Overall service was very good but our room was too hot and temperature could not be regulated. Ate from the restaurant in the evening but had to sit outside as we had our dog with us. Breakfast was really good and gave us a good start to the day. We used this hotel as an overnight stop off on our drive south and will use it again in the return.

Enjoyed my short stay. Staff, room and food/drink were very good.

The room is small but could fit our family (two adults and one baby). Our experience could be better but it was awful. The bathroom stinks sewer, the smell comes to the bathroom but the smell took all over. The service and the hotel itself it was very good. The issue was the size and the room smells.

Arrived to be told A/C not working properly. It's barely working at all.
In a horrible part of town, no restaurants or cafes around.
I've been sat on the terrace for an hour and there's no service. At 8.30pm, there's not a single staff member at the bar or in the restaurant.
They charge €20 for your dog to stay but make you sign a document promising that the dog is cleaner, calmer and quieter than any guest here.
Dogs aren't allowed alone in the room but must be muzzled if they join you in the restaurant! Fortunately the staff haven't been enforcing rules.
When you do get a staff member, they're lovely. But nothing else good to say about this place

Dull, identikit hotel that serves a purpose. Well located (10 mins walk from town), easy to access from motorway, parking easy (on nearby streets, no need to pay for hotel car park). Breakfast good. Rooms spacious but air-con was useless. Swimming pool was welcome and empty (22C). Check in/reception staff varied from ambivalent to excellent.

The reception isn’t professional. I had a list of email exchanged with them to modify conditions of my reservation ended by, « no problem, it’s ok »
At d-day, « no reservation for your name ». Why ? « I don’t know »

Great hotel, we frequently use it when doing long road trips as a couple with our dog. Friendly accommodating service, clean and comfortable, good location, recommended.

One of the best deals you can make in Valladolid. Average price for upper level stay. A very nice place, with a good quality of facilities and services.
