Great location near the town centre, staff were very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast with omelette cooked to order. Ask for a room overlooking the pool it's a lot quieter than the street side

The toilet has a glass door, and the shower only has a short screen, causing water to spill outside. The shower tray is made of flexible plastic (something I’ve never experienced before), which moves when you step on it

The pillows are one meter long but quite narrow—a size I’ve rarely encountered before. It’s a positive that the hotel provides parking. While we didn’t use the other facilities, the cleanliness was acceptable

With no wall between the bed and the bathroom, it's impossible for one person to sleep if the other person is up. Good breakfast, fresh and delicate food

Lovely place for small family would defo get all exclusive. Town centre is a bit far and too hot to walk with small children. Place had a lovely pool and food was outstanding

The entertainment is fun for the family and the kids club guys work very hard to make it fun for everyone, they are great. The pool is small but nice and warm and the bar is handy poolside

The food was AMAZING, so hats off to the chef and staff, and the girls on serving staff were always helpful and professional! Point to improve (in my opinion): a set of dumbbells in the gym and more training to the young man in the cafeteria in manners and respect, especially when dealing with women

For one of the cheapest hotels in the area I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised. The views from the balcony and pool area are stunning , the pool is lovely , the bar is traditional Spanish and excellent

Traditional Spanish style which I love , stunning view , lovely relaxing pool and cool bar for night time drinks , will be back again

People says rooms are dated and they are but I don’t like everything looking like ikea , this hotel has character and bags of charm. So nice we booked 2 extra nights , don’t let the negative reviews put you off

Hair dryer weak n got hot easily but at least more sockets than Portugal ! N air con also better n more powerful but dripped outside balcony table n chair tho as a little small

50 each, spirits and cans of beer. We didn't use the dining room I think it only does breakfasts. The pool opens at 10am,please be careful on the steps they are wooden,quite steep and dry and split hold the rail

The hotel rooms,basic with fridge,the bathroom looked new ,we had a side view ,so no balcony or terrace just a window,Room cleaned daily and towels changed. Small drinks bar near reception for tea is coffee 1

There are two lifts ,we never had to wait for them we stayed in room 322,some rooms at the front had balconies the Hotel looks a little bit tired,but if you want a good location, clean rooms,nice staff,it's worth a stay

Place is stunning the spa and gym are amazing I have joined and only €89 for a month unlimited spa and gym use free tea coffee water and a towel. Single 90min spa visit is €18

We have been visiting the bar at Dna Monse for 12 years now, as we visit the local area several times a year. The staff are amazing and have been over the years. The lady in the mornings (Renata) is so kind and welcoming

Nice size rooms, clean and comfortable with small fridge. Would be nice to have a kettle & tea/coffee facilities. However, you can get something downstairs in the bar/restaurant area. Breakfast & dinner was delicious

Very nice hotel. Good position 10 mn from the beach. Nice room with a balcony, accessible in wheelchair. The room had a bathroom adapt for disabled people. Comfortable bed ,I suggest changing the pillow

The staff is exceptional!!! Even though I was alone, they help you with everything you need... it's amazing, and the breakfast buffet is impressive!!!

Uncomfortable bed and pillows, we had to put refrigerator in the toilet as it was too loud. All staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a garage for hotel guests next to the hotel snd that is priceless!!!

a three star hotel Shower water was dangerously hot or freezing cold. There was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok The bar staff were really good and helpful as were reception staff

Everything is great! The only small thing is to perhaps change the bedding, because the mattresses are very hard which makes it difficult to wake up as well as some morning pains but otherwise everything is perfect! 😄 the staff is professional and very welcoming, thank you very much for everything

The supermarket Más y más is nearby. also the bus stop A La Mata / Torrevieja. the reception is unmanned between midnight and 8 am

When we passed the apartment smelled great, everything was super clean and well-ordered, it had clean towels, sheets, a hair dryer for everything, the girl at the reception answered all our questions without a problem, it shows that she likes animals and that was a point in favor since we had a puppy…

We left him alone for two nights and they were attentive in case something happened to him and the truth is that I was much calmer, it is a 5-minute walk from the beach, bars, supermarkets, shops of all kinds

Hotel rooms are a little dated now. No tea of coffee available in room and no room service. Small pool was always dirty needs to be cleaned regularly. All staff very pleasant which made my stay very comfortable

The rooms were spacious and the beds good. The whole hotel was bright airy and spotlessly clean. The Seaview from our balcony was breathtaking. Hotel staff were courteous, friendly and very hardworking

Pool was plenty big enough but had quite a lot of floating insects, leaves, and the odd cigarette end. Slide wasn't working which we didn't find out until we had paid. Food is okay, nothing to write home about though.

