This hotel is a complete hidden gem .
We visited as a last minute booking but didn’t want to leave.
The staff are very friendly and helpful (something we have struggled to find on other holidays) rooms are cleaned daily and always stocked with required items such as toilet roll.
Restaurant staff are very attentive and food is fresh and plentiful something for everyone
The location is great with various bars shops and eating areas all within 2 minute walk. Beach is well presented and 5 minutes by foot.
All in all the best hotel and holiday we have ever been on. We are now in process of booking for next year along with other family members

Best most affordable hotel I have ever experienced. They serve affordable buffet breakfast and/or dinner with variety of food for their guests. The location is a perfect walking distance to a beach ⛱️ and lots of tourist attractions within the city.

Room was a rad small but it was clean and presentable with good facilities, staff were all great and very attentative and hard working. Bar staff were great. Food was good with lots of variety, pool was smaller than expected but was clean and the lifeguard was great very helpfull and interactive with holiday makers. The location of the hotel upon arrival seemed a bit remote but was 10 min walk from nearest beach and 20 min walk from main beach so not too bad. Spa is a hidden gem. Overall great value for money

Great experience, expectations met. A welcoming, clean hotel with friendly staff. The two pools, gym, and spa make the hotel experience even better. The entertainment staff also organize activities for children, and there's an evening show every day.
The food is excellent and offers a wide variety of choices.
There are, however, some things that could be improved: the cleanliness of the plates and glasses in the dining area, excessive air conditioning in the dining area with the risk of getting a cold, and the gym equipment, which is too old and often broken, in addition the smell of dampness and mold in the gym caused by the near spa area.

Our small family of three stayed with my parents in two connected rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. After swimming, we could hang our clothes directly on the rack on the balcony, which made it easy for swimsuits to dry. There was a locked wooden door in the middle, and the sound insulation was average.
We really enjoyed the food here. Although it was quite loud with lots of people, the atmosphere was lively. I also really liked the swimming pool. During our last holiday, we came from Germany, and there happened to be a coach who organized different activities every day—playing with the kids or leading aqua fitness sessions.
The housekeeping staff were friendly and greeted us whenever we passed by. There was no discrimination against guests from Asia, which we really appreciated.

Our first stay here and we are very happy. Food was tasteful and good , pool not to crowded , rooms large and comfortable with big bathroom . The staff was super friendly and checkout was amazing to be able to stay in the room until 11h. Thank you for a great stay we come back next year.

Just back from a 7 day stay in the GHT Aquarium. We found the hotel very good and would be happy to return in the future. Room was spacious and comfortable with street facing balcony. Bring a travel kettle if you like your own tea/coffee, there is a fridge and safe in room. We had no problem with meals (Breakfast and Dinner) with a good variety of self service food. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the indoor pool with jacuzzi after a busy day exploring, the Santa Clotilde gardens are well worth a visit with lunch afterwards at Solivins Bar. The day we were leaving on a evening flight, reception staff kindly arranged shower facility and towels which was much appreciated, The only problem we encountered were 'noisy neighbours'!

Alternatively the nearer Fenals beach (5/10 mins) is beauiful and well worth a visit. There are plenty of coastal walks to keep fit. The property is accessible and within walking distance to transportation, with many shops and restaurants nearby. If you want to explore the area on foot, some tourist spots are also walkable.

We're very disappointed after our arrival, because instead of one bed, we received two separate beds, what was unpleasant for us as we are a young couple. At the dinner it turned out, that we need to pay for any drinks, even still water separately. Yes, it was all inclusive, except water. I totally understand that hotel wants to reach the sales target, but not giving your guests water is too much. The restaurant staff pushes you aggressively to buy drinks.
+ The food was of a good quality, staff was friendly, rooms are clean and renovated. Localisation is also quite good. I can recommend the hotel.
