Ok place, not great value for money, really far from city center and bad communication in public transport. Staff is really nice and helpful, breakfast was good, not great, room was nice. Have parking slots for free but it's almost always occupied. I won't return to the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel a couple of weeks ago, I had done so before and it had always been quite quiet with my family or co-workers. On this occasion the receptionist was quite rude, I assumed she was having a bad day but that's no reason to take it out on clients. (girl with curly and copper hair) this time we had dinner at the hotel restaurant while on other occasions we had only had a snack. Two girls attended to us, one treated us in an indifferent, normal way, the other girl was very affectionate and attentive to us, asking us at all times if everything was okay, if we needed or wanted anything else and even making a joke to make us laugh, which made us quite happy after the bad experience with the receptionist. We wanted to ask her name out of curiosity, especially to mention her in the review, I have a hotelier family and I know what reviews mean. She told us that her name was Vela, and we really thank her for her kindness, sympathy and affection in treating her, she made us forget about the bad time we had had with the girl at the reception. We certainly hope that the next time we have to stay there, this nice waitress will attend us, 'cause she changes your day completely. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart, for your sympathy. without a doubt thanks to you, we will return
