevieja. Bus station and beach are both only 5 minute walk. The location is very convenient. Rooms are super clean and spacious

Walls are a bit thin so you might wanna bring ear plugs for sleeping because you can hear other guests talking on the hallway or banging doors which is super annoying

Traveller tip: If you have a car and manage to get street parking, leave your car there and get cabs if you have to or walk. Car Parking is a rip off in town and you won't even get a space on Friday and Saturday nights

We highlight its location in the center, with a bus stop on the corner in front, an affordable price (for it being almost summer), the treatment of the employees, very attentive and helpful and very important for us, the wifi worked perfectly

Very cosy and comfy place in La mata coastline. The meals here so delicious. The personnel trained well and offer warm service. Beaches and attractive places near the hotel. Highly recommend to stay here.

Everything is great! The only small thing is to perhaps change the bedding, because the mattresses are very hard which makes it difficult to wake up as well as some morning pains but otherwise everything is perfect! 😄 the staff is professional and very welcoming, thank you very much for everything

The supermarket Más y más is nearby. also the bus stop A La Mata / Torrevieja. the reception is unmanned between midnight and 8 am

But hey, for 2 nights at Playa del Cura they are still a great option, and also with their parking spaces, since on the weekend it is impossible to park nearby

The apartment was very clean,nice kitchen.Staff all very helpful and nice.Just 2 mins walk and we was on the beach.Parking was easy.No noise at night time.

When we passed the apartment smelled great, everything was super clean and well-ordered, it had clean towels, sheets, a hair dryer for everything, the girl at the reception answered all our questions without a problem, it shows that she likes animals and that was a point in favor since we had a puppy…

No sense of hospitality. Efficient overall; however, not up to pat with a 4 star hotel. Reataurant looks and feels like a cafeteria, staff do not have any sense of service nor they care.

Hotel rooms are a little dated now. No tea of coffee available in room and no room service. Small pool was always dirty needs to be cleaned regularly. All staff very pleasant which made my stay very comfortable

The rooms were spacious and the beds good. The whole hotel was bright airy and spotlessly clean. The Seaview from our balcony was breathtaking. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and very hardworking

A surprisingly large hotel for its location but a great place to stay.

I would say pretty dated hotel. Pool bar was closed, it was difficult to leave kids and get a drink if only one adult on holiday. There is a fridge in room, but no glasses, no kettle for coffee or tea

The receptionist on the evening 31st May very rude l felt like walking back out.Victoria the following morning was excellent and a credit to the hotel

Hotel was good. Not 5 star but good and clean. Breakfast buffet was quite chaos. Good example if you don't organize responsibilities it means chaos.

We stayed in a junior suite room for one night. We went to the sky bar on the top floor for drinks in the evening then to a local Italian restaurant. A perfect location on the beach, our room had a fabulous see view.

More or less "On the Beach" with wonderful views from the room balcony's ! The rooftop Sky Bar views need to be seen to be believed. The food is of the highest quality with the staff accommodating , friendly and patient

First time we stayed there and really enjoyed it. Everything about this Hotel is spot on, staff, rooms, food. It's in a very quiet area just opposite the beach. Definitely will stay again.

Great family run hotel, we stayed there many years ago while house hunting. The owner and his brother are very friendly and helpful. While they don't speak much English they still managed to sort any problems for us

I usually pop in each time I'm in Guardaramar for a cup of coffee and bit of banter. My Spanish is still very poor but they always welcome me

Rooms clean. Staff are friendly. Close to the beach, 5 mins walking. Hotel is a bit old. You can hear noises from the neighbors. But you can expect more for that price.

Hotel Quino is nice. The single room is very small but good enough, with a good bathroom. Sound isolation between rooms could be better.

