The bartenders; Gabrielle, Maria, Marco, Vanessa and Carolina were awesome people and the receptionist girls: Anabel. Virginia, and Maria and Lucia. There is one person I forget to mention, she was tall, brunette

Hotel was great, we took room only as wanted to explore the area and eat at lical restaurants, however, the dining facilities at the hotel did look good

Drinks were well priced although only one draught beer on tap, and there was nightly entertainment aimed for the children. Overall a good stay and worth the cost

So if you're reading this and think that it sounds like you, well chances are that I'm talking about you as well, these women were incredible and made me feel welcome

Lovely place for small family would defo get all exclusive. Town centre is a bit far and too hot to walk with small children. Place had a lovely pool and food was outstanding

Great location near the town centre, staff were very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast with omelette cooked to order. Ask for a room overlooking the pool it's a lot quieter than the street side

Walking distance to all amenities, shops cafes restaurants, especially the beach to see great views of sunrise and sunset

It was not clear about breakfast. The hotel is next to interstate and a part of the building is not quite. But it definitely a good hotel and clean

The property is a little dated and my room was very basic, but it was very clean and any requests were dealt with very politely and quickly.

Bed is comfortable, low pillow of memory foam type, might be propped up by a towel if too low. Breakfast has all normal Spanish type food available. Scrambled egg, fatty rasher, and hot dog style sausage

Very nice hotel. Good position 10 mn from the beach. Nice room with a balcony, accessible in wheelchair. The room had a bathroom adapt for disabled people. Comfortable bed ,I suggest changing the pillow

What can I say, I saw mixed reviews of Lloyd’s Beach Club. From my perspective, it was spot on! Right on the beach front, sea views, great location and friendly staff. Great rooms with modern kitchen

It’s right on the beach and the staff are super friendly. La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk

We loved being able to sit and look at the sea and hear it as we slept. For what we paid it was an absolute bargain and we will definitely be back

Location would be okay but the beach is quite rocky so can be tricky for smaller child. The bar under can be a bit noisy but I would say it stay within limits. altogether everything was fine

Not the cleanest and the terasse doors could be replaced. The roof top is useless without some shade. The pool is nice and clean , warm enough also

Really good quality apartments kept in really good condition. The welcome pack with tea coffee and water was a bonus as we arrived at night

Specious with everything you might need and walking distance to a large supermarket and the beach. Our particular apartment was on the ground floor and the balcony did not get any sun, but that was the only minor issue

Our one complaint was that the seasonal pool was not open in May and then when we came to use it in August, it was so dirty that you could need see one foot ahead/deep

Bedroom air con needed The location was fantastic and all amenities in the apartment were excellent. Could have done with air con in the bedrooms not just the living area. Distance to the very nice and quiet pool was ok

Hotel rooms are a little dated now. No tea of coffee available in room and no room service. Small pool was always dirty needs to be cleaned regularly. All staff very pleasant which made my stay very comfortable

The rooms were spacious and the beds good. The whole hotel was bright airy and spotlessly clean. The Seaview from our balcony was breathtaking. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and very hardworking

Service at the principle buffet - buffet. Good selection of dishes and even tasty? The second and maybe the main advantage is that the hotel is well Prymachenko on the beach. The tourists especially the family in joy

Pool was plenty big enough but had quite a lot of floating insects, leaves, and the odd cigarette end. Slide wasn't working which we didn't find out until we had paid. Food is okay, nothing to write home about though.

This place has so much potential for being a must visit Spanish venue. Just needs some money spending to upgrade the facilities, some aggressive marketing, imagination and to be fully staffed

We went to a great charity fund raiser to help Tasha get to the USA. They started at eight thirty and we're still going at two the following morning. Friendly staff, lovely place.

Public bus goes into Guardamar but the hotel is very isolated & I had to hire a car. I am doubtful to stay here again but if you want a holiday on the beach or with large swimming pool

Which we walked a few times 20 minutes walk , beaches were fantastic so clean and had a few bars along it which self food and drink , the hotel was decent , only thing was breakfast time takes were not cleaned a lot of time and was food on floor at times which should have been cleaned up , ppl at front desk were helpful and nice , it was august time so a lot of Spanish come down to guerdemar for their...

Bring your own towels or walk into Guardamar & buy one for 6. Direct beach access & all rooms have side sea view. There is free parking outside but it’s always full. Indoor pool 3 euros for 2 hours

No pool bar! 5min walk to main bar for drinks. No description of what is included and what are you paying extra. You need a car because location… Nice staff, friendly place & Luckily not many drunk Brits

Note there is a very long list of extra charges - changing bed sheets, parking car (18Euro!, plenty of parking on the street), using the gym, using the pool, having a kettle in the room ad nauseum

I was given underground parking for 9 nights free in a spacious carpark, extremly friendly staff, when you walk by any hotel staff always greeted with hello or good day, food at the Coucheron restaurant was great in the evening overlooking the pink lake

Arrived late at night without a booking. Staff greeted me well and helped me because of my disability to my room. I stayed for a week and the breakfast buffet is great and the food at the sports bar as well
