There is also a decent size swimming pool and gym at the hotel. Lots to do and plenty to see or just chill and people watch. Hotel Fontana will definately be my go to hotel anytime I visit Espana!😁😎 Lovely smiling staff

Great location near the town centre, staff were very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast with omelette cooked to order. Ask for a room overlooking the pool it's a lot quieter than the street side

However, it’s evident that the hotel’s prime years are well behind it. Don't believe the photos! Cons: The bathroom is open-plan, something I didn’t notice during the booking

Clean hotel and convenient for Torrevieja sea front. Basic room, comfy beds, some outside noise on a Fri/Sat night and no kettle, tea or coffee in rooms but there is a coffee machine in reception

Pros: The room is larger than in other hotels, offering plenty of space, lots of natural light, and a well-functioning air conditioner. The bed is very large and comfortable to sleep in

The hotel doesn't seem particularly special from the outside. But as soon as you enter, you're greeted by friendly staff. Gaming areas with pool and other games. We had a fantastic view from the 8th floor

Spotlessly clean , lovely friendly staff ,especially girls on bar. Rooms are large spacious , all seem to have a balcony most with sea view

Food above average for an all inc, although served on the cooler side of hot !! For 3 * hotel you can't realy wrong. Only slight grumble was some of the sunbeds are fairly old & saggy & poss not enough at peak time

I loved it a lot the food was amazing and the service was fantastic l liked that they cleaned the rooms every afternoon at the restaurant there was a lovely man called Ivan and they had delicious food I loved the entertainment it is a OUTSTANDING the pool was very warm it's fantastic

Bar/reception service & staff excellent. Rooms basic but spotless as all areas of hotel & pool were. Didn’t like food was always cold so never returned to restaurant/ buffet. Biggest complaint was the noise

Constant banging of doors and shouting at all hours early morning/ late night. No sound proofing at all In rooms can hear everything

Hair dryer weak n got hot easily but at least more sockets than Portugal ! N air con also better n more powerful but dripped outside balcony table n chair tho as a little small

50 each, spirits and cans of beer. We didn't use the dining room I think it only does breakfasts. The pool opens at 10am,please be careful on the steps they are wooden,quite steep and dry and split hold the rail

Wifi was better than our recent Portugal stay! (So if course we will compare) N with 2 to change from! Shower power was also better but not always hot water, still warm water

Handy for the beach,enough bars and restaurants, it's on a busy road so if you need to cross you use the blue bridge,there's a Chinese KFC M donalds more bars restaurants and supermarket

There are two lifts ,we never had to wait for them we stayed in room 322,some rooms at the front had balconies the Hotel looks a little bit tired,but if you want a good location, clean rooms,nice staff,it's worth a stay

A great friendly hotel with nice rooms, a little on the small side though but not an issue for a short stay. Breakfast was excellent only down side was the access to the pool as a large amount of steps

It's in a nice quiet location but still within easy reach of local attractions and beaches. The terrace and pool area are lovely with stunning views of the coast

Great hotel with fabulous views across the Mediterranean sea. Food was buffet service, breakfast was excellent. Barman was miserable but the waiting staff and reception staff were really good

Location is beautiful, Breakfast is very poor, walls are very thin, the staff was friendly sometimes... Rooms are really outdated could use an update. Swimming pool is not child-friendly, way too deep, even for an adult.

Very firm bed, not close to the beach at all. It was clean and I felt safe. Checkin was easy. Don't be 1 min late for breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Good position 10 mn from the beach. Nice room with a balcony, accessible in wheelchair. The room had a bathroom adapt for disabled people. Comfortable bed ,I suggest changing the pillow

We stayed at The Hotel Madrid on 9th Sept 2021 for 2 nights, very basic rooms, but staff very friendly, continental breakfast was very nice, it was at least a 25 mn walk to beach & marina, all in all a very pleasant, relaxing experience at this hotel

We stayed in November for a weekend. The room was with nice open terrace with town view (5th floor). Breakfast could have more options (i mist porridge). Location is good not far from centre

For the money I think its exceptional value and with optional secure parking accord the road it was perfect for me. Room was clean and comfortable with very good aircon and a fridge

We left him alone for two nights and they were attentive in case something happened to him and the truth is that I was much calmer, it is a 5-minute walk from the beach, bars, supermarkets, shops of all kinds

The apartment was very clean,nice kitchen.Staff all very helpful and nice.Just 2 mins walk and we was on the beach.Parking was easy.No noise at night time.