This place has so much potential for being a must visit Spanish venue. Just needs some money spending to upgrade the facilities, some aggressive marketing, imagination and to be fully staffed

We went to a great charity fund raiser to help Tasha get to the USA. They started at eight thirty and we're still going at two the following morning. Friendly staff, lovely place.

No pool bar! 5min walk to main bar for drinks. No description of what is included and what are you paying extra. You need a car because location… Nice staff, friendly place & Luckily not many drunk Brits

I would say pretty dated hotel. Pool bar was closed, it was difficult to leave kids and get a drink if only one adult on holiday. There is a fridge in room, but no glasses, no kettle for coffee or tea

The receptionist on the evening 31st May very rude l felt like walking back out.Victoria the following morning was excellent and a credit to the hotel

Hotel was good. Not 5 star but good and clean. Breakfast buffet was quite chaos. Good example if you don't organize responsibilities it means chaos.

Pool across the road! Jacuzzi is upstairs and locked! I would say its more like a 3* restaurant not open every night which was not great

Nice hotel but could be better. The room had a balcony with an amazing sea view and the was spacious. There was a drying rack on the balcony to hang my bathing suit after a swim at the beach

The restaurant had great food and service. However, I asked for a double bed and not two single beds put together. The front desk staff said they saved me a room with a double bed

The rooms are clean, modern and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great as well as it's very close to the beach. We had a room on the 4th floor which offered great views of the sea.

Hotel is under going renovation as of 2017. Walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Reasonably priced, before renovations. Staff friendly and approachable. Foyer offered very little in way of seating

Have been staying at Hotel Guardamar for over 20 years. It is a lovely, friendly, family run hotel. Excellent location, so close to the beautiful beach. I consider it a home from home.

The room are perfect,the personal súper qmazing and the food is so tasty! Rita and Abi are wonderful waiters,I super recommend it!

It is the perfect place for the lovely stay in Guardamar. Literally 50 m to the central beach. The rooms are of the nice size and well maintained. Delicious and rich buffet welcomes every morning

And of course the main man of the hotel (I am sorry, do not know his name), he is a hard-working person who always welcomes everyone with the kind smile regardless of the amount of work

We were surprised to find that the charge to use the indoor pool was €9 per person per day! However when I pointed out to the manager that both the ASCI app and booklet did not mention an extra charge We were allowed in every day without charge

Pools were amazing Rooms were good Noise levels were not great - families made noise up to 2am some nights The site is like a Spanish version of the UK Haven holiday site. 7/10 and the kids loved it but wouldn’t return

Pitches really good size and surrounded by hedges. Pools are very big with plenty of chairs. Amenities are good and layout of site is good. Entertainment in evenings very limited (June), mini disco and quiz

The pool area was very clean and has lots to offer. the kids spent most of our holiday in the pool. There is also an outdoor play area and trampolines, and clubs for the kids

Very nice hotel. The therapies could have been cheaper, but the spa area, rooftop sunbathing, all the different swimming pools really was worth it. Great drinks as well

The breakfast had a big choice of hot and cold food including pancakes, cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit etc. We would highly recommend the marine pools which is all salt water

Only visited the spa, but it's a great experience for a couple of hours of chill out at a very good rate. Remember a swimming cap, flip flops, a towel and your togs and you're good to go

Used the spa, for €16 a session. You need a swim cap and flip flops. Different areas in the pool with jets. Also a hot tub. Temperature was 30.5° in the main area

There are lots of jets in hot and cold water including a physiotherapy pool to float in. We also had a massage which included the Hammam vaporise for 45 minutes

Great place to stay, short walk to beach, to the mud pool and the pier walk to windmill, also have a great place to rent paddleboards, kayaks, windsurf boards and boats. Staff very friendly and helpful with anything

The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it

First time at this hotel but have used many hotels over the years in this resort as a four-star hotel I would rate it on the lower four stars staff was a little hit and miss at times left standing for nearly ten minutes with ice creams in my hand? and one evening i was the second person at the bar the barman knew I was waiting but managed to serve five customers then walked away i had to call him back...

the spa within the hotel was a little expensive but very nice and the saltwater pool offers something different but please remember hats and googles

My 4th time staying at these apartments in last 12 months. Clean, comfortable one bedroom apartment, living room come kitchen. Good size living area and kitchen area. Facilities of Hotel Triona available next door

