GHT Costa Brava & Spa

This was a excellent hotel rated 3 star should of been higher,beautiful rooms the food was great and the spa was brilliant ,English tv channels don’t get that much in Spain the staff were very friendly and helpful,the hotel was very convenient to shops and a 10 minute stroll to the beach

I really loved my stay. Was so fortunate to have my family with me. The only thing wrong was our timing. June was not the right time, too hot! Both the damp and the heat was too much for people from Iceland. I am coming back, because the people are so nice and friendly. Better visit your wonderful country either in spring or autumn.

Having been there 3 years ago the improvements are fantastic your rooms are beautiful staff are brilliant and food delicious

Ght Costa Brava offered a fantastic hotel for our holiday. Rooms were excellent and kept clean everyday. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and hardworking. The food was superb and the staff in the restaurant made it a pleasure to attend breakfast and dinner. We will be attending again.y

As our flight was very early we knew our room would not be ready so after a swift check in we went off to explore. The hotel is well positioned every thing is walking distance . going back we went to our room and were not pleased with the shower in the centre of the room no privacy glass, we explained we had an 8 year old with us so not really appropriate, they found us another room the next day .At this point i must point out both rooms were spotless as was all the hotel. they were a good size and adequate for a weeks stay. The pool was a good size and we always got a sun bed even though it was busy. sun beds not very comfy. So to the food, breakfast every thing you could want, evening meal always 3/4 fish dishes, 2/3 casseroles some wonderfull vegetable dishes, the show cooking always had meat to be grilled , fish, and chicken, there was a rissoto, paella,or pizza, always chips or roasties. Dessert the usual slab cake, milk puddings, a cake/tart, lots of fruit. I can not comment on the entertainment as we never went but passed through and it was always busy. 10 euros gets you the loan of a big fluffy pool towel you must return it to be reimbursed.The spa facilities were available to us too however we were too busy to use them. maybe next time.

Sat on balcony writing this as it's our last night hotel spotless room clean and comfy but very warm at night left balcony door open one night but noisy from main road I'd say foodok not overly impressed nothing for kids desserts have been rubbish I'm a desert person ran out quick lots of fruit but not much else the pool bar had better food bring a kettle if u like a cuppa first time wehad to do this near lots of shops and supermarkets nice walks around old streets and up castle oh no entertainment at all kids club not open but maybe to early in year saying that wr always come to costa brava same time and had entertainment every other time not sure if I'd come back

The hotel is.close to town and beach. lovely hotel spotlessly clean in all areas and the staff very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, good choice with freshly cooked meat or fish every evening, loved the pancakes and all the fresh fruit for breakfast. We had room 4116 on the top floor, beds were comfy, lovely bathroom, the room is on a corner of the hotel with a large balcony, with windows on both sides, the only downside to this is that it gets very hot as the sun is on the windows all afternoon, so at night, we found we could not cool the room even with the rooms air cooling fan, Also bear in mind that the hotels bin storage is below and the bin men collect the rubbish several times from the early hours to about 7 or 8am, I know this is not something the hotel can help, would definitely return to the hotel staying in a different room.

Very nice hotel everything new after refurbishedment bedrooms very spacious food was nice but couldn't have done with more choice at breakfast for the English in a good location could walk to many places of interest the pool was nice and clean but could do with new sunbeds

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the beds were queen style pushed together to make a little more room, very comfortable. The room was large with a balcony, nice experience. The food was excellent value, great choice and variety, both breakfast and evening meal