When we passed the apartment smelled great, everything was super clean and well-ordered, it had clean towels, sheets, a hair dryer for everything, the girl at the reception answered all our questions without a problem, it shows that she likes animals and that was a point in favor since we had a puppy…

The apartments are spacious and they are clean. Have a well-equipped kitchen. They have a 24-hour reception. So to give you some paste ,do not have air conditioning at this time and the pillows are unbearable

Add that have opened cafeteria in which they eat great and at a very good price

The service offered by those who work in the reception at this place is exceptional

We were upgraded after they realised that there was a mistake with the number of people we said were on the holiday, given maps of the local area with personal recommendations of restaurants, pools, bars, clubs, etc

You really couldn't ask for a nicer place. close to beach and restaurants but in quiet vacation residential neighborhood. You wanna get away from the usa?? Torrevieja

The resort is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to the beach and is very secure with five different keys needed to access the apartment! The buildings are in their own landscaped gardens which are well maintained

We were unfortunate that there were two national holidays during our week which meant the reception and adjoining swimming pool were unavailable those days, also that we only had one change of towels instead of alternate days

The resort is a good 30 minute walk from the town centre. There is a bus service nearby which is every 15 minutes in summer but only every 40 minutes during the low season

Hotel rooms are a little dated now. No tea of coffee available in room and no room service. Small pool was always dirty needs to be cleaned regularly. All staff very pleasant which made my stay very comfortable

4-star hotel is the real first line ( to the sea 20 meters). There is a Spa area with indoor pool and Jacuzzi available to clients of the hotel ( the cost of visiting Spa-complex of 8 euros per hour)

Service at the principle buffet - buffet. Good selection of dishes and even tasty? The second and maybe the main advantage is that the hotel is well Prymachenko on the beach. The tourists especially the family in joy

We used the pool for a day, 4 Euros per person plus sunbed hire, our kids loved the pool and slide. However the pool is in need need of some maintenance

Perfect pool with a slide for the kids. We had a dinner party with 60 friends and all found the food excellent

Pool was plenty big enough but had quite a lot of floating insects, leaves, and the odd cigarette end. Slide wasn't working which we didn't find out until we had paid. Food is okay, nothing to write home about though.

I would sum up our day there as, 5 stars for the food, 3 for the pool but the service was 1 star at best

Very central to all amenities. Clean , bright and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. Surrounded by bar's, coffee shops and restaurants. Taxi stand close by. Just a great place to stay.

I came her last minute as our apartment wasn't ready. It's very spacious well equipped comfy double bed great location a few mins walk to the beach

Only downside you need a code to get in and I couldn't find a door bell so in the end the estate agent from next door let us in

Unfortunately the "dryer" is non existent and there was a small rack on the porch, I'm still doing my laundry I'm just praying it will all fit/dry by the time I check out tomorrow, the washing machine is also tiny and hard to tell how to use it

Only staff in reception in the day, no tea kettle in the room, runs out of hot water in the shower and sound and voices can be heard from other rooms, Great location and modern rooms.

(if I'd known this and their discription was accurate I would have picked elsewhere) also there is no kettle to make teas etc. Area is nice, lots of places to go out and eat etc

Nice spot. Right by the beach and also a pool with a café. Buffet type meals. The bar-not so impressed, locked doors and turned off lights to tell people it was finished and to leave by other exits. ?

No pool bar! 5min walk to main bar for drinks. No description of what is included and what are you paying extra. You need a car because location… Nice staff, friendly place & Luckily not many drunk Brits

I recommend to get up early for seeing the sunrise, it is wonderful!!! The conditions of facilities are very good like pool, lifts, garden, restaurant,. The staff is very friendly and professional

In conclusion, this hotel is very good option, if you want to spend your time between hotel and beach like resort in Caribbean

You can see the sea everywhere in the room like on the bed, in terrace but the best place is in jacuzzi

We have been visiting the bar at Dna Monse for 12 years now, as we visit the local area several times a year. The staff are amazing and have been over the years. The lady in the mornings (Renata) is so kind and welcoming

Pink cafe, food was good but at lunch you dont get plates. The pool, they charge you money to use their towels what was really strange. Location wise, its alittle outside

She always has a smile on her face and makes the best coffee! We always look forward to seeing her. We have used the spa on several occasions and find it clean, tidy and very welcoming with great facilities

Staff was really nice and helpfull, underground parking was convenient & there was always room to park. Direct access to the elevator. Ac was nice, room nice size, slept really good

Best lomi lomi and deep tissue massage I ever had. The staff in the spa are amazing and make you feel so relaxed. Everyone should book a massage. It’s a must.

Been there during the rain season, basically every house in this area of spain is not well constructed against the cold

Always a great experience staying here. Away from the 'hustle bussle' but not too far away to enjoy all the activities around Punta Prima, La Zenia etc.

This hotel is really cheap, clean and has apartment style studios (with a small kitchen), somewhat far located. Cab to the inner city is about 10 euros

does need a bit of refurbishing in the rooms, but for a budget hotel its what you would expect. good parking outside.

Great pool, outdoor space and well equipped houses and the walk to the beach for us was only 20 minutes

4 houses next to each other were perfect for our large group of 21 people, 13 adults with learning disabilities supported by 8 staff
