Location: in Tossa de Mar, 100 m from the resort center, 105 km from the airport of Barcelona, in 40 km from the airport of Girona.
Consists of one 4-storey building.
Only 188 rooms.
Beach: public pebble (pebble) beach, 300 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. Umbrellas, sunbeds on the beach - fee.
On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 2 bars, 2 pools (1 outdoor, 1 indoor - heated), Laundry, elevators, email service, Internet cafe (chargeable)

We had a lovey stay here all the colleagues were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned regularly and fresh towels provided almost daily. The buffet choice for us on Full Board was fresh varied and something to suit all. The only downfall is the sound insulation but it is a old hotel and the pool area when packed can feel like a bit of a goldfish bowl.

Outdated room, little bit overpriced for what they offer. Spa area is not very clean kept. Dinner service was good. Just loved the old lady Chef, her Paella was very tasty.
Be aware: If your room is located above kitchen, you won't be able to relax. Constant door banging every minute, very annoying. Kitchen staff shouting too loud.

For a 3* hotel is much more then we were expecting. We had a bed and breakfast for a week. Breakfast was unreal, all type of food and fruits for different type of cousine. Pool small but very nice, never overcrowd. Staff so friendly. Great location. I will realy recommend this place. Much better then i was expecting after 3 star hotel.

Jose, a staff member was very rude. Upon arrival, I asked for a beer at the pool bar. After gesturing he didnt understand me and speaking in Spanish (I couldn't understand but he appeared irritated) he handed me a plastic cup with ice in it. I politely repeated 'beer please' several times but the cup of ice didn't move. In despair and embarrassment, I said cerveca and immediately he predicted me a draft beer and fot rid of the cup if ice. My husband then went to Jose at the pool bar, asked for a 'beer' and funnulily enoght, Jose understood immediately 🤔 rooms clean but old fashioned. Breakfast would adequate but Jose sat us right next to the ridiculously long coffee machine queue. Another staff member, Dani (young man) was also very rude. Pretended not to understand when ny husband asked for a cheese and ham toasties. My husband tried his best to order in spanish but when he said warm.instead if hot, Dani mocked him. Really don't expect to be paying €200 per night to be taken the p..s

Fantastic hotel. Warm friendly staff, from the masseuse to the cook in the restaurant. Lovely massage, the spa is very pleasant and the food excellent with something for everyone. Easy to feed the kids and also plenty of healthy options. Pool with some entertainment but not overbearing. Overall the decor maybe a little tired but that is the only negative point. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel - excellent spa & friendly staff apart frim one grumpy barman who never cracked a smile all week. Tonight we bought a bottle of wine in restaurant & as our last night took it up to bar area to finish - TWICE he has waved a finger at us & told us to take it to our room - no way Jose ✌?

Quiet place and staff friendly. Food is cold and selection consists mainly of fish pork and veal. Plenty of salads and fruits. Rooms clean and basic and beds comfortable. Can hire a fridge and safe. Pool nice but quite small when busy as there are a lot if people use it. Goid amount of sunbeds. Area handy for all resort amenities including beach and castle and the old town. Busy in high season

We chose this hotel for the disabled access room. The shower and bathroom was adapted but there was no chair in there or way for my friend who uses a wheelchair to shower ( we used a balcony plastic chair). The other issue was she couldn't get to the balcony because the distance between the wall/ bed wasn't big enough. When we spoke to the reception staff they didn't seem to want to help, although they did allow us to look at another room, this wasn't suitable. We got around this by moving the beds. Not a great experience. Seems odd to adapt a room but not make allowances for getting to the balcony.
Staff on reception are rude/ unhelpful.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. Central to the beach and other amenities like bus terminal. Our room was simple and spotless. I would recommend it anytime!

Could be cleaner, looked tired. Would have preferred less variety and more quality in terms of food. Location is good with helpful staff.
