Room condition is not good but location is good

The best location when you going to visit Zaragoza for a short period of time. The bar has a lot to improve but is getting there. Just one minute away from the main square. It's always our choice when in Zaragoza. Clean and nice staff.

There were bedbugs in our room on the second floor! Avoid! The staff seemed like they knew the issue, but just didn't care! They had little to no interest to our complaints.

Kind staff, the lady in the reception was laughing with us and talking, made us feel like home.. The room was so clean, they didn't charge us an extra even if we lost the key. You will pay during the checkout don't worry if you gave your cordinates while doing the booking, it's the hotel policy.