It is the perfect place for the lovely stay in Guardamar. Literally 50 m to the central beach. The rooms are of the nice size and well maintained. Delicious and rich buffet welcomes every morning

And of course the main man of the hotel (I am sorry, do not know his name), he is a hard-working person who always welcomes everyone with the kind smile regardless of the amount of work

Parking can be a little difficult at times but there is usually a space in the adjacent road. The room was spacious and clean with a daily cleaning service and fresh towels and bed linen

The hotel restaurant has a limited daily menu but if there is nothing that you fancy there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance

I came here with my fiancé for vacation and we chose the hotel room over two floors. It was really clever because then we wouldn’t disturb one another if we were awake and the other one sleeping

Lidl, Aldi, and some other shops are a 10-15 minute walk away, but the resort has it's own little shop where you can buy most of the things you need (food stuff, toiletries etc), and reasonably priced

We stayed in the Mediterranean Lodge (self-catered) and had our own patio with a lounger, table and chairs, and sun loungers which was great! The lodge was beautiful and well set up

The resort is very well kept and clean. Lots of beautiful palm trees surround the resort, especially at the pool area which gives that relaxed holiday feeling as soon as you arrive

The pool area was very clean and has lots to offer. the kids spent most of our holiday in the pool. There is also an outdoor play area and trampolines, and clubs for the kids

The restaurant's menu was good and prices were very reasonable. They also offer a buffet in the evening, but we didn't fancy a buffet

We rented bikes for 3 days, as the beach and most attractions are a little further away

Very nice hotel. The therapies could have been cheaper, but the spa area, rooftop sunbathing, all the different swimming pools really was worth it. Great drinks as well

This was hot and cold different rooms like sauna, water jets, walk in stones with cold water and then hot water. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only downside was that we went on the 24th of June

The room was pretty good, not far from the seaside, a very quiet place. Breakfast is okay, but sometimes dinner is not available. Without a car, it is not very convenient to go outside.

Also if over for the football at Pineter arena only a 49 minutes walk and a fantastic bar and restaurant outside only a 10 minute walk

First time at this hotel but have used many hotels over the years in this resort as a four-star hotel I would rate it on the lower four stars staff was a little hit and miss at times left standing for nearly ten minutes with ice creams in my hand? and one evening i was the second person at the bar the barman knew I was waiting but managed to serve five customers then walked away i had to call him back...

the apartments appear to sit around the corner away really from the hotel down a local street they offer ground-floor or first-floor apartments ground floor apartments are not very private even with the small hedge in front the hotel offers parking but lots of on-street parking around the local area if you do not mind a short walk the beach is a flat easy 10 minute walk away so to the mud baths

One of it's biggest assets is the friendly, welcoming, obliging and courteous staff, they enhance the atmosphere. They have very good English which I am grateful for as my Spanish is severely lacking

We have stayed a few days in August. The evaluation of the rest in this place is 10/10. The attention from the staff that works on this site is completely pleasing to the guests

Hotel Neptuno is a beautiful place to stay if you are planning your holidays. It's quiet and not too big so you can relax without any disturb

We stayed here 10 years ago and decided it was time to take a trip back to San Pedro del Pinatar, I would not stay anywhere else other than Hotel Neptuno, the setting right on the beach of the Mar Menor with outstanding views in all directions was too good to miss

2 day visit with friends for the second time. Friendly helpful staff, excellent rooms with sea views, good choice for breakfast.

You can see investment in the Hotel taking place and in fairness it has been a few tough years with Covid and unfortunately the loss of the local Airport but, the staff and friendliness of this lovely little hotel make it a very relaxing base to enjoy the surrounding area which has been greatly improved over the years with cycle paths and the beautiful tree lined promenade which joins the neighbouring...

Breakfest was very nice and the sea view from my room and the restaurant was absolutely amazing 👌 🥰

The only problem is parking, at the hotel there is only a small parking area, so we could not get a place there and had to search for a place to park around the town

The best hotel South of Alicante in Santa Pola! The hotel is right on the beach and the team run by a very attentive owner, Damian Banegas, pull out all the stops to ensure your stay is noting but amazing! The hotel is being reformed and before summer, they will renovate their lounge bar area on the beach front which is going to spectacular! Well worth staying at the hotel as the food is great also

because of the chic venue we asked for prices before ordering wine. 2euros a glass of delicious Rioja -Otonal- we sat on the terrace for hours enjoying several glasses of such bodily wine and the views

we went up to the 5th floor just curious for the cafeteria. we were very impressed by the fine decoration and the views. staff were very friendly and attentive

food was pretty bad, rooms have awful sound proofing and paint was flaking off the walls in the bathroom. However, the beds were comfy, the service was good and the location is very pretty.

