This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. My traveling companion found it. It was a very inexpensive place to stay and a pleasant room to stay in. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The morning buffet was very delicious and a wide variety of items to eat. It was very close to the grand plaza of the churches and cathedrals.

I think I got upgraded to a bigger room? It was huge. Central location looking out onto a pedestrian street. Staff on site. No complaints!

A very very clean hotel and the location is also nice, there are a lot lot cafees where you can sit and you can walk from the hotel to a lot of touristic attractions

I cancelled my booking by telephone with reception. I had talked to reception many times. They say they have no record of ANY calls from me. They have charged me for six people for one night 600 euro. Francisco the Manager will not allow me to talk to anyone superior. I have been staying at SH Ingles - it's lovely and the staff are so kind. Francisco is intransigent and I would like to talk to someone senior and he has refused. They do not rest the customer well.

I had a lovely Stay with my Girlfriend! The room was spacious and the balcony was very nice being partially enclosed allowed us to enjoy it in any weather.
The amenities were lovely, and the breakfast was just what we needed to start our day.
The little kitchenette was also very nice and allowed us to the option to dine in if we so chose.
They also provided complimentary tea and water in the mini fridge which was nice addition.
The only criticism I would point out is the beds were a bit too hard or Firm wich was a little hard on our backs.
Other then that the stay was lovely and I would book again in the future!

wifi barely works, plus theres a hairy man who comes out of the drains at night and tickles your toes which makes it pretty hard to sleep

Great location! Stayed here for 4 nights.The room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the breakfast buffet, so cannot comment. Would definitely stay here again. The only complaint is the internet was slow and intermittent in our room on the 3rd floor. Our friends on the 2nd floor said there internet was fine, so it might be just our room.

A small and basic hotel in the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a good shower (however the smell of bleach in the room on arrival was overwhelming). The location was great and for the price we have no complaints. Would stay here again.

This hotel was recommended to us and it was perfect, we had a wonderful room which included a small kitchen area. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Plaza de la Virgen and it’s wonderful fountain. If exploring central Valencia this is a great place to start. We booked directly with the hotel via their website and it was easy.
