This might be the best kept secret in hotels of Zaragoza. A boutique hotel right next to the beautiful Plaza de Pilar, inexpensive, very clean, with all the conveniences needed for a good stay for a regular traveler, run like a family business. Our room wasn't big but just enough to feel comfortable for two night stay. Plenty of dining and shopping options around, short walk to all churches, museums and attractions we wanted to visit. Highly recommended.

Owner was so rude to us. Hotel reception was unmanned - we found the owner outside shouting at a family whose little girl wanted to use the toilet. He told them to go away. Would never go back.

Outstanding staff at the reception area. They are willing to assist you in absolutely every need you may have. I commend them. The place is extremely clean and strategically located to every place of interest including the catholic basilica

We found the Inca to be excellently situated and good value. But most importantly, all the staff were super-helpful and sympathetic to the problems we faced in Zaragoza (not the hotel's fault). We had to stay much longer than expected and the staff worked hard to extend our stay and help with practical issues. Many thanks to everyone on Reception! Some extra context: My parents were due to stay only two night but due to a medical emergency they ended up staying about ten nights and I went out to Spain to join them. This was a stressful time but it was made easier by the helpful staff at the Inca. Additionally, the hotel is well located in the old town, but a little away from the busiest areas. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good breakfast.

Very clean hotel, good location. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. You can reach almost all attractions within a few hundred meters' walk. It is highly recommended to stay here! ! !