One of it's biggest assets is the friendly, welcoming, obliging and courteous staff, they enhance the atmosphere. They have very good English which I am grateful for as my Spanish is severely lacking

We have stayed a few days in August. The evaluation of the rest in this place is 10/10. The attention from the staff that works on this site is completely pleasing to the guests

At reception they attend you as quickly as they can and always ask you how you felt in the room

To the sea walk just over a kilometer. Little that works in the district. The hotel has a restaurant and a coffee shop. Breakfast costs 7 euros per person

Since we have a car, then in the morning we reached the sea and a cozy cafe, basking in the sun, had Breakfast for 5 euros for two. Honestly, summer here I would not go to rest

The hotel is not new and it is noticeable on furniture and decor. But all are well preserved and efficiently work. The room has everything you need

In the bathroom cleaners and very touched by packing it with a toothbrush and small tube of toothpaste. The hotel has a pool but we didn't use. We stayed in January and I can say that at this time the area is dead

Hotel Neptuno is a beautiful place to stay if you are planning your holidays. It's quiet and not too big so you can relax without any disturb

We stayed here 10 years ago and decided it was time to take a trip back to San Pedro del Pinatar, I would not stay anywhere else other than Hotel Neptuno, the setting right on the beach of the Mar Menor with outstanding views in all directions was too good to miss

2 day visit with friends for the second time. Friendly helpful staff, excellent rooms with sea views, good choice for breakfast.

You can see investment in the Hotel taking place and in fairness it has been a few tough years with Covid and unfortunately the loss of the local Airport but, the staff and friendliness of this lovely little hotel make it a very relaxing base to enjoy the surrounding area which has been greatly improved over the years with cycle paths and the beautiful tree lined promenade which joins the neighbouring...

Breakfest was very nice and the sea view from my room and the restaurant was absolutely amazing 👌 🥰

However, despite this event, the Manager was very apologetic (but it wasn't his fault) and we didn't get charged for our stay there. That in itself says alot and we will definitely return another time

Everywhere from the front entrance to the bedrooms is spotlessly clean. The rooms are large, beds very comfortable, large bathrooms. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Plenty of variety and freshly replenished regularly

We saw the hotel on a travel show with Alex Politzi. The whole island is a hidden gem, and the hotel is the icing on the cake. We had the two bedroom apartment on the top floor, which was perfect for our family

in the room we had a nice small bathroom, there was also a small cupboard size area to hang clothes and a small fridge. The bed was comfy and there was air conditioning. The breakfast was really good

It is quite expensive but it was high season. We had a double room with extra bed and our dog was also allowed to stay

They kept our bags for us when we arrived on the island so we could go bathe until it was time to enter, they were always attentive in case we needed anything and on the last day they kept our bags for us while we bathed and ate, until we took the boat

The hotel is a cool renovation with decoration that fits perfectly with the spirit of the island, the coolest thing is to know the people who run it, and if you have two minutes let them explain the origins of their surname

they are descendants of the first settlers of the island, not counting the clear pirates. The perfect and delicious breakfast. If you have time, in addition to enjoying the hotel, enjoy the company of the regents

Although my room was interior and cheap, I loved it. The staff is super professional and they make an effort so that you have all the comforts and facilities, the treatment is fantastic

Loads of nice restaurants and fairly cheap too. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, the pool is sound, not that a group of golfers used it much but kids were enjoying it. Rooms are OK, nothing special but clean and tidy

We love it here, go every year for a few days away, excellent location, lovely walks along the Mar Menor, beautiful scenery. The Restaurant at the Hotel is buffet style and there really is something for everyone!

Breakfast was fine not the biggest but still enough choice. Roof top area lovely with a small pool. There are some sunbeds but not alot

Location is great everything is next to hotel. Great selection of bars and restaurants. Plenrty of space with 2 balconies. We needed to ask for chairs for balcony. Big toilet are with toiletries and robe and slippers

The rooms are very tired, and dark, and the bathroom essentials ie shampoo, soap etc are not good quality and there’s no hair conditioner. The pool area has no atmosphere

525 is a great choice Great stay visiting family. Right in the heart of Loz Alcazares. Didn’t have breakfast but went to look at options and was pleasantly surprised

Stayed in an apartment opposite El Clot nature reserve. Meditteraneo 1 it was called. Fantastic location, close to the beach & shops and restaurants, but not too close

I highly recommend that if you get that chance or if your passing through, stop off at the local Patagonia Steakhouses or go for a shop in the Centro Commercial
