This hotel has the perfect location for a visit to Zaragoza! I could visit all the sites so easily, and pop in and out during the day. The staff are excellent and the room and bathroom very comfortable. People in other reviews have mentioned the aircon. I didn't have a problem with the room temperature, but I would say that there is a constant hum from it. I slept in my earplugs and was fine.

Old building. Could use upgrading. No guest control of air conditioning. It appears that previous guests could not change the flow of shower water from hand held to overhead. When I managed to do so the water from the shower was VERY rusty..or whatever made it brown. The walls are paper thin. We were kept awake by loud snoring guest next door. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was great. He took the time to chat and give us ideas in what to see in Zaragoza.

Great central location, perfect for our 48hrs exploring Zaragoza.
Our room for 3 which included our 15 year old son who is 6'2 felt a little small.
This however didn't spoil our time at the hotel and Zaragoza, we would definitely visit again.

The hotel is very centrally located in Zaragoza. The recepcionists are friendly, the beds are comfortable enough for a short trip but beware that, probably due to its central location, it‘s very, very loud. We could barely sleep well the whole night.

The hotel is just good for a budget trip, staff are very nice, supportive and welcoming, although bare in mind that even if it’s a perfect location in Zaragoza City, do expect some noise outside because of the bars and it’s located in a very busy area.

Rooms and facilities in them are quite old, despite looking decent online. They weren't very clean either. The staff at the reception were very friendly and smiley, but unfortunately I wouldn't stay again.

Decent sized room and bathroom, good air conditioning, friendly staff. Centrally located, with many sights, stores, and restaurants within walking distance.

Decent place, a bit overpriced, but the location is great. The basilica is almost outside the door.

The hotel is very centrally located, great access to main attractions. The staff was friendly. The price without breakfast was good. Big room, clean, basic amenities working well.
They did not answer booking message on a point on child occupancy which created a more complex situation (solved ok, in the end). We had to pay for child bed (which we used, in the end) even if some rooms had big enough beds for co-sleeping. Very noisy from the street even if room was facing a side alley.