Despite to have 2⭐ the service is really good...the hotel includes breakfast buffet and it has parking lot.

Also there you can celebrate a birthday, wedding o whatever. The food is fresh and delicious. It is in the center of the city, so you can visit all the town on walk. The beach is near, 10 minutes

In santa Pola you can go to the theme park also

The only decent hotel in Santa Pola and very moderately priced on top of that. If you look for a place to stay in the city centre this is where to go.

Friendly basic hotel but the walls are a bit thin

We were in August in a quadruple room. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The hotel is very well cared for. They offer a decent continental breakfast

They kept our bags for us when we arrived on the island so we could go bathe until it was time to enter, they were always attentive in case we needed anything and on the last day they kept our bags for us while we bathed and ate, until we took the boat

The hotel is a cool renovation with decoration that fits perfectly with the spirit of the island, the coolest thing is to know the people who run it, and if you have two minutes let them explain the origins of their surname

they are descendants of the first settlers of the island, not counting the clear pirates. The perfect and delicious breakfast. If you have time, in addition to enjoying the hotel, enjoy the company of the regents

Although my room was interior and cheap, I loved it. The staff is super professional and they make an effort so that you have all the comforts and facilities, the treatment is fantastic

Had breakfast here a few days ago and as it was so nice returned for dinner tonight, was not disappointed! Had the 3 course set menu for 12€ each was amazing! Great staff,nice big clean rooms comfortable beds, great breakfast, continental or full English,close to lots of bars and restaurants,a few minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel

For a 2 star Hotel, its punching above its weight... its great! Lovely big room, comfy bed, desk, chairs, chaise longe, balcony overlooking kids park, loads of cushions, Moroccan style decor. Lovely!

The hotel itself was clean and tidy and very much a friendly, small number of staff run, establishment. We were welcomed and treated exceptionally, even though we only stayed for the weekend

Rooms were basic (we didn't want elaborate), air conditioning was needed, beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom, whilst being a little dated, was clean and tidy

Lovely Hotel, you don't pay 5 star prices so don't expect a 5 star hotel. What you do get however, is a wonderfully situated hotel, right next to the beach and town which has plenty of bars to occupy your nights with

The receptionist, I forget her name, with glasses, her English is that good I actually thought she was from Cambridge or somewhere posh, she was lovely, nothing was too much trouble

Stayed in an apartment opposite El Clot nature reserve. Meditteraneo 1 it was called. Fantastic location, close to the beach & shops and restaurants, but not too close

I highly recommend that if you get that chance or if your passing through, stop off at the local Patagonia Steakhouses or go for a shop in the Centro Commercial

Don’t go expecting 4 star it’s good though , we had fun it’s what you make it. Drinks are good , restaurant busy , but food was good. Check in receptionist could be happier , do not arrive before 12 if you can help it

Aircon could have been better , but that’s personal opinion. Beds a little soft and pillows a little hard , again personal opinion. We had a great time and will definitely be back

We had to keep asking for toilet rolls (or help ourselves from the cleaners trolley) What a shame about all this because the reception staff were very good, waiting staff in the dining room and bar staff were fantastic, and so polite and friendly

i loved everything the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. the room was very neat and clean. the view was stunning. was amazing!!

Our bedding was not changed until we had been there 12 nights, and this was after reception had to remind the cleaners. Our toilet was not cleaned for 4 days, and even that wasn't done properly

We have just arrived home from a wonderful 2 week holiday at Poseidon. Everything was perfect, except the housekeeping in the room

We do not like to complain, but the maintenence of our room lets the hotel down. Having said this, we would stay again
