Good location with easy parking. Very quiet. But a fairly long walk to the city centre. Room poorly laid out with poor access to the bathroom. And very dusty under the bed. Looks like the bed is never moved to vacuum underneath the bed. We asked at reception if this could be cleaned and a half-baked attempt was made. The flooring is ghastly with stained "carpets" with a cigarette burn in despite it being non-smoking. The breakfast that we included was good.

Only two pros: Good location if you travel by car. The breakfast was amazing.
But the room we stayed at was beyond disappointing. Terrible bed, untidy, old, smelled tobaco, noisy, bad maintenance.
Maybe it was only us so unlucky and other rooms are better, I donno. There was a lamp that was creating a terrible electric noise day and night and it could not been switched off of the electricity. The bathroom smelled sewerage and chlorine bleach strongly, the water from the shower was not draining well. And you could hear when someone was taking showers in the rooms upstairs due to the noises in the pipes. I add the videos with all those terrible sounds. The mattress was so terribly uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep even though I’m taking sleeping pills so at 4am I just took the blanket and laid on the floor!!! Can you imagine? Sleeping on the floor was more comfortable than in that bed!Thanks god it was the last day of the trip and we had only one night there. It was the worst hotel experience I could remember in ages. The breakfast was really fine though.

The rooms are really comfortable, with clean and nice bedding, spacious bathrooms and a lot of nice small hotel commodities such as combs, toothbrushes and shower caps as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Another problem was the isolation of the room - we thought the window was open, because we could very clearly hear the cars on the road and the people talking and smoking under our window.
Another not nice thing was the fact I found hair in the bathtub, which was neither mine nor my partner’s. We had both a shower booth and a bathtub. The shower head in the shower booth was really strange, the water was either too cold or too hot so it was unusable.

Would not recommend this hotel. The aircondition didn’t work in our room so we asked at the reception and they mentioned that it will not work for weeks because they are changing the pipes. The whole hotel did not have AC. Mind you: we are at 35 degrees everyday. We spent most of our time outside but every time we entered the room we had to quickly grab our things and leave the room because it was simply too warm, let alone sleeping at night.
So, maybe they couldn’t have done something about the AC but they did not give us the impression they cared at all, they didn’t even apologize.

Pros: comfortable rooms and beds. Great room service and amenities for the kids. Mini fridge in room. Pool and kids play area next to restaurant. Location has plenty of free parking. Close enough to walk to most of the city.
Cons: Next to a busy road so unable to have the window open at night. Stained bed linen but not dirty. Shower drain smells of sewage some times. The room smells of smoke but improved after opening the window.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to book again as it had everything we need for a family stay.

Everything was great, very good service and the hotel was in very good condition, clean and tidy.

Overall service was very good but our room was too hot and temperature could not be regulated. Ate from the restaurant in the evening but had to sit outside as we had our dog with us. Breakfast was really good and gave us a good start to the day. We used this hotel as an overnight stop off on our drive south and will use it again in the return.

The price-quality ratio is very good. We'll come back if we return to Valladolid. They gave us connecting rooms, so it's a good idea to travel with children.

The room is small but could fit our family (two adults and one baby). Our experience could be better but it was awful. The bathroom stinks sewer, the smell comes to the bathroom but the smell took all over. The service and the hotel itself it was very good. The issue was the size and the room smells.
