Please tell me how my son’s Mac ends up on the bed. Then on the floor and cracked. A brand new laptop destroyed.
Your worker admitted to the fact then lied. Of course, you Spaniards never tell the truth and it’s always the tourist’s fault. We know your workers did it as they always come in the room doing things no one asked. like opening windows and etc
We all stayed there a year ago & left as the staff is horrible. The rooms are smaller than a closet. Also, the breakfast AGAIN & YEAR later horrible. The juice needs to be changed as it makes you sick. It’s a shame that people fly over there and have to deal with attitudes.
This hotel needs to be demolished.
Stay away and go to Valencia Flats. Top quality for your money. This ain’t it.

It was a great idea to stay at this hotel, very comfortable, quiet, close to everything by car...
They also had a promotion and gave us 2 free breakfasts. It has many details that make the stay much better than you expect.

The hotel has a good location - it is close to Oceanografic Valencia, and there is a bus stop for buses to the more central part of the city.
The room is large enough for two people to stay. The bed is sprung, but was actually quite comfortable - however, there is noise when moving around.
But the bathroom is depreciated, and more attention should be paid to hygiene there. When draining the water from the sink, noise is also heard in the room.
You can leave your luggage in storage at the reception after check-out.
You can choose for a short stay.

It Is a bit far from the city Center, but super clóset to the oceanographic and the arts and Science City. The front desk team Is a dream. They're always happy to guide you.
The breakfast buffet Is amazing and the beerooms are Cozy.

Small and dirty room (including pubic hairs in the bathroom that were not ours, dust that had not been cleaned in months, etc), expensive breakfast. The only good thing is that it is well situated to go to La Ciudad de las Ciencias, though far from city centre. We do not recommend it at all

Great location, convenient distance from train station and easy bus ride to Oceanografic and Malvarrosa beach.
Good facilities, great and complete breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Very clean. We where told the restaurant would open in the evening. And we didn't make other arrangements. But unfortunately it didn't open.
