Hotel Kramer

Great hotel with the most helpful staff. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the visit to Valencia. It is a 20min walk to the Bio Park and the city centre is only 30min walk. You could also get a bus or Metro. Airport is only about 30min by metro.

You get a complimentary drink on arrival and tea or coffee in the evening as well. Restaurant was also good with vegan and veggie options as well.

The staff were super friendly and attentive. There are no kettles in the room but we got one brought to us with mugs straight away upon requesting.

I'd highly recommend.

Room is clean and in a great location , didn't gave s 5 star b/c air condition was set up for certain temperature that for us was very hot, we ask to be fix and we were told, it was not possible over all staff was very nice and helpful specially front desk 😀

This hotel has been -and hopefully will be- our home away from home. We liked our rooms, the food, the location, but for us the attention we got from the staff was the main reason we chose the Kramer whenever we went to València. Many thanks, Ion & company!

I arrived without prior booking quite late at night and was welcomed warmly with a lower room rate than I had researched and expected, which was great. The hotel staff was very attentive (which can not necessarily be said of the restaurant staff) and made my stay as comfortable and effortless as possible.

Upon forgetting my headphones in the room, the hotel staff arranged for the parcel to be wrapped so the courier, that I had sent through Correos could come and pick it up. Thank you again for helping out in sending them back to me. I highly appreciate it!

Wonderful hotel with excellent service just outside of the city center making for quite nights and lovely walks into the center. Also, easy street parking nearby if you have a car. Rooms are simple and nice sized by European standards. We have friends on the outskirts of town and this was the perfect location.

Everything was really cool!
Service was just perfect. Administrators helped us a lot.
Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was big, and dreams were sweet.
View from the window was WOW! Looked like I was in Las Vegas.
Breakfast was delicious.
We'll come back here again for sure!

Lovely hotel near in the city center .Good room, comfortable bed and very clean, staff were really pleasant and the bar /restaurants is cosy.

rooms have all needed, client service is polite. the down sidw is you can hear everything happening in the corridore, doors should be more insulated. if you do not sleep well consider another option, otherwise ok. Good restaurant down-stairs

We have just had 2 nights at the Kramer hotel and to say we enjoyed it is an understatement. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The bar restaurant is great. The staff in the bar are very welcoming and the food is delicious. Everyone at the Kramer Hotel was smiling and friendly. A treasure for us was Tatiana who was on the reception desk. She couldn't have been more helpful. She told us that if there was any little thing she could do for us, just pick up the phone.
It was our first visit to the Kramer but we are looking forward to returning. Thank you all.

We stayed at NH Hotel but it was way overpriced. We paid a high amount but didn't get what we expected for the pay. Hotel Kramer instead was way better. You get what you pay for, people from the reception are absolutely nice and the rooms were better too! I'd come back here. We haven't tried breakfast because we had to depart early.
