A welcoming place, very positive staff, and the only downside is the noise at night.

The location was good, but the hotel itself was a mix of conflicting feelings. We had a room with a terrace, but everything was quite old, giving the impression that the resort didn't take much care with the facilities. Regarding the temperature, they should warn you that you have to set it to 5 degrees Celsius, otherwise the thermostat is practically useless. The staff were very good, but the facilities leave much to be desired.

The service was very good. They let us store our bags before check-in. After check-out, since we still had a few hours until we could catch the train, they let us store them for a few hours. Very friendly.
The facilities were good, the bed comfortable and spacious, and the room had very good lighting and a view of the street.

We spent very little time at the hotel, we were there for business and didn't enjoy it much, but I can say that it was quite clean, both the room and the hotel in general, and the reception staff were very friendly.

A hotel that offers parking upon reservation and then displays it as full upon arrival is not normal at all.
I had to find and pay for off-street parking, without any help from reception. Their only response was, "Full, there's nothing I can do for you."

Great hotel on a perfect location in the city. Everyone who worked there and that we met was so friendly. We had a very nice room on the top floor with a terrace. Although the room is a bit outdated, everything you need is there. You walk right into the city center and the beach is only 15 minutes away by bike. Breakfast is simple but again it has everything you need and is replenished until te end. We’ve really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel staff were great, came here as me and my partner are Valencia CF fans and visit every year to watch a match and soak up the culture. Rooms were clean and tidy, hotel staff were fantastic and really helpful. And the location is only a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Loads of great bars nearby also.
