Where to stay in Torrevieja

Spotlessly clean , lovely friendly staff ,especially girls on bar. Rooms are large spacious , all seem to have a balcony most with sea view . Food above average for an all inc, although served on the cooler side of hot !! For 3 * hotel you can't realy wrong . Only slight grumble was some of the sunbeds are fairly old & saggy & poss not enough at peak time .

Just returned from this hotel. Bar/reception service & staff excellent. Rooms basic but spotless as all areas of hotel & pool were . Didn’t like food was always cold so never returned to restaurant/ buffet . Biggest complaint was the noise . Constant banging of doors and shouting at all hours early morning/ late night . No sound proofing at all In rooms can hear everything. Music is far far to loud...

The hotel is incredible. The bartenders; Gabrielle, Maria, Marco, Vanessa and Carolina were awesome people and the receptionist girls: Anabel. Virginia, and Maria and Lucia. There is one person I forget to mention, she was tall, brunette. So if you're reading this and think that it sounds like you, well chances are that I'm talking about you as well, these women were incredible and made me feel welcome...

I loved it a lot the food was amazing and the service was fantastic l liked that they cleaned the rooms every afternoon at the restaurant there was a lovely man called Ivan and they had delicious food I loved the entertainment it is a OUTSTANDING the pool was very warm it's fantastic

Overall the hotel is very nice. Everywhere is clean and rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good with plenty of variety. The rooms are great for families, plenty of space and nice views of the sea. Few issues with sunbeds, as not enough, but I think most hotels have this issue. When we arrived we paid for a room with a sea view,which we did have. Also you have to buy in the street shops towels for seating and using the pool On arrival we could not use the shower or toilet as water mains in the street where being repaired

I have been staying in this hotel on and off for 20 years while on business trips to the area. The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are aways spotless and airy. Tea making facilities and English TV channels would be a great addition to my stay.

Very central location. Garage in the basement 15 euro/night. Nice hotel. Clean and tidy all around. Good beds. The lamps in our room gave very little light! The lighting is poor for reading and make up. With no wall between the bed and the bathroom, it's impossible for one person to sleep if the other person is up. Nice staff. Good breakfast, fresh and delicate food.

The bedrooms are a good size with air conditioning with a good supply of towels and a supply of hygiene products. The service is always good professional and quick. The location is perfect for food lovers and the beach goers. The rooms that have the pool view have a great atmosphere

The fridge is never cold and there's no kettle. I had to bring my own as sometimes I like a brew late at night. No English channels on TV, not even BBC1

We have been visiting the bar at Dna Monse for 12 years now, as we visit the local area several times a year. The staff are amazing and have been over the years. The lady in the mornings (Renata) is so kind and welcoming. She always has a smile on her face and makes the best coffee! We always look forward to seeing her. We have used the spa on several occasions and find it clean, tidy and very welcoming...

The hotel in general was good but I would suggest the following areas for improvement. Ban smoking in the outside areas unless they are designated for smoking. The gym is too hot for serious use. Proactively remind customers in the bar to moderate their noise levels when others are sleeping after 10pm.

Best lomi lomi and deep tissue massage I ever had. The staff in the spa are amazing and make you feel so relaxed. Everyone should book a massage. It’s a must.

Nice Hotel great customer service and decent breakfast, staff are fantastic, only issue we have is the Bar Person is not friendly and never makes you feel welcome, plus for a Hotel the bar closes at 9 so way too early for a Hotel. If you are a Senior Person there are practically no restaurants in walking distance.

Very nice hotel. Good position 10 mn from the beach. Nice room with a balcony, accessible in wheelchair. The room had a bathroom adapt for disabled people. Comfortable bed ,I suggest changing the pillow

Old, but clean. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, we had to put refrigerator in the toilet as it was too loud. All staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a garage for hotel guests next to the hotel snd that is priceless!!!

It is what it is .....a three star hotel Shower water was dangerously hot or freezing cold. There was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok The bar staff were really good and helpful as were reception staff

We stayed in November for a weekend. The room was with nice open terrace with town view (5th floor). Breakfast could have more options (i mist porridge). Location is good not far from centre. We find free parking very close to hotel (I believe we were lucky because it was not busy time).

