The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and well maintained
the location is very nice as it places you one bus ride away from the beach, the tourist attractions, and the airport.
The room view was toward the inside of the building, which wasn't great, but you're not there to stay in the room, are you?

Regrettably, the room's ventilation was not ideal, as the only window faced the air conditioning units, leading to a warm, humid environment and considerable noise from the units. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked ventilation. Although the experience was passable, I would not opt to stay there again.

Hotel was in a good location close to public transport and near the city centre but the amenities were well below average. The photos provided when I made my booking indicated there would be a mini fridge however there wasn’t. I found out afterward that mini fridges are only included in superior room bookings, which I think is misleading to include in the photos for standard rooms. No other bathroom toiletries provided besides a hand wash which was also the same product placed in the shower gel dispenser. Bed was comfortable but the room had little to no natural light coming in from the window also allowed a lot of noise to come in either from outside or the room next door which was disruptive when trying to sleep. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless there were no other options available.

easy to move around with bus stop just a few step away. The BF is also very good.
Unfortunately, there is an incident on our first night when someone just walk into our room, and the reason is some system failure.
Good is the hotel provide us complement BF for this unpleasant incident to cool down our anger.....

The room condition was aweful, they didn't accept any request and they offer nothing including free water.

We traveled as a couple to celebrate my wife's birthday. The facilities were very clean and the hotel was in the center of Valencia.

Honestly I stayed in a 1 star Hotel in Teruel 3 weeks ago that was better than this and cost half the price . I am very disappointed with the room the black out curtains don't work properly and let in lots of light . The bathroom floor is rotting and the shower leaks water so you get wet feet and slip in the middle of the night when you wake up to relieve yourself in the toilet. The towels are like cardboard and not soft . There is no extraction fan in the bathroom. The light switch next to my bed doesn't work so I have to get out of bed to switch off the light . There is no fridge no iron . The air conditioning unit is very weak and very noisy. For 150€ a night it's extremely disappointing. Parking should be included in that price but it's an extra 16€ . I am very unhappy with this place, the pictures look good but when you look closer you can see this place is quite worn out. The mattress was ok but the pillows were so soft that they offered hardly any support. No USB ports in the room . This place should be a 1 star and the hotel I went to in Teruel a few weeks ago should be the 3 star . No value for money here . 75€ would be the most I would think the room is worth . I won't be back again I certainly Won't recommend it to my friends and family. 150€ I could stay in a 5 star ⭐ in centre of Zaragoza for that . With free parking and access to outside and inside pool .

This simple, unpretentious hotel scores high in every respect! Our room was well-equipped, comfortable, very clean, spacious and bright! The staff (morning, afternoon and evening personnel) was attentive, professional and eager to make us feel welcome and at home. They helped us with a myriad of requests and patiently answered our many questions. I was here for work and it was important for everything to go smoothly, so I am glad we stayed at this hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we return!
