We're very disappointed after our arrival, because instead of one bed, we received two separate beds, what was unpleasant for us as we are a young couple. At the dinner it turned out, that we need to pay for any drinks, even still water separately. Yes, it was all inclusive, except water. I totally understand that hotel wants to reach the sales target, but not giving your guests water is too much. The restaurant staff pushes you aggressively to buy drinks.
+ The food was of a good quality, staff was friendly, rooms are clean and renovated. Localisation is also quite good. I can recommend the hotel.

We were very disappointed not to be able to view ANY British television channels. The hotel informs that all rooms have a television, which it does, but what is the use of that if you can’t understand the languages? The French seem to be well catered for.
The evening dinner buffet was ,in our opinion, very poor. It is the first time in any of the hotels we have visited,we have seen grilled bacon and sausages on the buffet for dinner.
If you are not British and not too fussy about food, this is the place for you.
We did mention the problem with the television to the hotel reception and was told they could not do anything about it.

Excellent hotel for the price.
Rooms are basic but more than enough for what you need.
Standout features of this hotel are the staff and the food. The staff are excellent, both cleaning staff and the restaurant staff.
They're polite, hard working and friendly. Food was brilliant for the price of the hotel, lots of choice, lots of meats and fish which other hotels often skimp on. Full fruits like full bananas, apples and oranges, again which other hotels usually cut up.
Overall we had a great stay here and it's ideal for walking either to Playa de Fenals or Lloret De Mar beach.

Spent a week here with family. Nice hotel, rooms were very clean ( although you only get clean towels every 4 days). Rooms have air conditioning which we needed as temperature was in the 30's.
Plenty of choice for food. I'm quite fussy but there was always something I could have.

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in ( and I used to be a travelling salesman ). The room was basic, no kettle, but you can get one from reception. But oh, you try and get cups and a spoon. Your sent from piller to post.
Location awful, your just in the middle of a residential area. Sea view ha. The only sea we saw from our balcony. Was a ' Seagull'. Beware, your coach won't get to the hotel, so expect to be dropped off, by a pissed off coach driver on the side of the road. To walk and find this place.
Food. Well let's be honest. The food they had to offer at this hotel was absolutely disgusting. What ever you tried from the cold buffet, to the fish, to the pork or veal. Apart from it being disgusting, it was stone cold. Put it this way, the water they served at the table was warmer than the food !!! When I went to reception and politely said to them that we couldn't eat the food ( tried 2 night worth, walked out both times) and that I'd like a refund for our breakfast and dinner. Oh boy did they become funny and pretty much ignored us for the rest of the week.
I could go on about this heartbreak hotel ( their photos and write up certainly put a good spin on this place, but its not what it seems. Oh and don't think you'll be sunbathing on the balcony. You only get sun for a few hours, then your back in the shade.

Traditional hotel with great old values, would definitely go again. If you do you your homework there are some great restaurants. Great beaches walking distance especially the beach near the gardens

The hotel's location is not bad, close to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, you can hear all the noise from downstairs in the rooms. hotel located among other buildings, view from the window onto someone else's windows. rooms and hotel clean. large selection of food. however, hotel staff should learn to be polite to customers. the ladies in the restaurant behave as if they were there for punishment, the bar staff are extremely dissatisfied and unhappy. people come to such places to relax, and seeing someone's always dissatisfied faces certainly doesn't help.

The hotel is nice modern and clean. Some of the staff are nice and helpful and others are just dismissive (mainly the suits). Breakfast was the usual resort buffet sytle, with those weird tiny sausages (which are awful) and undercooked ham posing as bacon to go along with the almost cooked eggs with that bit of snot on top everyone loves. But there was plenty of choice so we got fed and coffeed. The dinner buffet was a different level of scam. When entering we were told 'its a little different' because we had to pay for drinks, even water. And even though we were allocated a time slot there was no available table to sit at for a family of 5, what is the point of allocating times if the restaurant is so busy you can't sit. We asked a member of staff and they just shrugged and said there aren't any, another guest offered us their table so we could sit near eachother.

I have very good experience with this hotel we spend there week in April '24 just after Easter. Food was just great, room was clean and towels were changed daily. Location is pretty good and staff working there very kind and helpful. We also very enjoyed drinks and the bar and entertainments on Friday and Saturday nights. Really recommend
