SH Valencia Palace

From the moment we arrived at SH Valencia Palace, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was impressively smooth and fast, allowing us to start our vacation without any delays. The rooms were not only spacious but also maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment for our stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect for anyone looking to explore Valencia, situated conveniently to enjoy the city's sights and sounds. Another highlight was the parking facility which provided direct access to the hotel, adding an extra layer of convenience to our visit.

The hotel bar was a delightful spot to unwind after a day of touring, offering a cozy ambiance and an excellent selection of drinks. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the evening.

The only slight drawback was the breakfast. While it was good, it did not quite meet the expectations we had for a 5-star establishment. It lacked a bit in flair, which was surprising given the otherwise impeccable standards of the hotel.

Despite this, our overall experience at SH Valencia Palace was truly remarkable, making our stay in Valencia memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its superb service, excellent facilities, and prime location. A solid choice for anyone visiting this beautiful city!

The room - nice, clean, modern. Walls are a bit thin though, I could hear the neighbor snoring at night. But it didn't bother me much. The bathroom products are great!
Breakfast - very good! Nice choice, high quality.
The interior of the hotel is beautiful. Plenty of space in the lobby, too. Working desks available as well.

My only criticism is towards the staff in the breakfast room (often chatting and laughing with each other in groups, quite loudly over the room) and who I met in the corridors, who don't smile and thus seem a bit arrogant. It takes so little extra to make us feel welcome: just a kind smile! The front desk was different, they seemed sincerely smiling and trying to make you feel good. Just a suggestion for the management: a good customer service training for breakfast and cleaning staff would raise your hotel rating significantly.

Great location, great size hotel,.inconsistent with prices in the bar. I would like the bar to open earlier than 10.30. The pool water was often dirty looking - even in the morning the water did not look clean, I never saw it being cleaned on our stay for 10 days which was a pity as it stopped us from going there. The hotels bathroom products were AMAZING, unfortunately they did not sell them. The fragrance they had in the reception and hallway was amazing - I want it in my home! Great stay overall and would return if the pool was cleaner

Loved it. It felt luxurious, but affordable. Big rooms, very nice breakfast. The room was large and had a/c, had coffee maker, robe, slippers and sunhats. The location is not in the old town, but within walking distance. It's near a nice park as well.

A really nice hotel, location is perfect right on the Park and close to the old town and the arts & science center. The Bed was the most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in.
The staff were so helpful for everything and when we had a small issue they fixed it immediately. All the staff speak perfect English too. The Gym is small but has good equipment.
My only negatives are the pool is not great (but most hotels in Valencia don’t even have a pool) so can’t really complain. The other was the set menu for lunch was a bit strange and a bit gourmet when all you want is a sandwich, a lot of people walked out when they realized they had no options.
All in all a great Hotel and would happily stay there again.

The lobby looks much better than the rooms. I stayed in a Junior Suite that probably saw better days. The carpet was stained and the furniture clearly showed signs of time. From a 5 stars hotel suite, I expect way more.

The price point makes it a decent option.
