Perfect One-Night Stay – Friendly Staff & Great Comfort!
We stayed at Hotel Kramer for one night during our family holiday in Valencia, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable—ideal for a short family stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.

What really stood out was the amazing staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home even for a short stay. Their warmth and hospitality made a big difference and left a lasting impression.

We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely return on our next trip to Valencia. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and great service!

Hotel Kramer in Valencia was a fantastic choice for our stay! ✨ The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the basic necessities we needed for a relaxing and stress-free visit. Everything was clean and well-kept, creating a calm and welcoming environment.

A definite highlight was the buffet breakfast—fresh, varied, and truly delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day, with plenty of options for every taste.

But what truly made our stay exceptional were the front desk staff, especially Flavia and Ion. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed, offering helpful recommendations and warm, genuine hospitality that made us feel so welcome. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly appreciated and made a big difference in our experience.

And the 4pm free coffee? A delightful surprise that hit the spot perfectly after a long, sunny day at the beach! ☕🌞

I stayed at Hotel Kramer with a friend, and the overall experience was positive. The room was clean, and the food served in the restaurant met—and in some cases exceeded—our expectations. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.

On the downside, the HVAC system didn’t work particularly well, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. Additionally, during check-in, we were informed that no twin rooms were available, despite having requested one in advance. However, when we explained that a double bed wasn’t acceptable, the staff managed to find a proper twin room for us, which we appreciated.

The hotel is well located with good access to public transportation and nearby shops. All in all, a good value for money, and I would consider staying here again.

Very well served @ The Kramer Hotel & Bar. Staff were polite and helpful, both before and during our stay in Valencia. Breakfast lacks variety, however, the quality of the cooked items makes up for this. Therefore, overall, this place deserves the full five stars.

Really good hotel with super nice staff. The location is great from transport perspective, a bit noisy during the day but suprisingly relatively quite during the night. Great value for the money.

Great hotel, amazing food lovely staff
This hotel was a great find. We ate here on two of the nights that we stayed in the food was fantastic. The staff were attentive and friendly. The beds were comfy and the rooms were really clean. Great base to explore Valencia from. I would happily stay here again.

Great hotel with the most helpful staff. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the visit to Valencia. It is a 20min walk to the Bio Park and the city centre is only 30min walk. You could also get a bus or Metro. Airport is only about 30min by metro.

You get a complimentary drink on arrival and tea or coffee in the evening as well. Restaurant was also good with vegan and veggie options as well.

The staff were super friendly and attentive. There are no kettles in the room but we got one brought to us with mugs straight away upon requesting.

I'd highly recommend.

Room is clean and in a great location , didn't gave s 5 star b/c air condition was set up for certain temperature that for us was very hot, we ask to be fix and we were told, it was not possible over all staff was very nice and helpful specially front desk 😀