I liked it. An old school family hotel. For the money I think its exceptional value and with optional secure parking accord the road it was perfect for me. Room was clean and comfortable with very good aircon and a fridge. Motorcyclists would love it for that secure walled car park.

Basic but acceptable. Wifi was better than our recent Portugal stay! (So if course we will compare) N with 2 to change from! Shower power was also better but not always hot water, still warm water. No where to put clothes in bathroom I had to take a chair in from d balcony. Hair dryer weak n got hot easily but at least more sockets than Portugal ! N air con also better n more powerful but dripped outside...

We had a 3 night stay July 16th to 19th,we chose the hotel for the location. Handy for the beach,enough bars and restaurants, it's on a busy road so if you need to cross you use the blue bridge,there's a Chinese KFC M donalds more bars restaurants and supermarket. The hotel rooms,basic with fridge,the bathroom looked new ,we had a side view ,so no balcony or terrace just a window,Room cleaned daily...

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Staff went above and beyond on all measures for our time here. Food was delicious. I loved the breakfast! Joanna the manager was so polite and friendly and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Would strongly recommend and return. Great location short walk to the beautiful beach! If we ever find ourselves in Torrevieja again, we'd have no hesitation in booking into this hotel again. Nothing to fault. Clean, more than adequate breakfast, friendly (all female) staff, secure car parking a 2 minute walk away. The hotel was perfect for our needs.

Have stayed there a few years ago. Room nice but breakfast dire unless you don't want cooked and are satisfied with toast, fruit, coffe etc.

A great friendly hotel with nice rooms, a little on the small side though but not an issue for a short stay. Breakfast was excellent only down side was the access to the pool as a large amount of steps. A taxi into the centre is around 10 euros around 6km away.

Location is beautiful, Breakfast is very poor, walls are very thin, the staff was friendly sometimes... Rooms are really outdated could use an update. Swimming pool is not child-friendly, way too deep, even for an adult.

Lovely traditional hotel with spectacular views from the restaurant. We only stopped for a drink but were made very welcome and had a good chat with the barman. We hope to return and eat in the restaurant.

Very firm bed, not close to the beach at all. It was clean and I felt safe. Checkin was easy. Don't be 1 min late for breakfast.

Unfortunately, the flashing smoke alarm in the room inhibited sleep. As did the very loud music in the bar at the weekend, if you wanted an early'ish night. Plus, no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, which was annoying. Otherwise, good, nice pool & reasonably priced.

Great hotel with fabulous views across the Mediterranean sea. Food was buffet service, breakfast was excellent. Barman was miserable but the waiting staff and reception staff were really good. The barman should realise that some English people can also speak and understand Spanish, so he shouldn't make derogatory remarks about English guests to Spanish people sat at the bar! That was my only complaint...

Very nice hotel right in the center of Torrevieja. Bus station and beach are both only 5 minute walk. Supermarket only 2 minutes. The location is very convenient. Rooms are super clean and spacious. We stayed for one week and our room was cleaned every single day. Walls are a bit thin so you might wanna bring ear plugs for sleeping because you can hear other guests talking on the hallway or banging...

Conveniently located just 5 blocks from Playa del Cura, a short walk to Playa Los Locos. It's one block from Mercadona and close to plenty of restaurants and pubs. Really ideal location for a non driver. Bus Station less than 5 minutes walk away. You can walk easily to the main seafront of town within 15 minutes. Large Mercadona supermarket nearby. We were upgraded after they realised that there was a mistake with the number of people we said were on the holiday, given maps of the local area with personal recommendations of restaurants, pools, bars, clubs, etc. and we were also always greeted with a smile. Always a great experience staying here. Away from the 'hustle bussle' but not too far away to enjoy all the activities around Punta Prima, La Zenia etc.

Been there during the rain season, basically every house in this area of spain is not well constructed against the cold. Keep that in mind. This hotel is really cheap, clean and has apartment style studios (with a small kitchen), somewhat far located. Cab to the inner city is about 10 euros.

This close to the beach. The apartments are spacious and they are clean. Have a well-equipped kitchen. They have a 24-hour reception. So to give you some paste ,do not have air conditioning at this time and the pillows are unbearable. Add that have opened cafeteria in which they eat great and at a very good price.
