The hotel was nice, not much to complain. The room was okay, they cleaned the room and changed the towels. It was just lacking and felt very basic. No coffee and tea in the room, shower head was broken and the bed was hard. It just felt outdated especially downstairs( and the elevator was weird, only 2 people allowed)and you could hear other guests in the hall very easily and especially for the price it was disappointing. We never had breakfast, it looked lacking for the cost. The location was very nice, only a 4 minute walk to the train station but it lacked in any good shops or places to eat in the area. Overall, come if you want but maybe look for better hotels and spend that extra money

It is a standard 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean. If visiting Feria Valencia it is a great location, since it is 5minute walk.

The only complaint is the beds! We asked for a double bed and found two very small single beds! They say there were no double beds available!

It's pretty good, clean, and has a washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, and cooking area. We're a family with two children, but the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. It's important to contact the host in advance and check in online. It was a bit difficult to find at first, and the signs weren't very clear. There was no place to dry clothes, so we just put them on the small balcony outside.

The room is spacious but not very well maintained. There were holes on the wall of the washroom where we could see the pipes. The air conditioner was not very good. We asked for an electric fan but not available. Front desk was quite nice but they could only understand simple English.

We have been here for a week and have repeatedly asked for the floor to be cleaned. We’re sleeping in dirt and complain to reception every day, but nothing is being done. We don’t even have enough towels — we have to go down ourselves and beg for fresh ones each time.
The cleaning staff frequently forget their own supplies in our room and leave dirty bed linen lying around. If you have a dust allergy, this place is definitely not for you.

Cheap, but not worth the savings!
The location worked well for us because of the proximity to Paterna and the Valencia Sports City, but besides that, and having a bus stop conveniently at the front of the hotel, pretty much EVERYTHING else was either below average or terrible. We ended up with two rooms, one family size and the other a standard.
The safes did not work. The refrigerator in one did not work, the other was ”cool”. The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms, the other did ok. The vents all had dust and some mold on them. The shower heads were not very well maintained and the water leaks everywhere.
The hallway carpets are gross, with stains everywhere. The elevators are awful. The breakfast was very blah, not worth the cost.
The staff were polite. The parking was relatively easy. There is a nearby park that is cute and then down the street a nice area for walking and biking. The bus runs regularly and picks up right at the front.
Overall, would never stay there again. If you can, spend the extra 50€ per night and find a better place.
