Location: in the centre of the resort of Malgrat de Mar, 250 m from the railway station, about 30 km from the international airport.

The food really isn't that good..I'm no stranger to spanish all inclusive and know what to expect, we always ensure we have funds to eat out a few times however by day 2 we had decided we absolutely weren't eating st the hotel again.
The pizza is okay, but who wants to eat that every night. They didn't label things well on the 1st night we arrived. There was a dish labelled beef, and it looked like beef slices...it was liver 🤢.
The rooms were very clean, but the bathroom flooded when we showered, meaning we had to use towels as a barrier to stop it flooding.
Most of the staff were friendly and attentive one of the receptionist (a male) I had named him Mr excuses and our first full day one of my nephews was very unwell and my sister in law had asked I see how we went about getting one he advised that we should wait as the child would of likely eaten to much ice cream and sweets? He has been throwing up since the moment he woke up and hadn't touched a single ice cream or sweet nor had he the night before. He also had a rubbish excuse as to why the bathroom flooded, so we stopped asking him for any help as he was useless.l Other than him, the staff were great.
The location was good, it's not far from anything and there are plenty of places to eat and drink in the area.
The bed was very uncomfortable a p.e mat would have been comfier. The double room we were in was very small and you couldn't of swung a cat in it.
Personally we wouldn't return to this hotel but this is a personal choice there is nothing really wrong with this hotel it just doesn't suit our needs however don't let my review put you off as some families we met loved it and had been returning for years.

My room was smelly and noisy, they fix the problem quickly. Then they arranged to change my room. The service is great and the food is also delicious. Great value. Highly recommended.👍

This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. It is very tired and needs a refurb. The restaurant feels like a hospital canteen. It’s dirty. The food isn’t good quality. The rooms are small with the beds pushed together. The bathroom stank of sewage. Our 4 year old loved the slides and evening entertainment but this is the only positive, don’t stay here.

I was searching for a hotel for my family, after reading the reviews i thought this was the one. Unfortunately was this not what i hoped for. The reviews that are placed here are fake reviews. In one week only 1 day the food was very delicious and good. The other days they didnt have much choices of food, and they were not delicious. On the washed plates where drains all over. In 1 week they didnt clean our room at all. The beds were placed together. There were no apart beds. We had all inclusive drinks, but the drink machine didnt work most of the time. The woman of the bar was also very rude, whenever we got to the bar for a drink, she served like she didnt even want to give. In other words, i absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

I stayed here with my family (6 adults, baby and a 6yr old) and the staff here were amazing. So friendly and helpful. they were great with the kids - treated them like they were there own. Sadly i have forgotten his name but the male reception staff member with light brown/blonde hair was fantastic 10/10
Rooms were clean and great size with a balcony. Evening entertainment - the shows were really good. Buffet food - so much to choose from. Fresh. Tasty.
I have to say if you didnt book all inclusive its very easy to just go up and help yourself (they could regulate this a bit better)
This was our first family holiday abroad and we just had a lovely time thanks to this hotel and their amazing staff. Thank you all . I would love to come back

Absolutely fantastic staff went above and beyond espically alexis manager from reception nothing was no trouble at all a card has been sent to hotel to thank him great food great choice and plenty for kids aswell

My husband and I had a 5 night stay at Europa Splash. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Very easy to get to the beach and shops. There was a good variety for breakfast and dinner
as we decide to do half board. But the food wasn't hot. Either warm or cold. Not good at all.
As for the room it was very clean and towels were changed every day. Wifi was free but was
very slow and even when we were in the vicinity we had to keep logging in. Very frustrating.
There's room for improvement on keeping the food hot and wifi to work faster. Would we go
back to Europa Splash? Not sure.
