Our first stay here and we are very happy. Food was tasteful and good , pool not to crowded , rooms large and comfortable with big bathroom . The staff was super friendly and checkout was amazing to be able to stay in the room until 11h. Thank you for a great stay we come back next year.

Just back from a 7 day stay in the GHT Aquarium. We found the hotel very good and would be happy to return in the future. Room was spacious and comfortable with street facing balcony. Bring a travel kettle if you like your own tea/coffee, there is a fridge and safe in room. We had no problem with meals (Breakfast and Dinner) with a good variety of self service food. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the indoor pool with jacuzzi after a busy day exploring, the Santa Clotilde gardens are well worth a visit with lunch afterwards at Solivins Bar. The day we were leaving on a evening flight, reception staff kindly arranged shower facility and towels which was much appreciated, The only problem we encountered were 'noisy neighbours'!

The property is accessible and within walking distance to transportation, with many shops and restaurants nearby. If you want to explore the area on foot, some tourist spots are also walkable.

We're very disappointed after our arrival, because instead of one bed, we received two separate beds, what was unpleasant for us as we are a young couple. At the dinner it turned out, that we need to pay for any drinks, even still water separately. Yes, it was all inclusive, except water. I totally understand that hotel wants to reach the sales target, but not giving your guests water is too much. The restaurant staff pushes you aggressively to buy drinks.
+ The food was of a good quality, staff was friendly, rooms are clean and renovated. Localisation is also quite good. I can recommend the hotel.

We were very disappointed not to be able to view ANY British television channels. The hotel informs that all rooms have a television, which it does, but what is the use of that if you can’t understand the languages? The French seem to be well catered for.
The evening dinner buffet was ,in our opinion, very poor. It is the first time in any of the hotels we have visited,we have seen grilled bacon and sausages on the buffet for dinner.
If you are not British and not too fussy about food, this is the place for you.
We did mention the problem with the television to the hotel reception and was told they could not do anything about it.

Excellent hotel for the price.
Rooms are basic but more than enough for what you need.
Standout features of this hotel are the staff and the food. The staff are excellent, both cleaning staff and the restaurant staff.
They're polite, hard working and friendly. Food was brilliant for the price of the hotel, lots of choice, lots of meats and fish which other hotels often skimp on. Full fruits like full bananas, apples and oranges, again which other hotels usually cut up.
Overall we had a great stay here and it's ideal for walking either to Playa de Fenals or Lloret De Mar beach.

Spent a week here with family. Nice hotel, rooms were very clean ( although you only get clean towels every 4 days). Rooms have air conditioning which we needed as temperature was in the 30's.
Plenty of choice for food. I'm quite fussy but there was always something I could have.

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in ( and I used to be a travelling salesman ). The room was basic, no kettle, but you can get one from reception. But oh, you try and get cups and a spoon. Your sent from piller to post.
Location awful, your just in the middle of a residential area. Sea view ha. The only sea we saw from our balcony. Was a ' Seagull'. Beware, your coach won't get to the hotel, so expect to be dropped off, by a pissed off coach driver on the side of the road. To walk and find this place.
Food. Well let's be honest. The food they had to offer at this hotel was absolutely disgusting. What ever you tried from the cold buffet, to the fish, to the pork or veal. Apart from it being disgusting, it was stone cold. Put it this way, the water they served at the table was warmer than the food !!! When I went to reception and politely said to them that we couldn't eat the food ( tried 2 night worth, walked out both times) and that I'd like a refund for our breakfast and dinner. Oh boy did they become funny and pretty much ignored us for the rest of the week.
I could go on about this heartbreak hotel ( their photos and write up certainly put a good spin on this place, but its not what it seems. Oh and don't think you'll be sunbathing on the balcony. You only get sun for a few hours, then your back in the shade.
