Nice hotel in a good location. Hotel was great, we took room only as wanted to explore the area and eat at lical restaurants, however, the dining facilities at the hotel did look good. The room was a little basic, no tea or coffee making facilities but clean and comfortable, great air con too as the weather was very hot during our stay. Drinks were well priced although only one draught beer on tap...

Lovely place for small family would defo get all exclusive. Town centre is a bit far and too hot to walk with small children. Place had a lovely pool and food was outstanding. Staff were very nice and worked to accommodate you.

Beautiful views, very clean, amazing food that is different each day! We stayed as a family of 7. The rooms had an air con, mini fridge and 2 TVs, It is located right next to the beach where a lot if stray cats roam in the morning and night, 5 Stars.

Lovely holiday here, it’s a 3 star but the staff work very hard to make it look more. The rooms are basic but clean. The entertainment is fun for the family and the kids club guys work very hard to make it fun for everyone, they are great. The pool is small but nice and warm and the bar is handy poolside. The location is good but no grocery shops are close by, there are a nice few bars and restaurants...

Great location but a lot of noise at night due the bins being emptied. I was very disappointed after advising two different reception staff that my shower had flooded the bathroom and water made its way to outside my room still nothing was done. I had to use towels to soak up the water and had neighbours knocking on my door. Shower was not fixed so was unable to use the following day 😢

The air conditioner never cooled to make the room comfortable.

Lovely hotel clean tidy shower nice . Breakfast 20 euros too expensive for my pocket . You can lot of noise from outside cars and motorcycles exhaust to loud . Nice garage to park motorcycle at a cost of 20 euros a night but worth that for piece of mind staff friendly. The rendering outside on level 4 needs to be addressed as it’s not safe !

The property is a little dated and my room was very basic, but it was very clean and any requests were dealt with very politely and quickly.

Property needs a re-vamp, but it was clean throughout, the gentleman who booked us in was great, friendly and polite. The room was clean, crisp white bed linen, toilet and shower also very clean, the price we paid for one night was very competitive too. Only one restaurant nearby so that was disappointing.

It was a good stop gap. Only non alcoholic beers available but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby

Top hotel , all good. Lift. Air con , shower. Bed is comfortable, low pillow of memory foam type, might be propped up by a towel if too low. But all good. We have stayed at the Madrid Hotel Torrevieja many times before. The hotel never disappoints, it a central location and close to all the amenities. Hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. It's worth a stay 😊

I stayed here as a solo traveller. Place was clean and tidy. Complimentary water in the room everyday, great breakfast selection and location.

We got a same day booking when our other hotel reservation fell through. The attention from Amalia couldn’t have been better. Rooms are spacious, clean and bright. Good variety in breakfast buffet. Recommendable.

My partner and I were part a group of about 36 who had booked a lunch on the 10/01/23. We arrived early due to limited parking around the hotel. Very cosy and comfy place in La mata coastline. The meals here so delicious. The personnel trained well and offer warm service. Beaches and attractive places near the hotel. Highly recommend to stay here.

Very Nice Modern high quality rooms.

Smal but great! Hotel is small and situated just across a (busy) road from the beach. Room comfortable and shower lovely. Balcony was ok but a little small - adequate though. Desk service was great. Wifi provided free. Breakfast was basic but fine. Plenty of restaurants around and a bar below the hotel.

Great location for the beach. I was travelling solo so just wanted a reasonable priced hotel. The Tuto was very nice & reasonable priced for my seven night stay. Friendly staff & the room cleaned daily. Ideally placed 5 minutes walking to the beach, . Its adjacent to a main road with a bus stop a couple of minutes walk from the hotel Overall a very nice hotel. Regards Peter

Tha manager was kind enough to up-grade my roof to a twin bed room with a balcony, it was really nice. The staff were brilliant and the 2 ladies who cleaned the rooms were amazing, the room was spotless. Thank You. Chas Day

What can I say, I saw mixed reviews of Lloyd’s Beach Club. From my perspective, it was spot on! Right on the beach front, sea views, great location and friendly staff. Great rooms with modern kitchen. Gorgeous Sun Terrace and Spacious. I cannot complain, my only request, Air Conditioning in the Top Floor Bedroom. We had a fantastic trip, thank you and I’m sure we will return!

Had a really lovely stay here . The location is absolutely AMAZING and more than made up for anything lacking . Welcome was lovely and room ready before the 4pm check-in . Yes the rooms are a bit dated and perhaps some of the outside and inside need a bit of tlc but they were clean and with all the bits needed to self cater well. The hotel was okay. Not the cleanest and the terasse doors could be replaced. The roof top is useless without some shade. The pool is nice and clean , warm enough also. Location would be okay but the beach is quite rocky so can be tricky for smaller child. The bar under can be a bit noisy but I would say it stay within limits. altogether everything was fine.

ok apartments near beach. most apartments had spiral staircase to bedrooms and bathroom. don't go to expect nightlife. not many restaurants. hard to get taxi's. no sun loungers on beach ok for quiet break

Pool was plenty big enough but had quite a lot of floating insects, leaves, and the odd cigarette end. Slide wasn't working which we didn't find out until we had paid. Food is okay, nothing to write home about though.

This place has so much potential for being a must visit Spanish venue. Just needs some money spending to upgrade the facilities, some aggressive marketing, imagination and to be fully staffed. Nice pool, nice grounds but looking a little tired. An excellent investment potential.

I have stayed here 3 times now, enjoy a chilled holiday, so the location is ideal for me. I love the location so close to the beach. I should learn more Spanish. I really like the lady on the bar during the day, I didn't get her name, but she made me laugh, cooking me a very large pizza. Thanks for a lovely holiday 😘

Hotel was 10 minutes in taxi from main centre. Which we walked a few times 20 minutes walk , beaches were fantastic so clean and had a few bars along it which self food and drink , the hotel was decent , only thing was breakfast time takes were not cleaned a lot of time and was food on floor at times which should have been cleaned up , ppl at front desk were helpful and nice , it was august time so...

I would say pretty dated hotel. Pool bar was closed, it was difficult to leave kids and get a drink if only one adult on holiday. There is a fridge in room, but no glasses, no kettle for coffee or tea.. the worst part was shower, the temperature was changing all the time, got burned… Reception staff very helpful.

Room super clean, views of salt lakes, king sized bed. All staff friendly, professional and polite. Enjoyed evening meals in the restaurant, cappuccinos and many cocktails on the Pink café terrace.

Beautiful clean room, received an upgrade from being a Silver perks holder. Pool amazing with Pink café and views of the salt lakes. Enjoyed all my meals in the restaurant along with many cappuccinos and Sangrias! All staff from Reception to the top floor and lovely ladies cleaning rooms very polite, efficient and friendly. I was given underground parking for 9 nights free in a spacious carpark, extremly friendly staff, when you walk by any hotel staff always greeted with hello or good day, food at the Coucheron restaurant was great in the evening overlooking the pink lake. Lovely spacious room too 5 Star.
